In the aftermath of the 2024 election, America is even more divided than before. Half the country fears the end of democracy and the other half welcomes it. As America inches toward the brink of authoritarian rule. Now more than ever, we must force ourselves to have the necessary conversation. Welcome to the necessary conversation. I'm Chad Culture. Today we have our full family here. My sister Haley. Were you at a no kings protest? >> No. >> My mom in her best Trump hat and my dad, arms crossed, looking angry, >> ready to rumble. Did you go to a protest? >> Who? Me? >> Uh-huh. >> Hell no. >> Oh, I usually go. We just uh I didn't know that was going to be the date and coincidentally I gave everybody at the bakery a paid day of vacation and we all went to Scarboro Fair. Are you going to scarboro [Music] and >> Is that real? >> Yeah. Scar bro. >> No. That's No. >> What? >> That's the song. >> Irish song or something you were singing. >> It's not. Jesus Christ. Google it. All right. Uh, Mom, do you have any diddies to start this show? Um, I do have like a little patriot I think I like of the day, week, and year. There was u there's a hospital here in Oklahoma City, Children's Hospital. >> Uhhuh. >> And what they do, they get a team of um uh window washers who go on the outside of the building and surprise young uh patients inside as they can view them outside. They dress up as superheroes. So, they're scaling the building like Spider-Man, Superman, all these characters uh to bring, you know, good spirits to the children that are sick in the hospital. That >> the window washers. >> Yes. Yes. >> Oh, [ __ ] Okay. >> And then as they're scaling and saying hi to them and cleaning windows, whatever, then later they go in and talk to them and get pictures and it's uh very uplifting for the little kids that are sick and ill. So that would be my patriot of the day weekend year. That was pretty cool. >> Taylor Swift just paid off a $100,000 uh cancer bill for a little kid in the hospital if anybody cares. >> That's very nice, too. >> Now, I do have a hot topic, but I want to save it maybe for Wednesday because you didn't have it as a hot topic, which should have been >> hot hot topic. >> Comey indicted, Bolton indicted, and Letty James indicted. I'd like to talk about those three maybe on Wednesday. >> Okay. Maybe for Wednesday we'll be >> or the next one whenever whenever you produce it and think that's appropriate. >> Okay. >> Well, you're you're the director of the show, so I just wanted to throw that out there. >> Okay. I didn't include Bolton because I'm just like, we get it. He's going after all of his political enemies. It does seem like with John >> No, no, no. But let's save it. >> Okay. Uh we are now going to take a question from a listener. If you want to send us a question, all you have to do is record it in a 1 minute or shorter video clip and email it to the necessary conversation [email protected]. Here's our question for this week. >> Hi, my name is Sam and I have a question for Mary Lou. Marylu, often when you or anybody in your family receives hate for this podcast in the form of comments or nasty DMs or anything like that, your response is always, "But they don't know our family. They don't know who we are. or all they hear is this little snippet of our lives. Why? Why are they passing this judgment? They shouldn't. However, whenever queer people come up, trans people come up, people of color come up, illegal immigrants come up, you and Bob make these overarching claims about them. Um, all trans people are mentally ill. Because somebody is a black lesbian, she's not capable of being a good surgeon. Because somebody is a black pilot, they were only hired for DEI, etc. All all illegal immigrants are rapists and murderers. you make these broad overarching claims. And so my question for you is why are you owed that grace in being seen as a holistic person before somebody makes a judgment about you yet these other groups of people that you comment on are not owed that grace. Big fan of the pod. Thanks. Hope this gets chosen. >> There you go. Mom, >> I didn't understand that very last question. She said, "Why?" >> The question is, whenever somebody says when you read a mean DM or somebody says something bad about you, your reaction is always, "You don't know us. You just see this little snippet of our lives, >> right?" >> Yet, you pass judgment immediately on anyone who is trans, gay, black, anything that is out of your idea of what good is. And the question is, why do we or why should people give you the grace to not judge you based on just this one little thing that they see of you when you don't do that for these other communities? >> Yeah. They don't have to give me the grace. They don't have to like me. They can say bad things. But when they talk about uh death to me, I don't wish death on other people that I disagree with. >> Now, your dad has different ideas on that, but I don't I don't >> Okay. I don't wish people dead. Okay. So that is the part where I draw the line I guess and the part also about they don't know the other part of our family. We don't even talk politics most of the time when we're together now because we do it here. >> We dish on this. >> Are you open are you open to like knowing a trans person and getting to know their lives >> outside of being transgender? Like are you open to that? >> Sure. But what kind of question >> if you're if you're transgender, you are mentally flawed. >> That's what the question is getting to the bottom of. So it's basically saying like dad has this attitude that all transgender people are in quotes mentally flawed >> based on absolutely nothing. >> Right. >> No, based on based on everything everything that's gone on in this country with transgenders. That's what it's based on. You have this this >> they have a screw loose and you can't >> no >> argue all you want. >> You can argue all you want. They've got a screw loose. >> You don't even know what transgender means. >> You don't even know what it means. >> It's like a whole umbrella. >> There is a whole umbrella. >> Well, that whole umbrella is mentally flawed. >> Okay. Get back to my question, please. >> We're talking about it. What do you mean? >> Okay. Well, the part where she asked um why those people have the right um to only see >> and by the way, I got a hunch she's transgend. >> Okay. The part about you only see part of our family. That is true. That that's the true part of us talking politics. if if we didn't talk politics, um we we go out to the horse, we go shopping, we go to Costco, we do things like that together. And you know that's true, right? But the the point is they are saying why why does the public owe you like you know get to know your family, get to know the other side of you when they really don't care for your political views, but you don't want to get to know any transgender people. You don't want to know them outside of being transgender. Okay? >> So why should you be why should you be given the grace of like, oh, you're a human. You do [ __ ] outside of this pod, but you don't allow that for anyone else. >> This has nothing to do with transgender. I don't know why that was even thrown out. Yes, it does. >> That's the whole question. >> Yeah. Yeah, you do. You know why I was thrown out there? >> Cuz that girl is transgender. >> Okay. Okay. DM me. Let's become friends. >> There you have it. DM my mom. Become her friend. Change her mind. >> I I step back from this. Um, okay. Let's move on. Thank you for your question. Again, if anybody else out there wants to send us in a question, just record it in a one minute or shorter video format. Send it to the necessary conversation potgmail.com. I have one more clip that I want to play before we get into our first topic. This is a clip of your Lord and Savior, DJT. Are you ready? >> Ready. >> Talked a couple weeks ago. You were doing an interview and you talked about how you hope to end the war in Ukraine because it might help you get into heaven. How does how does this help? Does this help? >> I mean, you know, I'm being a little cute. >> I don't think there's anything going to get me in heaven. Okay. I really I think I think I'm not maybe heaven bound. I may be in heaven right now as we fly an Air Force One. I'm not sure I I'm going to be able to make heaven. >> Okay. There's Donald John Trump saying he's not going to heaven and saying it in a way that is not a joke. That was a joke. He said, "I'm may not be heaven bound. Why aren't you doing it now?" And his a dialect and making fun of it because that was a joke. But now the joke liberals cannot take jokes. >> You guys on the far left that as funny. I saw that as the joke. >> What's funny about it? What's the joke >> that he was saying maybe I'm not heaven bound. Maybe that's not for me. >> What's the joke part? >> Because piece of [ __ ] and he knows it. Okay, that's your opinion, not ours. >> But what's the joke? I don't get the joke. >> Well, that's why you're left. >> Yeah, that's why you guys only see one side of things and and that was kind of funny. I thought it I saw >> Is it about Is it a joke like all of those Republicans saying that they need to just send the dens to gas chambers? Is it Is that a Is it a joke like that one? >> That's one of our topics. Did you not read the topic sheet? >> I did. you [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. >> Um, I just don't think this was a joke. I think he believes this and he knows he's done very bad. >> Whatever you want to think. >> Thank you. I will. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> Did you see the the AI video that he posted of uh >> Okay, >> let's get to it. Our first topic is the No Kings rally. Yesterday, we record this show on Sunday. Yesterday, an estimated 7 million people showed up to protest Trump and his authoritarian regime in more than 2600 different groups in every major city in the country. Republicans have unsuccessfully tried to rebrand the No Kings protest as the Hate America rally. The No Kings protests this weekend were peaceful with no widespread violence, reported, and they are the largest protests in American history, beating the prior record set by the previous anti-Trump No Kings protest that took place in June. >> Oh [ __ ] Trump's reaction was to post AI generated images and videos of himself as a king dropping feces on protesters from a military jet. Okay, there's a lot to unpack here. First question is, let's go to dad. Do you believe 7 million people that showed up for this hate America? >> Sure, I do. I think George Soros probably paid 20 million people and Okay, half of them didn't show up. >> Okay. George Soros paid 20 million people. How much did he pay each one of them? >> Probably 20 to 50 bucks. >> Okay. >> You think somebody's going to go to a protest for $20? >> Yeah. >> I I don't >> these these [ __ ] fools. Yes. >> I don't Okay. >> Because you know what's funny about this whole situation? All you goddamn lefties who think that you're trying to save democracy, you are what is killing democracy. You get on your goddamn Google and look up what democracy is. We've been in a democracy since Obama took over. And I'm telling you right now, what we're trying to do is kill democracy and bring back the republic. >> I I'm You confused me there a couple of times. You're saying Obama ushered in democracy? >> No, he he's the one who propelled it >> to become a democracy >> from George Sor. >> And the democracy that you're trying to save, if you if you'll go do your damn homework, you'll find out that most socialist and com communist countries start out as democracies. >> Okay? >> And we need to kill the democracy and bring socialist. >> Okay. Can I say this? I don't think that Soros paid each protester to be there. But what we do know >> is that his organization, the OSF, the Open Society Foundation, did give funds >> for like um the signs they're holding. You can see on the back where they came from. >> Who cares? >> From the protest PE things that they were holding. Yes, they it was funded and that was on public news channels. >> Y'all got it asked backwards. Democracy has to go. >> Okay. >> What does that mean? >> Yeah. What >> it means we need to kill democracy. >> Why? >> Because we are republic and the republic is what made America great, not the democracy. >> I I don't understand even what you're saying. Do you think that America was founded >> because you don't [ __ ] understand the the difference between democracy and the republic? >> What's the difference in your mind? >> Democracy is all funded by multibillionaires who want to control the country, which is what you think we're doing. >> And then what ends up happening is democracy is turned into socialism and communism. >> Okay? And we're about halfway there now. >> Okay. >> That's why we have to kill democracy and bring back the republic. >> Are you going to vote in the next election, Dad? >> What? >> Are you going to vote in the next election? >> Sure I am. >> Terrifying. >> Okay, here's here's our >> You better get >> Well, I was impressed. >> I was impressed by uh the protest. Holy [ __ ] like entire [ __ ] avenues just flooded with people. Nobody got hurt. There was no [ __ ] you know, arson in the streets or bricks being thrown. Your favorite thing. Um >> it it was like a true >> kind of like >> American spirit, you know? It was like, okay, this is like the country that I want to live in. >> It's completely peaceful. Yes. When all of these other systems have failed us, when Congress is a [ __ ] joke doing nothing, we cannot count on our government to stop this from happening. We know that when the legal system >> darn democratic >> when the legal system is a complete [ __ ] joke. Yes, they're they're telling him every once in a while, you can't do this, you can't do that. He's doing it anyway. There's no enforcement. >> It it's up to us. It's the citizens of the country that have to stand up and say, "Fuck this shit." And what it really proved to me was that 7 million people came out. >> Yeah. >> Peacefully protested. Mom, no violence whatsoever. >> Right. >> There were people put in jail in a few cities. Yes, there were. Not very many, but yes, there were. >> Okay, fine. You thought that this was going to be mayhem and the buildings were going to be on fire and [ __ ] You said that in our last podcast. >> I'll talk in a minute when you get done. >> Okay. My main point is this. >> Keep babbling. >> My main point is this. Nice. >> And it it shows in how Trump reacted to it. Um 7 million people basically said we can mobilize against you at any time. I mean 7 million people if those people decided to do a general work stoppage the country shuts down. >> None. >> And that's it's there now. We all see that. We see that like people can collectivize come together for a common cause. Trump's reaction to it was to post AI memes of himself as a king dumping [ __ ] on people from a fighter jet. I I mean it it just can't be more tonedeaf and idiotic. >> Okay. >> The whole point of the no kings protest is to say we don't want a king. His response is I am your king and I'm [ __ ] on you. >> Okay. If we had a king, which he is not, they would >> Mom, wait before you get into this. I know you're waiting just to dump your point. What do you think about him posting all these memes of himself as a king [ __ ] on American civilians? >> Yeah, I don't agree with that. >> Okay. So, you disagree with Trump once again, >> but I but he is my president. >> But you disagree with what he did. >> I don't like those memes. I I've never liked when you do mean memes either. Okay. >> Such as >> dem just a minute. You the one that quit us talking for you. The one where I just posted a a literal quote of Donald Trump and you got mad at it. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Democracy definition. Rule by the people directly or through the majority vote. That's democracy. Republic definition. A government where people re uh elect representatives to make laws but within a constitution that limits the powers. So republic rule by law and elected representatives. Democracy ruled by majority. Those are your definitions that dad was trying to >> And now the majority includes 20 million illegals. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> You want to argue with that? >> No. Let me ask you this. >> No, you don't. Damn sure. >> Okay, >> Dad. I'll ask you. >> You don't know. You don't know the [ __ ] difference between democracy and a republic. >> She just read it. I do. One is ruled by the majority and one is ruled by elected officials. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, let me ask you this question, Dad. Why do you think this was the biggest protest in American history? >> Because source paid so much money to get them out there. >> Okay. >> And you're saying the money again was $20 per person. >> Could have been a hundred. >> Okay. $100, make >> So 7 million people, $700 million. You believe he paid? >> That's right. I don't think he had to pay all of them. >> He probably paid half. >> And 3 You think he paid $350 million for that? >> That's right. And that's a spit in the bucket. >> Okay. Well, the correct answer is that quite literally answer. >> This is the worst president and the worst administration we have ever had in the history of the United States. And people are finally [ __ ] showing up and we all want to do something about it. >> Well, get your ass ready. >> My turn. >> Let me ask you this, Dad. Hang on. Sorry, one second. I mean, there are people on the right that are as rich, if not richer, than Soros. >> Why didn't they pay? >> They're not paying money. They're not paying money for [ __ ] protests. >> Oh, I see. They're smart with their money. That's why we never saw anything like this against >> They're smarter than you and Haley. Yes. >> Okay. Are they smarter than you? that you don't have to walk across the street to prove that. >> Okay, >> I'll stay here. >> Is it going to be nice? If you want then you want to go. >> Okay. >> It's time somebody told them, >> like we said, path to life. >> This was founded by >> the Open Society Foundation. So, I believe that I believe that he paid for signs. I believe he put protesters in different cities. This has been going on. >> But like paying for signs and paying for transportation to get protesters where they want to go. >> Everyone, you are correct. Here's >> not paying protesters either. >> How about paying protesters? >> You realize there are pictures of people at the same at different protests and they're the same [ __ ] people >> in the same cities. That is >> You didn't even know that, did you? >> That's because But people hop from like Denton to Dallas. Like you go to all of the protests. >> My turn. Hello. >> You guys have never participated in a protest. So I don't think you even know how they work. >> So 7 million >> our protest will be physical. >> So 7 million people participated in this protest because this is what was the second one. Uh the first one was not that successful. So apparently they had to do another one. >> No, the first one was the biggest protest in American history up to this point. received 74 million votes as our president. I feel if anything this was more uh not against Trump but against America in the whole. >> Uh and if we really did have a king, you wouldn't be able to be out in that street protesting, >> [ __ ] That's why we protest. >> This is always the this is the maja argument. We don't have a king. This is stupid. You protest to make sure that doesn't happen. >> It's just you're just like blind. You're just blind. >> These Oh, >> you know who's blind? You and Chad are [ __ ] My eyesight is getting better. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> Protested Donald Trump. And you think somebody million people? How many you think are were >> You want to call me [ __ ] stupid and you're telling me that George Soros paid all these people, but I'm stupid. >> God dang it. I just lost my train of thought. >> Wait, wait, wait. I'm I just want to get back on this. Dad, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Dad, run me through how George Soros pays them. How do you collect your money? >> [ __ ] He got 7 million. >> Is it taxable? >> He makes No, it's not taxable. >> Okay, so he's paying him cash under the table. >> $350 million. >> You're so ignorant. >> How is the money exchanged? >> It doesn't get exchanged. He puts up all the money for uh everybody's transportation >> to go to and from and he and he pays for all their signs. >> Okay. So, he's not paying the protesters then. >> Oh, God. >> Okay. Let that drop. Let >> No, because that's your that's your main point of contention with this is that he's paying these protesters. I'm asking you how is he doing? >> You know why? Cuz you're ignorant. >> Because you're wrong. No, it's because you know you when I ask you any question that probes >> [ __ ] ignorant. >> Don't be mean. >> When I ask you any question that gets deeper than Soros is paying the protesters, I'm like, "Okay, how is he doing it? How do they collect their checks?" You have no idea. >> Stupid [ __ ] >> How how how do they collect their checks? >> They don't have to collect checks. >> Okay. >> He pays for their transportation. >> That means he's not paying the protesters then. >> Oh my god. Okay, I win the argument. You say, Mr. Hot Shot, you wait. You You get six months and we'll see who's kicking who's ass. >> Hot shot one zero. >> Jesus Christ. My train of thought has left. But here we go. >> Okay. My train of thought. Okay. The protesters that were out there protesting. So you say it was against Trump. If I say it was against America in general, these are the same people. >> But they literally had giant signs and inflatable balloons of Trump and >> These are the same people that followed their dictator Fouchy. These are the same people that wore masks. These are the same people that took the jab, that lost lives over taking the jab, had to do it or not have their jobs. Those are the protesters that were in the street. Those are the same people that followed that god. So that's where I think their brains are a little bit off. >> Do you believe that? >> Do you do you believe RFK over the CDC? Because that's what I'm hearing. >> I am not talking about that. I'm talking about answer to that question. Yes. >> They are the same people that celebrate over assassinations. They are the same people that want to take our guns away. They are the same people that u they they've been whining since Trump was elected. And guess what? He was duly elected and you have three more years of him. So go ahead and start planning your next no kings parade or protest, whatever you call it, because it didn't it didn't no one any good. We're here on Sunday. What what good has it done? Chad already explained like just the public knowledge that at the drop of a dime that many people can assemble and come together. >> That's a big [ __ ] deal. >> Now >> you saw it in his reaction. He's scared him posting all those memes of himself as a king saying, "Oh, you're doing a no kings rally? Well, I am your king. [ __ ] you and I'll drop [ __ ] on you from an F-15 fighter jet in my AI video." He's terrified. It's like the same notion as, you know, like like Target rolled back DEI and so there was a [ __ ] mad boycott of Target and their [ __ ] stock tanked. It's the same kind of concept. There is strength in numbers. And when you see these protests, you really [ __ ] understand that. >> Well, I >> the power is in the [ __ ] people. >> Okay, I'm I wasn't going to get into this, but I will. I clicked on a lot of pictures. I looked at the protesters. It seemed to be like cat ladies out there, you know, the white female. There were white men. I didn't see a lot of black people at these protests. I know there probably were. Go ahead, start laughing. Go ahead. I'm not the only one out there saying this as a podcaster. >> Okay. >> What? >> There were ma it was mainly white men, women, and then I didn't see very many black people protesting. I really didn't. I know there are some that did, but that's good, too. Everybody get out there. >> I don't know what point you're trying to make here. >> I'm just saying what I just said. >> He doesn't understand >> that there's seven million crazy cat ladies that are coming for you or what? >> Those people that were protesting, they want a dictator like Fouchy. I guess that's who they followed. >> You're saying this as you're sitting there wearing a Donald Trump hat and within walking distance, you have a Donald Trump shrine. Nobody has a Fouchy hat. Nobody bought Fouchy cologne, Fouchy sneakers, Fouchy watches, Fouchy Bibles. No, because >> they all took the jab and now they're dying. >> They all Yeah. took the jab. They've got super cancers. They've died. >> We have both had the jab. We have both had the jab, me and Haley. >> Yeah. >> And I remember you telling me after >> I've had multiple jabs. >> After the booster, how you better hope it doesn't catch up with you, >> Chad. Don't lie. After you got the booster, you were dizzy. You couldn't walk. Yeah, I was a little sick for a day or two. As you are with any vaccine. >> Oh, not me. We've taken the jab for the flu shot. I've never gotten dizzy or not been able to walk the next day. >> I hate that y'all got the jab. I hate it. I hate it. >> I hate that you won't get it. My dad is [ __ ] >> We'd be dead by now if we had the jab. We would be dead. >> No. >> No. >> Yes. >> Okay, let's move on to our next topic. free press. This week, Xbox News host host Little Post X News host. >> This week, ex Let me Let me retake this. This week, Xbox News host Little PD Hegathth took another loss as he tried to force a new press policy at the Pentagon that would require media organizations to report on only what he told them to. Instead of signing on to the new policy to retain their offices in the Pentagon, journalists from every major news outlet chose to walk out, including >> Fox News and >> oh, >> Newsmax, >> the only outlet to have signed and accepted the new rules is One American News Network. Reporters who gave up their access to the Pentagon in protest emphasize they will still report on the Pentagon and the Department of Defense just from outside the building. Mom, Fox and Newsmax both basically told Trump to go [ __ ] himself here. Does that change your opinion of Newsmax? >> Or they told Pete Hes, right? >> We're speaking in tongues, though. Do you ever see Sher Shepard do that on the beach? The only thing I saw about this, and I didn't even know it till I saw it on the topics, he said it was necessary to maintain operational security and protect leaks, which have been leaked. >> He leaks. Hexath was the one in that signal group chat leaking classified military information to [ __ ] anyone and everyone to the Atlantic editor-inchief. >> And so has news people though, too. news people do leaks all the time. >> That that is not what this is about. He put out a thing that said you have to sign this thing that basically says you can only report on the stuff we want you to report on and you can only say things that we approve. >> And all of these reporters, literally all of them except for this one weird Christian network were like, "Fuck you." Including Newsmax, the very channel you guys watch. >> Yeah. And that's wild that like Newsmax was like, "No, we've got journalistic integrity. We're walking out. [ __ ] Newsmax. >> We want Newsmax. >> Dad, are you with us? >> That's insane. >> Staring at the spiders. >> What? >> Look at >> I'm I'm trying to get a reaction from you guys. What do you think of this? >> I don't know. >> I think nothing of it. >> I'm kind of >> You're all for the Pentagon not talking to any news people. >> They're trying >> including the news the show you guys watch, Newsmax or the network you watch. >> That's fine. >> Wow. if it helps our security. >> If it makes the Pentagon more secretive, >> better for it. >> They're trying to bully the press into saying [ __ ] >> No, it's he doesn't trust the press, I don't think. >> And neither do we. >> No, they want to cherrypick what the American public is told. It's all propaganda. And all >> the American public, when it comes to national security, the American public should be told nothing. >> Okay. Yeah, >> it has no Look, they're saying it's national security, but it's to try and control all press in the United States. >> Oh, and who told you that? >> Me. I'm watching it happen. What are you talking about? >> Yeah, just there has never been >> there has never been anything like this in place in the United States where journalists are told by anyone at that level in the cabinet that you can only say this and only report on these things. and I get to have full approval happen. So >> what >> or if it does there'll be no one there and that's fine. >> They just left the building. They can still report on anything they want. It was basically that you have to sign this to stay in the Pentagon and have access to this building. >> Are you okay, Dad? >> It's the same old [ __ ] story. >> Okay. >> How is this happened this week? How is this the same story? >> Tail as old as time. Stop it, Haley. Okay. So, you guys are just refusing to engage with >> I'm indifferent about it. I don't know what to say other than all for it. >> You should be outraged that the [ __ ] Pentagon cannot be reported. >> They should cut off all media when it comes to the Pentagon. >> Oh my god. It's our security. >> Oh my gosh. >> All media should be cut off. >> We can't leak things like when we're going to bomb someone or when we're going to get prisoners. Nobody already has. Pete Hagsth does it. No, he didn't. >> He already did it. >> Well, it's up to him. >> Okay. All right. >> It's not up to you. >> Okay. >> It's not up to Haley. It's up to him. >> So, on this one, what? Chad and Haley plus one. Bob and Maryl minus one. >> Hot shot. Hot shot. >> Yeah. Hot shot always wins. >> Hot shot. >> Um, okay. >> We've gotten a little heated up. Let's simmer down for a moment. Dad, I want to go straight to you with this one. Please describe for me the first time you held me as a baby and the first time you held Haley as a baby >> when you came out. >> Yeah, but describe it, he said. >> Yeah. What were your feelings at that moment? At each of these moments. >> Here's my kid. >> Okay. Responsibility. >> Here's my kid. The doctor's like, "Congratulations. >> You have a beautiful baby boy. All five fingers on each hand, all five toes. How are you feeling? It's my kid. >> You had no feelings about having children. >> What do you mean? My cat >> I mean when when I was delivered into your arms for the first time and you looked down into my beautiful blue eyes. >> He was really ugly though, right? >> [ __ ] What were your feelings in that moment? >> Just what I said. Here's my was responsibility because before I had you, I my water broke at home at in the little apartment we lived in. We got ready. I said, "We better get out of here. We better get to the hospital." He stopped me in the doorway and said, "Look at me." I go, "What?" He goes, "It's never you and me anymore. We have big responsibility coming. We have responsibilities. Let's go get it. >> And that was you, Chad. >> Am I kid? >> I got a kid now. >> And Chad did have a football head coming out because they used forceps on his head, which they shouldn't have. Ripped him out of me. It was the most excruciating pain. I remember it to this day. Uh ripped him out. Uh Bob held you first because they were stitching me up. Uh, he held you. I held you briefly and got to see you. Then, uh, the nurse took you away and the doctor said, "If you would like to walk back to your room, let's go." I said, "What?" Cuz I had you all natural. Uh, the doctor took me on one side, dad on the other, and we walked back. I had no IV in. We walked back to the room, and there you were. >> Damn, >> Haley. Oh, and Chad was also as he came out and went on the the guy the doctor held him, he was pooping. He was pooping inside of me. >> Hell yeah. >> And then he had a club foot later on, right? >> Just like Donald Trump. I was dumping [ __ ] on people from day one. >> Yes, you were. And you were pulling out all my nutrients. They called that um Oh, God. What's it It's called something. You were sucking every nutrient out of my body. I couldn't even be awake for 48 hours. I was sleeping through it. They kept saying, "You're okay. You're okay. That's the way it feels at the end." Yeah. I almost died. >> [ __ ] demon. >> Anyway, no, I didn't. I didn't. But it was I got very sick the last >> You just made that up. >> I got very sick. >> I almost died. No, I didn't. >> Okay. Well, I >> uh was when she popped out the doctor I said, "Hurry, hurry." He goes, "Don't push. Don't push." Her delivery was 16 minutes from the time we hit the door in the hospital till the time you came out. I said, "I'm pushing." He goes, "D, no, no, no." I said, "Sorry, push." He put his hands down and caught her as she flew out. And she was very beautiful. She was the most beautiful baby in the world. >> Was she [ __ ] >> She was not [ __ ] She >> Hot Shot one, Haley Zero. >> And she was beautiful. And her face was perfect. Everything right? No football head, no nothing. >> And what were your feelings when you gazed upon our beautiful eyes for the first time, Mom? >> I thought, what will their voices sound like someday? >> And now you know. >> What will their hair color really be? What will their eyes look like? Who will they marry? Will they have children? Will they be happy? >> Wow. And dad, you just thought, I got a kid now. Serious. >> You had no emotional reaction to your own children. >> Did dad cry? >> Hello. What's going on? Yes, he did. >> No, I didn't cry. >> He was very with Chad. In fact, we didn't have a um I wasn't quite ready cuz for 48 hours I've been sleeping. I didn't have clothes ready for Chad. Dad ran to the base uh the commissary and bought him a nice little suit that was all blue. Blue hat, blue little little uh jacket. Blue little >> like a three-piece suit for baby. >> Yes. >> That's what I was imagining. >> Get ready. Get ready. >> You mean like a little like a jumper? >> No, it was a little suit. I still have it. And >> wait a minute. Do you have pictures of me in this in a tuxedo? He he was born in June June hot and it was made of wool. It was wool. >> Do you remember >> you bought that? >> Do you have a picture of this? >> Haley, we had money when we had Haley and she had all kinds of outfits. I could have picked three or four. >> Wait a minute. Did you do you have a picture of me in this as a baby? >> Of course I do. Please email me that picture and I'll put it into this show as well. So, if you're just listening to this, >> have a picture of you in it. If not, I have the outfit. It's It's wool. Wool. >> Uh, if you are just listening to this, go check it out on YouTube and I'll drop that picture into the video feed. >> Um, all right. Well, Dad, I thought maybe I could get some kind of an emotional reaction out of you there, thinking back to when you had your children. And >> it was the most moment of his life, but he won't say that. He He won't share that. It was. >> Why not? Why won't you share that, Dad? >> Hello? >> What? >> Why won't you share that? That you were proud to have children? >> Cuz I had to take care of your ass. >> That's fine. But you can still be proud of of having the kids and also accept the responsibility of it. >> You feel like they were an anchor on our ass? Well, I made it harder. >> Harder. When I was like 10 years old, you were my best friend. >> We did everything together. We played baseball 24 hours a day together, collected baseball cards, all that [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> That made your life harder. >> No. >> All right. >> From 1 to 10. From 1 to 10. It did. >> What does that mean? 1:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. What are you talking about? one age birth to 10. >> We still have the baseball cards that you need to get out of my closet uh and out of my uh garage, please. >> All right. Uh I will. Let's move on to our next topic. The Republican Nazi party. This week, approximately 2900 pages of telegram messages from January through August 2025 among members and leaders of young Republican chapters in states like New York, Kansas, Arizona, Vermont, revealed open use of racist slurs, including the n-word, homophobic slurs, abbleist terms, praise for Adolf Hitler, Nazi imagery, talk of gas chambers, jokes about rape, and derogatory remarks about women, non-white groups, and Jewish people. One of the people responsible for the messages is publicly is a publicly elected official, Vermont state senator Samuel Douglas. Among the other group chatters were Peter Guna, former chair of the New York State Young Republicans, William Hendricks, vice chair of Kansas Young Republicans, Alex Dwire, chair of Arizona Young Republicans, and in the DC office of US Representative David Taylor, a Republican from Ohio, a staffer, Angelo Ellia, appeared on a virtual call with an American flag behind him that had been altered so the stripes form a swastika. Vice President JD Vance downplayed the matter, calling it quote what kids do and quote just stupid jokes, saying we shouldn't quote ruin their lives for that. These so-called kids ranged in age from 20 to early 40s. Um, Mom, do you think the Republican party has neo-Nazis in it? >> I do I don't know. I would hope not. >> The answer is yes. >> You You saw this news though, right? You read the things. >> Yes. But here here's the deal. >> Just because just because I read it, just because I see that, I don't align with that. That's not right. >> No, I'm not saying you. I'm saying like that that guy who was sitting in front of on the video call and you can clearly see I'm sure you saw this picture right behind him. There's an American flag and the red part of the stripes are redone. So it makes a swastika. You saw that, right? from what is this from? What are you talking about? >> What I just read to you. This >> No, I have Oh, I haven't seen it in a video. >> There's a picture of this guy from a video call >> behind him, he has a swastika on his little cork board. Okay. >> Yeah. >> That is like in the center of an American flag. >> Yeah. In today, in today's time, anytime you are on video, anytime you put it in print, anytime it's released out there, that's your baby. I mean, so there should be consequences to people like that that say that kind of >> there have been consequences. All these people have been removed pretty much from their positions. >> But the thing I'm getting at is this doesn't happen in the Democratic party. There are not neo-Nazis with swastika flags in their video calls in the Democratic party. All >> Nazis. There has to be the young kids in this though. Like that. They're not kids. >> That's a lie. They're not kids. These are all adults. >> They're all Yeah. They're all communists and socialists that live with their parents. >> Don't you think side there are some just as bad, which I do believe, >> but the neo-Nazis aren't shown to people. You have to believe it's on both sides. >> No, you don't. I just want to lay this out real quick. >> Okay. I do. >> Do you think there are people in this country that adhere to Nazi ideology? >> Yes. >> Yes. Probably. >> Okay. Okay. We're on the same page there. >> Yes. >> Specifically because a guy had a swastika on his bullet. >> Okay. >> We're not on the same page there >> because more than half of them are Democrats. >> That is inaccurate. >> So, >> no, it's not. I'm kind of agreeing with dad. Half are on the other side, too. It's not just all one-sided here. Some are on the other side. >> I think you're wrong. >> Wrong. >> I think the Nazis in this country are all Republican. And >> more far right than the mainstream Republican party. >> Of course you do. >> There was a guy, one of these young Republican guys. >> That's their opinion. >> Show me a picture of any Democrat with a swastika in their background. I would have to search and look. >> Okay. It doesn't exist. >> Oh, I'm sure. >> The whole point of this piece of news is that this giant dump of group threads, group messages from all these uh people in in various Republican groups across the country, one of whom is an elected official. They are praising Hitler. They're making jokes about gas chambers and rapes and all this stuff. And yes, all of them, to my knowledge, were dismissed from their posts. Yes, there should be consequences for that. Yes, >> of course. But I'm saying that ideology exists only in one party. >> Not to mention our vice president excused it >> wrong. Okay. >> The vice president excused all of this behavior. >> That's wrong. >> And said, "Oh, it's just kids being kids. We can't ruin their life over this." >> Literally with mom and dad. >> They need to be held accountable. But I tr I truly believe it's on both sides in some of of these cases. I really do. >> What What happened? Was it a senator not too long ago that >> I'm sorry. Why do you think now it's on both sides? But always it's the Dems that are woke. Woke. You can't be woke and be a [ __ ] Nazi. >> Yes, you can. How do you do that? >> That's it. That doesn't >> How do you do that? >> You can be woke and be anything. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> So, you just including a good person. Well, hey, woke does not excuse you >> anyways >> from from uh categorizing everybody. >> Just because you're woke doesn't give you a free pass. >> Okay. >> Huh? >> There are no woke Nazis. >> I am agreeing though that consequences for sure, but I do believe it's on both sides. It's not just >> I mean, these guys did get caught. I mean, people see it. That's not right. They need to be held accountable. >> But there are some on the other side, too. >> What gives you that impression? Who Who on the Democratic side do you believe is a Nazi? >> I don't know. >> Oh, who's that lady running for? >> There's not. Is it AOC? Is it Jasmine Crockett? >> Well, they're all They're all >> They're communist. >> They're all communists. >> That's not >> That's not what we're talking about here. They want our country to come down. They don't talking about nemesis. Okay. Yeah, I understand that, Chad. I understand that. >> Okay. >> You're wrong. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Speaking of the Democratic Party, let's move on to our next topic. This week, White House press secretary Caroline Love it went on Fox News and said that the Democratic Party is made up of Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. Let's play her clip. Here we go. >> Oh, and we have a clip that I'm sending. party's main constituency are made up of Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. That is who the Democrat party is catering to. >> That's right. >> Okay. Now, Mom, you had a clip that you wanted me to play in response to this, I believe. >> Right. >> Okay. Let's play your clip now. Here it is. Hakee Jeff is simply lashing out because he knows that I am telling the truth about the modern-day Democrat party. What I said, and it is a fact, is that the Democrat party caters more to pro- Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. And let me walk Hakee through the facts of >> I just want to pause her right there. That's a lie. She said the Democratic Party is these people. We just watched the clip. So, she's already walking it back and lying here. I don't did she say is or they're aligning. >> We just watched the clip. Do you need to see it again? >> Yes. What were the exact words? >> Party's main constituency are made up of Hamas terror. Democrat party's main constituency are made up of Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. That is who the Democrat party is catering to. >> That's who the Democrat party is. >> She said the Democrat party's main constituency is made up of. And that's who they are catering to. >> No, she's trying to walk it back. >> We'll continue with the rest of your quote. >> Okay. >> That statement when it comes to pro Hamas terrorists, it was Hakee's House Democrat co Democrat caucus that voted against a resolution condemning the October 7th attack on Israel. It was Hakee de Jeff Jeff Democrat caucus that supported and encouraged the pro- Hamas protest that ravaged college campuses and engaged in illegal harassment of Jewish students across the United States of America under Joe Biden's administration. When it comes to illegal aliens, the American people know the truth about that. The Democrats allowed them to flood our country. Why? Because they view that constituency as their future voters. And when it comes to violent criminal uh criminals, look at what the Democrats support in terms of crime. Soft on crime policies like cashless bail, like letting violent criminals out back into the streets so they can recommmit violent offenses against law-abiding American citizens. The Democrat party puts Americans last. >> Okay, >> I agree with everything she just said. >> All right, >> she's just a liar. She literally said like pro Hamas protest on campus. >> It's just it's just pro Palestine. It's like >> don't argue. >> We're wanting to free Palestine. There's no pro Hamas >> and that has been a lie from the beginning. >> Dad, you're mumbling over there. >> Yeah, I said you're both ignorant. >> We agree with what she said. >> I I understand you agree with what she said. So that means you believe that the Democratic Party is made up of, in her words, Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. >> 20 million of them. >> Okay. Haley and I are part of the Democratic Party. So which of those things are we? >> All of them. >> It didn't say made up of. It did, but then she said caters to. So you guys cater to all the above. >> You want the illegal people in our country no matter what. Whether they came into our country correctly, whether they have the correct visas, whether they're murdering, raping, bringing in drugs. Right. Right. >> I don't care. >> You believe that Haley and I are pro- Hamas terrorists? >> Yes. >> I hope not. >> I believe you are. >> Okay. You think that we are pro-violent criminal? >> Yes. Well, it doesn't >> I believe you are okay. >> I hope not. >> So, >> I just have empathy for >> you are for illegals. We know this. >> I don't want I don't want anyone in Gaza to be [ __ ] bombed. I don't want children losing limbs. I don't want mothers losing babies. >> How bad? >> That's not pro- Hamas. I simply just don't think that all Palestinians should be [ __ ] murdered. I don't believe in genocide. >> What about Gaza killing their own right now? >> Do we need to go in and stop that? >> Well, you tell me. Is Trump the president of peace or is he going to usher in a peace deal and then wage war on the the people that he just made the deal with? >> We can't let people be killed. You said Gaza is killing their own now. >> Yes. And there are attacks supposedly going on from both sides. The ceasefire has not held. >> When this Yeah. When this all started, I didn't think it would work. The October 7th people, these were the people that on that day took babies, put them in microwaves, and blew them up. Okay. How can you >> What did I tell you? >> Communicate with people like this >> many years ago. >> A lot of things probably >> Palestinians all must die. >> Okay, >> we're we're not talking about that peace deal, though. I think there's still some time. We need to see if that actually holds or not. seeming like it's not already. >> Yeah, I read they're like little cells. >> They're going to kill them all. >> They're little cells fighting for land now and trying to do this and that, but they're killing their own people. They're executing their own. >> We can't. >> I have read all the stories. It's terrible what's happening over there. >> Terrible. >> This is in the wake of his peace deal. >> Keep going. >> No, we don't. >> All right, let's move on to our final topic. George Santos. This week, Trump extended his streak of freeing convicted criminals by commuting the sentence of disgraced New York Congressman George Santos. In addition to lying about his education, employment background, family, and heritage, Santos pleaded guilty to wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft. The charges stemmed from schemes in which he misled donors, misused campaign funds, used donor credit cards without authorization, uh claimed false work unemployment benefits, and filed false financial disclosures. He was sentenced to approximately 7 years in federal prison, but after only three months served, Trump commuted his sentence and had him released from prison immediately. In an attempt to make any sense of the decision, Trump emphasized that Santos quote always voted Republican and characterized him as having quote courage, conviction, and intelligence. Santos was a vocal and public Trump supporter. Dad can't handled the Santos >> bathroom break. >> Bathroom break. Mom, why do you think Trump commuted George Santos's sentence? >> Boy, I have no idea. And I don't I I know. Well, I do know he got more years, they said, than P. Diddy did, right? >> More so more time. Yes, he did. Did he? >> That's kind of >> how long did he get? >> Diddy only got 50 months. >> Oh [ __ ] I didn't even realize that. That's insane. Now, see, I mean, when you look at it kind of like that, it's like, wait, what? But I don't know why Trump did this. >> He's a Trump loyalist. >> I don't agree with it. I don't know. >> Trump's ass. >> Yeah. He's a Trump supporter, right? >> Trump is just a [ __ ] egoomaniacal, you know, more more. So, if you love Trump, if you're on his side, >> I mean, there's been presidents that have this isn't a pardon. It's a They commit. They um what did he do? He um >> a commutation. He basically just set him free. You don't have to serve your your sentence. >> Well, Biden I mean I know I shouldn't say y'all get on me, but he did a lot of of these on murder people that sentences he commit. He >> Nothing like this. >> Donald Trump is building the ark to Trump. >> You saw that, right? >> Yeah. >> No. the [ __ ] >> he's gonna put or I don't know if this is actually going to happen but there were a bunch of reporters in the Oval Office and he was having a press conference and he had this kind of like little diarama laid out about how what the changes they're going to be making around the the White House and on the hill and there's this [ __ ] arch built there and one reporter is like what is this and he's like that's an ark and the reporter goes it for and he goes me they're building an arc to Trump >> in DC. >> Do you think that that's kinglike behavior perhaps? >> I don't know. >> What do you mean you don't know? >> I haven't seen it. >> All right, Dad's back. Can you lean into the camera a little bit? >> Oh gosh. >> Dad, >> I'm I'm gonna send you a picture of our studio. >> Okay. >> And you can put that online and let people laugh at that instead of us. >> Dad, why do you think Trump commuted George Santos's sentence? He has >> because seven seven years is too much for >> lying about your education. >> He has peanut butter. >> That's not what he was >> and stealing money. >> Yeah, he was put in jail for finance fraud primarily which he plead guilty to. >> Let me give him a year or two. >> So they gave him more time than P. Diddy for what P. Diddy did to all the women and men and >> and he went to jail for just about the same amount of time that uh Peter Navaro did. Okay. So, you have no problem with Trump just releasing anybody at any time? >> Nope. >> Is there anyone that Trump could pardon or commute the sentence of that would change your mind about him? Mom? >> No. >> Gain Maxwell? >> Yes. Yes. That would be bad. >> That one's coming. Dad. >> No. I think that'd be great. >> Why? Because then she could tell everybody who all the [ __ ] are that are in the deal. >> She could do that now. >> And she would >> she could do it now. >> But she doesn't get a commute sentence. >> If she get if she gets some >> Oh, >> if she gets something, she'll give something. >> She doesn't If he lets her out, then we'll know the whole story. >> That [ __ ] should [ __ ] rot in prison, >> right? Dad, do you think there are any other um child rapists that should be freed from prison or just her? >> She's the only one I can think of and the only reason I'd give her time off is because she's going to rat out all the [ __ ] that need >> so weird. Um it's not like they have the [ __ ] Epstein files. It's like so weird. They already have all the answers. >> Do you think Ebstein committed suicide? >> No. >> No. He's [ __ ] murdered. >> Yeah. What you're talking about, Dad, makes no sense. They have all of that already. >> They don't need >> Yeah, but she's not willing to back it up and corroborate it unless she gets something. >> She's willing to say that Trump wasn't in it >> is why he's going to do this. >> Well, there you go. >> But he is that that reporting's already come out. His name appears in the Epstein files dozens of times. >> Okay. Don't blow his mind. Don't blow his mind. All right, that's enough. That brings us to the end of today's show. Uh, thank you everyone for joining us. We will be back next week and maybe we'll we'll tap in with a Wednesday episode. Mom, I know you had some stuff you wanted to discuss. Maybe we'll do that this Wednesday. Before we go, as we always do on this program, despite our differences, despite my dad uh saying that when my sister and I were born, his only reaction was, "I got a kid." Dad, I do love you. Um, and I'm happy to have a dad, even one who doesn't seem to remember any happiness of having his own children. Mom, I love you, too. Thank you for doing this podcast with me every week and even in the midweek. Haley, I love you as well. I hope uh the No Kings protests and everything that's going on was good for business. >> Mom, I love you. Dad, I love you. Chad, I love you. >> Good one. You're very dadlike in this moment. >> Chad and >> it's forced. It's forced. I don't know. I'm I'm I have to say it on camera. It's [ __ ] weird. >> Chad and Haley, I love you. You're my greatest gifts ever. >> Bob, I love you. I love everybody. >> Would you call me a treasure? >> Yes. >> Oh, >> wait, wait. I gota Oh, I forgot to tell myself, too. >> I forgot to tell one thing. I'll do it real quick if I can. >> Sure. >> Yesterday, if I can. Yesterday, I was going to go see Shiny Heiny. It was about 5:36. But then I thought, "No, I'm tired." I went out in the backyard. I was crying, thinking of Kitty and Max and all that. So, then I look up. I'd had two monarchs in the yard during the day. I look up. I go, one, two, three, no way. Four, five. They're up high. They're And it started to get a chill in the air. They're floating in the sky. 305 went over our house. >> Wow. >> I I mean, I've only seen this one other time. It was 10 years ago. They flew over. I got little clips, but it was hard to see. They flew over. They kept going. They didn't stop. It was the migration from Canada um all the way down to Mexico and they flew over our house. >> And you think that was Max and Kitty directing them? >> Yes, I do. I think Kitty pushed them right to me. >> I do. >> That's cool. >> Yep. >> Well, I'm glad she did that. I'm glad you got to have that moment. >> I'm glad those praying manises didn't get them. >> Oh my god. >> I hate those [ __ ] When I was there last, there were praying manises on the [ __ ] [ __ ] that like monarchs go, you know, >> just waiting. >> They grab them. I hate them. >> Yes. >> I I don't Well, I >> And if you make like if you make a movement like this, they'll literally like like they snap. They focus on you. It's creepy as [ __ ] Yeah. >> All right. Well, >> thanks everyone for joining us. We will be back next week. >> Bye-bye. You survived. >> You're dismissed.
