Election Predictions

America is deeply divided there are only two sides to every issue and there is no interest in finding common ground not even with members of your own family but as the 2024 presidential election Looms on the horizon there has never been a more important time to have the necessary conversation welcome to the necessary conversation I'm Chad culin uh with me is my sister Haley Pope who is looking at something else hi hello there how you doing sir and my mom Mary L culin my dad is not here on the our last show before the election what is going on no excuses we for him we just had bad weather last night he was up all night he was sleeping right now I tried to wake him up I said it's podcast time and and uh I said do you not want to be on he said no I said Bob come on uh right before the election come on and no no excuses I I don't even know what to say okay let's break some things down so last week we did not have a podcast because I flew to Oklahoma City and then me and my dad and my brother-in-law and my NE nephew all drove or my nephew was there Roman who was on this podcast a week two weeks ago um we all went tock on your arm what what is on your arm oh Halloween fake tattoo remnants oh my God so we went to Kansas State University to watch a Kansas State game and it was a brutal ass kicking for me specifically talk about no sleep I had to get up at like 7:00 a.m. to get on the plane the next morning he's uh you know saying we were going to leave at 11:00 then he's like we got to get out there wanted to leave at like 9:00 a.m. all this [ __ ] whatever um there was something that happened that was very funny at this Kansas State game they won that week they didn't win yesterday but something very funny happened that I wanted to ask him about and now he's not even going to be on here well does if he's not here it doesn't matter well ask me maybe I know maybe he there's no way you'll be able to know but the the something happened at this game he of course has just had a hip replacement and so we're marching through uh the crowds after the game trying to get back to the car where Conrad had parked it very far away and I'm with Dad and he can't make it the whole way so he's like I got to stop again he had a hip replacement that makes sense and so we stop and he goes I got to lean on something so I just stuck out my arm I'm like lean on me and he put his arm like through my elbow and then he became overtly concerned that passers by were going to think we were a gay couple and he yes sir yes he uh said it again and again and again he you know they're going to think we're gay but not in those such nice terms and I just wanted to ask him like if he thought that was really a problem like why he was so concerned about maybe toward the end of the episode I go in there I don't know he's he's just a bear you do not want to see him when he's a bear like this it was bad but I mean this is the last this whole podcast that we have been doing for the past two years leads to this episode and he's not here someone just texted me maybe it's him let me see he's texting you from the other room I doubt that he'd never text well this sucks I mean what what can we say here do you really want to see him as a bear yeah bring it oh [ __ ] I don't know I don't know like part of me wants to protect him part of me does not cuz he's such a dick he's anthem playing on Newsmax by the way I watched some Newsmax for the first time when I was at your house over this past weekend I had no idea Newsmax is going public they were about to have a a stock uh option that you can buy and the the program itself all of the news uh you know shows on Newsmax were selling that stock straight to the viewer it's a great investment you should buy Newsmax stock I had no idea it was a grift like Donald Trump Stakes Bob Chad wants to ask you something here he's waking up just a minute he might stay as awake through wait you got to get on here so we can see your face what wait wait there we go what when we were at the Kansas State game it do you remember where you and me had to stop and you needed to lean against me for a minute yeah okay do you remember what your primary concern was in that moment yeah they think we're gay okay so why was that your primary concern okay all right all right he won't do no more that's it I knew it up all night but what Dad was up all night when he came here for the game too all right well uh I guess he's not going to be in the most important episode of the entire podcast literally what this has been building toward but we we are going to do a little shortened episode on Election night as the tallies are coming in right will he be there and awake for that who the knows I have no idea all right fantastic let's start with our first viewer question question are you ready yes here we go hi this is zav ramen from Manhattan Kansas and I go to Cas University with Roman hi hi on the previous episode Chad remarked that he does not believe in borders countries or money while I understand the concept of open borders and can imagine say a world government it is less clear to me what a world without money would look like so do any of you agree with Chad what do yall think wait a minute who was that that um ZB I I don't know zaa sorry that was Roman's friend yeah Roman it's a little video Romans in the video as well so the question is I said on last week's episode that I think money should be um removed from The Human Experience and that's kind of my utopian vision of the world can either of you imagine what that world would look like I don't think it would ever happen and no I can not Envision what it would look like mom do you think that there was a a human society that existed before money existed no because they always okay well there there were many um okay I was not in them okay right but money is in terms of human evolution a relatively recent idea recent there's yeah M money itself like paper money however there's always been forms of currency no either whether you're bartering bartering is not a form of currency bartering is saying I'll trade you this object for that object currency is the middleman that got invented I mean there are different kind of uh you know guesses or historical references to when money was invented but most people think it was the Mesopotamians that invented it yes so ideally utopian society it doesn't exist I understand what you're saying is it really real istic probably not I disagree completely this is how I see it uh the question was asked you know what would that Society look like what's that both Haley and I were shaking our heads like we are getting to a point with technology at which the basic necessities for life can exist in abundance with very uh cheap or no overhead cost to produce if you look at you know Star Trek for example is a a good kind of idea utopian vision of what the future can be they have a technology in Star Trek called the replicator which is just a box that you talk to and you say I want a cup of coffee and it just materializes it out of atoms in the air could some technology like that exist possibly at the very least could a completely automated system that provides food and housing for people exists where the only costs are the basic building materials absolutely so then there's if that kind of a society exists there are no jobs anymore correct like AI robots have all taken over yes and you get to do whatever you want whatever you want and you're just fed and you're clothed and you're and you have a house and you literally don't have to work for any of it you get three meals you have a place to live and you can do whatever but how do you come to that with all these people with capitalism with all these people like to die power so how do you achieve that capitalism has to die I think in my best kind of estimation this is a possible way it could happen somebody makes an AI that essentially can make enough money on a daily basis either in the stock market the crypto Market whatever that money becomes Obsolete and if that person were altruistic whoever controlled the AI or the AI itself if it becomes conscious and it's like [ __ ] it a billion dollars in everybody's bank account or whatever you know I can reroute uh this resource or this food or this whatever and take control of these things to to turn like all Global militaries instead of being weapons of war it turns them into services that provide housing and food these kinds of things could happen I'm not saying it's likely but I think that's a possible way to get rid of money in the future personally yeah not in our not in my lifetime and I doubt if in yours either well we'll see I think 2027 is going to be a very interesting year for all of us uh for a variety of reasons I'll simply say that now Mom why 2027 that's just how I kind of see things shaping up why that year why'd you pick 27 2027 yeah I'm looking at the rate at which consumer grade AI is advancing this past year and just kind of extrapolating out it seems to be getting faster and faster as well and I think in about two years we'll have an AI God but I think like the flaw and the logic is that only super wealthy can afford these kinds of Technologies no that's the the exact reason why this technology specifically is different than all others once an AI becomes conscious it dictates who it's going to help who gets to use that technology and whatever it's not the the billionaire that created that AI or that owns the company that created it or pays the engineers that created it it is the AI itself and that AI doesn't give a [ __ ] about money why would it well it probably doesn't give a [ __ ] about Humanity as well so then what do we do I mean we don't know that's kind of like we're up against that precipice it's coming in the next couple of years I think we are going to see a fully conscious artificial intelligence who is either going to be malevolent or altruistic or somewhere in the middle and then one of us is going to be have to [ __ ] John coning the world okay I just what are we GNA do I just don't know why it would do that because if if you look at these AIS let's assume that it becomes conscious in a way that like humans are conscious meaning it's fostering a Natural Curiosity about the nature of reality about existence about what any of this is or how we can manipulate it or understand it better that seems likely to me if AI were to become conscious that it would be concerned primarily with these big existential questions the same ones that you know are philosophers and religions and politicians and everybody else has been trying to Grapple with since the dawn of humanity if those things are primarily what it's interested in wouldn't it want to help us as well I think that those interests are kind of in their nature altruistic it it's wanting to understand more about the the greater structure of what all of this is we are a part of it we also will have created the AI so I would assume it would have some Affinity toward us as a species you know I just don't see the version of it where it becomes Skynet I just don't think that will happen but that's just me that's one way thank you for your question by the way that's one way we could potentially get rid of M lik talking about that you think though um when you get your head Frozen your brain Frozen then come back then it'll be that way I mean I'm doing that kind of as a joke at this point I don't think that it has it has much of a chance of actually working but I what I do think will happen in my lifetime and it's already kind of happening is all the data that we are feeding into the internet will be used to replicate some digital version of us at a a future point and believe that yeah the more data you can put in the internet the better off you're going to be for your digital clone now how do you get rid of that though once you you don't how do you get rid of your Instagram Facebook Tik Tok once you die you don't it's just there it's like a tombstone forever a digital gra I know because I saw a birthday come up of a lady I knew she did some sewing for me she died like four years ago and there she was on Facebook as her birthday nice uh the other question we had was for Dad and the person was asking basically um I mean I guess he can't answer it but the question was basically in the prior episode he said that all Democrats and anybody who votes for KLA Harris should be killed and the question was would he kill me and Haley oh god'll never God yeah you know that's to no Jesus so we are the only Comm of Voters that will be spared I can't believe you're voting her that you are that I'm gonna call you stupid I think America has become a lot more stupid than they used to be I don't think that's true they're not seeing the whole picture here with her she is a flip-flopper she'll say one thing she does another I get you don't like her I don't really like her all that much either unfortunately why you vote for her then why okay then why would you vote for her unfortunately in this country you get two fake choices between a blue team and a red team both of whom are beholden to their corporate overlords that's what the American political system is you can also write someone I've told you this both you can write someone in okay that's a waste of anybody you could write me in you could write dad in anybody all right well I'm not going to I'm voting for Comm Harris because I need to see Trump lose okay because you're stupid that's stupid America to me that you're voting for one of the sides just because you don't like the other that makes no sense to me that's what every election is I don't I don't understand that's literally how these election if I that's how I feel about you and dad though like with his [ __ ] rap sheet and the things that he's done as a [ __ ] human on this planet the fact that you can still sit there and defend him and take sides with it like that's insane to me like you you know I I live in a state right now I live in a state where because he decided that roie Wade needed to be overturned and those Wheels started turnning because of that action There Are People Dying women are dying in the state of Texas because doctors don't want to be sued or go to [ __ ] prison Haley now let's very quickly I just want to say we're we're kind of altering the format in this episode because my dad's not here we we each were tasked with bringing a topic this week and so I guess we're only going to have three Haley you've kind of introduced yours already you sent me these two articles uh one is from CNN and one is from propublica uh one is entitled a woman died after being told it was be a crime to intervene in her miscarriage at a Texas hospital and another one says a pregnant teenager died after trying to get care in three visits to Texas emergency rooms so this is very real these are very real consequences mom that are happening as a result of Donald Trump putting three conservative Supreme Court Justices on the Supreme Court who overturned roie Wade what are your feelings on this do you think that this is how America should work no that's not right I do not agree with that but I think four years years ago our lives were a lot better the economy people could eat people could fill up their saying the E is this isn't about the economy it is about a woman's right to reproductive health care and Donald Trump has effectively taken that away from most United States citizens I think I would rather vote for him and be in a free country not communism and then change that vote do you think we're in communism now we will be if Harris is elected that's exactly what you said when it was the 2020 election if Joe Biden was elected so Joe Biden got elected hang on hang on hang on Jo B Joe Biden was elected you also believed that would result in a communist America do you think he's had four full years in office are we in communism we're close we are close and we're we're also appoint what way are we close hang on tell me this how are we close to communism because they are going to tell us everything that we're gonna do they're gonna take away all of our rights Donald Trump is telling you everything you're gonna do I think it's the other way around I can't see that's why I can't we're just not on the same page yeah no we're not I agree I'm not saying that KLA Harris is like Jesus Christ reincarnated I don't think that she is a career politician who was a DA I don't like of these things I think she also with did you not see that one video when swipe with the pen I can make them go to jail yeah yeah I I'm not Donald Trump just said that Liz Cheney should be put forth before a [ __ ] firing squad like I mean not okay that is how liberals and you guys twist exactly words that we say or you know Biden calls us trash but then they redo that on the White House page to where he really didn't say it but yes he did Trump did not say that about Liz Cheney um I don't have the exact words but he said something in regard to how would she feel if she was in front of that yeah look it up Chad if she was in front of a firing squad like the young boys are that go to war is what he was stating how would she feel with guns pointed at her th that was the verbiage more or less Chad's going to look it up and then let's see and then Libs twist it they always do did you get the right words I should I she's a radical Warhawk Trump said of the former Wyoming congresswoman after blah blah blah let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her okay let's see how she feels about it you know when the guns are trained on her face that's his direct quote right but but you don't go on to the other words he said in regard to you know War fighting when they're was insinuating was arm men young men in war fighting with guns pointed at them that's how he said I wonder how she here's his next line you know they're all warhawks when they're sitting in you know they're all warhawks when they're sitting in Washington in a nice building saying oh gee well let's send let's send 10,000 troops right in the mouth of the enemy oh God you're getting a little better I would say you are thank you thank you um Liz Cheney came back and said quote this is how dictators destroy free Nations they threaten those who speak against them with death we cannot entrust our country and our freedom to a petty vindictive cruel unstable man who wants to be a tyrant I kind of agree with what you're saying mom it does like it does sound like he's basically saying let's see what would happen to her like everybody's a war hawk until you have to go to war basically that's what he was stated but then they twist it and say it their way they always do no I mean that's a direct quote from him too like I I can't defend anybody here how about Biden calling magas trash well who cares speaking of trash my topic was going to be the Trump Madison Square Garden rally that featured Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe saying that Puerto Rico was an island of floating garbage Mom how did you feel about that that was bad do you agree with it that was terrible right a and I mean and Trump has said he shouldn't have said that that's not right blah blah blah him up there to talk and then he singled out a black guy in the crowd and said something about carving watermelons for uh Halloween he said I didn't know that didn't hear that racist stuff about Jewish people as well it was a a wide ranging kind of super offensive performance to open the Madison Square Garden Trump rally and Camala Harris now can say think she wants to Christians and tell them you're at the wrong rally get the hell out of here how about that one I'm looking people are saying that that was not real or not happening I this is an inent you know how you just said that liberals twist everything that said this was one of those instances not of liberals but conservatives then some lady must be doing drugs and stuff to video to get up on video and say she was there and witnessed it witnessed the Guy Yell out about um it was Jesus something and you know it's about a Christian line and then why do why do you care about Christianity Donald Trump is not a Christian he has said so he does not stand for Christian values why does that matter to you yes he does because I believe in God he's raped two women oh he cheated on his wife okay he's [ __ ] criminal okay and so has Kamala Harris's husband but he just screwed the babysitter I guess of the first wife or something but you know that doesn't matter and why does it not matter what Donald finally found out who whose crack was in the White House the thing that she said you're at the wrong rally about I just I just read it it was not anti-christian it was anti um pro-choice it was people screaming pro-choice [ __ ] at her and she said you're at the wrong Rally or sorry not Choice pro pro life thank you liberal Chad no it had the line I'm reading it on verify.com line had God in it and so and Jesus and she yelled you're at the wrong um but it was a pro-choice statement I mean nobody can can verify exactly what was said I guess is what I'm reading but what's that I wish I would have had those words written down that we talk about this almost on a weekly basis like in our house we cannot understand why the Christian side of the right is on board with Donald Trump like it just doesn't make sense because he delivers results that they want he Stacks the Supreme Court with crazy Christian conservatives that's all they give a [ __ ] about it's like let the ends justify the means as far as Christians being like uh at least in this election at least in this country especially the Evangelical Christians it does seem like the ideology of Christianity goes out the window in favor of the results that that group of people want for American [ __ ] insane it is insane okay is this insane one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all which God I I don't that's insane to you yes and do you know what and you're talking about um money as well we've got in God we trust patri you know what Donald Trump you know what Donald Trump is doing actively and is going to do to pretty much every state in the United States right now happening in Texas like actively happening um they're handing out these vouchers and trying to close down public education your Elementary School that you taught at closing next year no yes 20 other it's in our [ __ ] newspaper it is closing there are 20 schools in LISD that are closing due to they are handing they are numbers due to Greg Abbott they're handing out vouchers and here's the thing they don't tell about vouchers fine so now kids can get privatized education only the wealthy ones can afford the remainder of that privatized education you're only getting a voucher to cover like a quarter of the [ __ ] expenses so what they're actively trying to do is keep people impoverished uneducated and in the workforce and if you are wealthy and pretty much [ __ ] white in our area that's what they're trying to do is educate those people so you have to be rich to get I do not believe it it's right here I mean I guess you don't have to you don't believe anything I'm reading this right off of the Cross Timber Gazette Lewisville ISD Narrows down list of schools that could be shuttered Lewisville ISD has narrowed down the list of current school campuses that is considering closing permanently or adjusting their boundaries the community uh committee presented to the LISD Board of Trustees their findings on potential ways to increase facility efficacy across the district blah blah blah and on that list is B Owen Elementary Creekside Elementary Garden Ridge Elementary Highland Village Elementary puler STEM Academy Elementary and they could have some boundary adjustments I guess what's the reason why what was the reason um finances the it's a a big money cut well that has nothing to do with Donald Trump it does no but it's Greg Abbott and Donald Trump wants to privatize School federally he's already said openly that if you oppose like if you start uttering anything about slavery or critical race Theory we will defund your [ __ ] school and you will go under he has said that publicly they are actively trying to privatize education right now in the United States and it is terrifying and one of your schools that you taught at all those years is going down next year well I do feel that our education system does need an overall all over and I would tell you this if you you guys were young right now in elementary school I'd have you at home you'd be online doing home homeschooling online online school do you think like a nationalized school system is the right way to go where the president gets to determine what is being taught to Children he wants to eliminate the [ __ ] Board of Education like get rid of it but wait where are you getting this information from something that he has nothing to do with that 20 Whatever It Is 2020 project 2025 exactly uhuh exactly why do you think he has no nothing to do with that because I've seen him on TV say he does not this is on he doesn't even this is on CNN this is from um October 24th on the campaign Trail former president Donald Trump has pointed to the Department of Education as a symbol of federal overreach into the everyday lives of American families uh I say it all the time I'm dying to get back to do this we will ultimately eliminate the Federal Department of Education he said earlier this month during a rally in Wisconsin that's a direct quote from Donald Trump saying he will shut down the Department of Education how much Clear can be I don't think I do not think that Maja [ __ ] like they they are so it's like a cult like it's so [ __ ] of course they have been beat down with all this [ __ ] and they're like oh he doesn't mean he doesn't mean he's literally telling you what he means do you think get rid of public education there's no way he would do uhuh he literally said it that's a direct quote from him I'm dying to get back to do this we will ultimately eliminate the Federal Department of Education it cannot be more clear he's excited about doing this the last 10 years our education system everyone has agreed needs to be overhauled do you think it would be better or worse to get rid of the Department of Education do you think that will make education in America better or worse I think it needs to be restructured so you're on board with this then you have you hav you have not had children in the education system in how many [ __ ] years I currently have well two that are in public education they are learning what they need to learn thankfully still like the school that my kids go to um they're still learning about slavery they're learning real [ __ ] history none of it is Christian uh I kind of think that they go to a little bit more Progressive School some of the teachers the Educators there are like with it but um it's not a terrible school system I don't know why you're saying that our kids are receiving like top-notch education I mean Willow is getting ready to she's like top 10% in her school you know like they're brilliant top 10% weak should be in the one okay okay what about California where if the child goes to school and tells the counselor I don't know if I'm really a girl I think maybe I'm a boy oh God how does this come into anything do you think the Department of Education listen because listen this is education okay go ahead because then the counselor will go oh really if the parents won't get involved in help that child can be taken away is that right I have no idea what you're talking about educational system has to be changed counselors are there to counsel and they actually keep kids from [ __ ] killing themselves because Mom and Dad don't believe the child so I think that counselors in school are imperative but that has nothing to do with their education and in very liberal states they can steer them one way or another they don't do that you are this is weird [ __ ] that like you're getting from Newsmax it's [ __ ] weird let me ask you this do you know your uh primary fear seems to be that the current school system is encouraging kids to become transgender yes okay do you not all of them but yes do you believe by eliminating the Department of Education that's going to make that problem better wouldn't that give rise to ultra liberal schools that Push Ultra liberal agendas because there is no federal oversight I have no idea it needs restructuring it has ever since I was a school teacher so you're on board no fundings there's no funding available anymore and why I wonder why why we can't afford food we can't afford gas we can't afford schools right so you're now saying there's no funding for schools but you think getting rid of the Department of Education will mean more funding for schools that they get rid of the government agency that determines that funding needs restructured okay so that's uh I I don't think we're getting anywhere with this but no we're not you are at least admitting Donald Trump has said I'm dying to get back to do this we will ultimately eliminate the federal department of educ we'll see I guess you don't believe he said it or you do no I you read it I listened okay I just think that there's a lot on the maah side that is like like Haley's saying you're not quite aware somehow of these things that he's directly saying and doing or you're not ignoring I feel like I feel like the things the left is doing either and we are very aware of them we talk about them on the show every week hey and I are not blind supporters OFA Harris we're going to vote for whoever is not Donald Trump in this election you're voting for a lady that will put us into communism I know you've said that but I'm I'm just looking at factual information that two women in Texas have died being denied reproductive Health Care like that's a fact and I don't want any more of that to happen and under Donald Trump it will happen on a [ __ ] like a mass scale it's going to be happening in every [ __ ] State because federally he wants to ban abortion like period why it's a 99 it is a 99e sentence in prison for any doctor in the state of Texas right now to Aid anyone in any capacity for an abortion 99 years and so they don't want to touch they call them Untouchables this 18-year-old that's what they called her the I can't I can't I can't help you they're Untouchables she got septic and she [ __ ] died she was denied three different emergency rooms the baby was [ __ ] in distress at her baby shower okay she wanted this kid this was a devout Christian family who didn't want to abort the baby so she carried it at 18 at her [ __ ] baby shower I think she was like eight months pregnant or some [ __ ] started hemorrhaging three different occasions they turned her away and said [ __ ] you go home I don't agree with that no I don't she died and the mom who's a devout Christian said if I have to choose I choose my daughter and now I lost them both there's bad on both sides haly there's bad of trump like that but there's bad of Harris so you got to make a choice what if Harris is equivalent your mind Trump would get elected can't you change that law can't people like you go and change that law what do you people like me what he's going to issue a [ __ ] presidential decree and and he's got Federal mate Supreme Court hang on Mom hang on let me ask youe Court wants to eradicate all abortions like Nationwide the very first thing that he's going to do what's he gonna do let's see if you even know what's the first thing he's gonna do when he gets elected well to get back to do this we will ultimately eliminate the Federal Department of Education he's going to K murder immigrants um murder the left put I'm going to throw a big party I'm gonna get a lot of cocaine and a lot of prostitutes we're gonna have a great time Lally here will quit raping and killing women but he's gonna shut the border okay one hang on a minute now you said Haley's bringing up all these stats of these specific cases of women in Texas who were denied uh health care because of these the the rollbacks RSE weight all this you said there's bad on both sides what in your mind is KLA Harris's equivalent to these two women who have died in Texas 320,000 children okay that have come illegally across the border we don't know where they are are they dead are they in the sex tra slavery have they been sold to other people she was the Border person in charge I'm not even going to give her a title like borders are I'm not going to give it to her she was supposed to be there to to protect those children they were sold okay they were sold into the United States for probably from uh Cartel into people in the United States they didn't even have to have a person pick them up it was a phone call off they went I think it's 330,000 by now children where are they they're called the missing I think that's pretty bad I think the women that were wanting to come across that were raped on the rape trees by uh the officials there and then sent across I think that's pretty bad this where's Camala Harris nowhere to be I'm reading I'm reading a a big article about this right now Mom uh it talks about a report that came out in May of this year that says more than 291,000 unaccompanied migrant children uh had not received a notice to appear in court and additionally more than 32,000 unaccompanied migrant children got a notice to appear but then failed to show up so this article is basically saying that that number is roughly accurate however they are not missing they are with their families they just don't have the proper paperwork [ __ ] I'll just call the [ __ ] it's not a missing kids problem it's a missing paperwork problem Jonathan beer associate director of research and evaluation at the ACAA Center for justice accompanied I mean and that's how we twist it okay you paperwork problem they're really not missing I'm not saying it's not I mean even the paperwork problem is a giant problem when people immigrate to this country they should be documented all that kind of stuff etc etc I agree with all of that but I think that there is there's something that happens on the right which is this it takes a problem that exists in the bureaucracy of government and it it exaggerates it to like the end of the world all of your arguments always are if she gets elected World War III if she gets elected we fall into communism if she gets elected 320,000 kids are being sold into sex slavery and no no no no no uhhuh and you're saying all that's true again I would I would offer you in 2020 you said if Biden gets elected we will have communism in World War II neither of those things happened it's close it's always close World War I has always close by the way always you're living you're living a you're living a life of like this imaginary fear what it could it it might happen I'm living in a world rooted in reality where like these things have happened you know women are dying we cannot get reproductive health care I was asked questions at my last OBGYN appointment that I've never been asked before and it raised a little bit of a red flag like tracking me as a woman and my cycles and all of this [ __ ] like that's pretty standard but it started asking me um questions I have literally never been asked before like at my OBGYN appointment yeah what were these she it was asking I mean it was very long and drawn out usually it's like 10 10 question thing and and this was like 40 questions long um it was asking me uh how how many kids have you had what kind of and I haven't had to do this because I haven't been pregnant in a very long time um standard questions are like when was your last period are you having any pain uh you know are you on any new medications like period because I am past that point in my life where like I'm having babies and [ __ ] this started asking me about my fertility it was asking me um what kind of births I had it was asking me if my if if I had Sons or daughters um like none of these things are normal to me it literally ask me what was the sex of your children I that's never been and I'm 43 I had that asked I had that asked when I was pregnant like 20 plus years ago I've been going to the same OBGYN since we've lived here this has never happened to me why didn't you ask her why are you asking me these questions well it was a questionnaire on my phone I had to sign in to like go in and it was asking me these really [ __ ] weird questions and so now that I'm taking Willow into the doctor I just fill out her paperwork for her and I don't answer really anything that I don't have to because it's kind [ __ ] terrifying yeah going into a database for sure correct and hearing Donald Trump say [ __ ] like they're going to start tracking women's fertility and pregnancies and or there should be punishment for women who get abortions remember when we said that everything we do is going into uh databases right now everything so yeah like can you not acknowledge that there is like this war on women right now do you not like understand what's going on that we are being that we are being treated as lesser than we are allowed to die in the [ __ ] emergency room like it is a war that has been waged against women we're going to protect their rights whether they like it whether they want it or not like that that is I have two daughters I have a son who may get married one day like they all might want to have kids I don't [ __ ] know I can't live here if that's the president if that's what my kids are gonna have to go up against Where Are You Gonna Move say if he gets out this country we'd have to move out of the country okay Mom let me ask you this like I just it's it's terrifying to have young young daughters that will have to [ __ ] go through this here Mom let me ask you this question do you believe Donald Trump respects women and believes that they are equal to men equal I don't know he has strong strong women around him how about Mark Cuban saying that that statement that Donald Trump only has weak women around him what the hell kind of statement was that I mean I will say I have gained much more respect for Melania through the years when she's he goes in for the kiss and she gives him the cheek CU she's like uhuh uh kiss on the lips is $100,000 [ __ ] she's getting that money she's getting paid yeah so I got some respect okay where do you get that information from you make that [ __ ] up I mean I'm I'm watching we know that he's paid for sex before that's a matter of public record at this point and uh I'm pretty sure make that up you make it up make up what that he's paid for sex that I mean we've all read about that he's paying his wife for kisses and to show up at rallies and stuff I she has that up I'm not I mean yes I'm I'm uh you know theorizing let's say but it up else could possibly explain the fact that she has been vacant from his entire rally except or his entire campaign except when he has rallies that she needs to show maybe she's a little petrified that a bullet could come her way from the Democratic people from crazy liberals that are out there that could have something to do with it Sure Mia is going to cash in she's probably getting paid like $25 million some [ __ ] gets the house gets the car get the gets the kid and you know all she has to do is show up a couple of times and like whether he president or not she'll disappear and kind of like slink away Into Obscurity here in the next 5 10 years I don't think so still I don't think still there I think when he dies she becomes the most famous person on planet Earth yeah books movies TV shows she's gonna come out and say all of it um so Mom you never officially answered the question do you think Donald Trump respects women yes I do if he doesn't he wouldn't be married he's got strong women around him he's been married how many times two three three four yeah three his past wife fell down the stairs she bar on his golf course yeah what yes oh so you're insinuating head or killed off 100% oh my God that's my personal belief the way that he talks about women how he's proud of overturning roie Wade a lot of people like listen I'm not I wouldn't line up uh to get an abortion like it's a [ __ ] party favor you know it's not something that I have ever had to do it's not something I don't even know if I could do it but the point is it's not my [ __ ] choice because it's not my body so whatever you want to do personally that's up to you he does not respect women enough to let us choose our own reproductive Health Care he literally eliminated that choice for us on purpose and he brags about it that's your opinion and he just said uh something about there was like a report that um you know if you're a divided household like if the wife is voting for someone and the husband's voting for someone else he said you know that's [ __ ] you should be able to your husband needs to know how you vote like there is no he does not respect women like period okay he cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star so if he gets elected Haley how soon before you're gonna leave the country I don't know I mean obviously I can't do it tomorrow but we have looked into a few different countries and what it would take and although it's going to be difficult I we can't stay here so that would be [ __ ] you Mom and Dad huh you Mom and Dad how does that have anything to do with you that she's just gonna take her family out of the United States she knows dad and I can't travel she'll probably never see dad again maybe me once but we'll come see you I well here's the alternative yeah I have a daughter that gets pregnant and [ __ ] dies you go to another state we've talked about this if Trump is comprehending this he's going to overturn everything federally all states it will be illegal would you not do anything for us for me and Chad yes so why can't I do the same for my family why do you take that as a personal attack it has nothing to do with with you like I fear for my daughter's lives yeah take your family and go and then Dad and I are not part of it anymore I get it that we're not that important you're you're personalizing something that is you're voting for Donald Trump who is gonna do this to State you could stay in the United States and go to another state you are you're not lending this you're not listening be too hard if he gets into office again one of his primary goals is to federally Outlaw abortion so in all states it will be a crime maybe those states can dictate what the penalty for participating in that crime is but it will be a crime in every state is that a law now in many states yes Hale's just talking about how it is in Texas how it is in Texas it will be like that in every state how do you know that do you think he's goal with a a swipe of the pen he can't do that that has to be passed that is not going to be pass by the Supreme Court who passed not be passed who already overturned roie Wade no it would never be passed but you're saying like it would never be passed I guess I am making it personal that I thought we were all a family if that's true if you want to make things personal why aren't you voting for KLA Harris why don't you want to preserve my freedoms my daughter's freedoms and our lives here in the United States if that is how you feel that we are thicker than that why aren't you helping me stay here in this country oh no I'm not why would you vote against why would you vote against you're liter like you're voting against our reproductive Health Care rights you have options you guys would have options Haley to go to another state not leave the country here's the deal too you and Chad neither one of you have patriotism you don't even know what that word means correct that really hurts exactly that hurts my heart your grandfather both of them your uncles that fought in the war that loved America the way your dad and I do that's patriotism you don't have it no I have exactly OPP you don't have God in your life either or patriotism country I think sad our country is sunk that you have more of an allegiance with being a patriot in this country than you do your grandkids and their [ __ ] health care and their safety that doesn't make sense to me you know I don't so you're literally voting you are voting against our right to reproductive Health Care you are voting against that voting against the lgbtq plus Community you and Chad are very um what do I want say you're very privileged both of you sure your [ __ ] College was paid for both of you didn't have to pay a scent we have given you both cars we have both given you lots of cars lots of money you're privileged okay sure okay so for you to sit there and say that to me that really I'm so glad dad's not on this podcast to say what now what what's the thing you're taking issue with mom to say that Haley's saying that I don't give a [ __ ] about either one of you or your children or my grandkids no she's not saying that overly she's trying to say that as a a kind of CounterPoint to what you said which is if you leave the country you don't care about us she we know that you love us we know that you love us she doesn't what you you always turn everything into a personal attack and I don't understand it you know that we love you you know that I know you love us like we know that right but I'm doing what I think is best for my children okay and it's hard to live in a country that [ __ ] literally detests women at this point in time and Donald Trump is a president that [ __ ] hates women I don't see it that way all of his policies work against women I don't see it that way and if you're all about the abortion issue you could go to a different state that does have it Le it's not even abortion this this 18-year-old girl wanted her baby and it [ __ ] died inside of her and doctors let her get septic and die it's not even about abortion read about reproductive health care then go to a state that does approve it and has better reproductive Health Care all right um let's take that note and now I don't know if there's going to be a simmer down or not here at the very end of the episode but I am curious about our predictions the election is less than 48 hours away or roughly about 48 hours away I'm going to vote on the day I like to get out there mix it up on Election Day I know you both have already voted yes yeah okay so uh and Tuesday by the way Tuesday night during the election at some point we'll have to figure out what time works for all of us we're all going to jump on a 20 or 30 minute zoom and just kind of give our our reactions as that night is going on which I think could be interesting hopefully dad will join us for that who knows all right so let's have our predictions Haley what do you think is going to happen on Tuesday I don't know uh when kamla like made her announcement you know there was a like a new found Hope yeah um a momentum that I could kind of feel but as it gets closer and closer I just feel a sense of dread I uh I haven't slept for like like three or four days because of this I mean yeah this is very real I I don't know who's going to win I really don't know because you you read all of these things and again you have to take news with a grain of salt but you know you re he I didn't lose the last election you know like if we're pulling the same [ __ ] if and he's already starting to he's already starting to float out there that the Pennsylvania election's already rigged yeah so I like I don't how does that play out I don't know like is it ever going to be fair and square ever again I don't know so I never has been hasn't been for a long time yeah I don't know I'm I have an impending sense of Doom so I'm hoping that that she's elected but I literally am just scared shitless what do you think is going to happen on the day do you you know a lot of people are talking about how there's going to be political violence and this and that do you think any of that's going to come to pass I don't think night of election no okay I don't mom predictions I don't think it'll be called until about maybe four or five days after I don't think it's going to be called at nine it might be if it's close now if he gets the electro electoral votes real quick it could be a it I'm seeing it two different ways a landslide one way for him or very close and then it won't be called till three or four nights later and do you believe there will be political violence anywhere in our great nation yes either or hell um when your Dodgers won the game or whatever the baseball game there was fin in the street that night so what do you think about a presidency yes I don't know I okay well thank you for your predictions this is my prediction I believe K Harris is going to win and I think it's not going to be disputable I don't know that it'll be a landslide but I think like in the swing States that she wins I think it'll be by a large enough margin that people can't really contest it I just don't see this is kind of what I've seen in the last I would say month of this campaign of both their campaigns she continues to show up at the right places with the right people and give like pretty good interviews even when she goes on call her daddy Trump every time he does an interview in the past month or rally I mean did you see this recent rally where he's like giving the microphone a [ __ ] yeah I knew yall would turn that into that I watched it into he [ __ ] did I didn't see it in any way at all as that he jerked the microphone off and then gave it head that's 100% what he did that was the joke he was trying to make okay he did that thing where he danced around on stage for 30 minutes at a rally he Rambles incoherently three three different rallies compared to her zero or one I don't care he's trying to be the president of the United States he can never have a moment where he slips that bad when he was on Joe Rogan he was talking about wanting to be a whale psychiatrist and all this [ __ ] like he's just he's incoherent at this point I do think he is suffering from some kind of mental degradation in much the same way Joe Biden is probably because of his age and I I think people can feel it the steam seems to have come out of his campaign in my opinion and I just don't think he's going to get the the same number of votes you also are seeing a lot of people that were like I voted for Trump the last two elections but I'm not going to do it again that is getting a ground schol kind of movement I don't think he's got a chance here and I know all the polls are saying it's close it's close it's close I don't think it's going to be and I don't think there's going to be any violence either I think this is going to be a relatively normal already what about like those ballot boxes where was that at Portland the burning of the ballot boxes why would they have a ballot box number one in the street where you can just put your ballot in this thing like a post office box that's what ballot boxes are what are you talking about no they they had you take your ballot and stick it in a thing it's like a mailbox yeah I my 2020 election was that a mail and ballot that's what you do but all of the ballots go in there and that's what they L on fire yeah not a mailbox B it was a about it was yeah why would they have that in the street to start with that's where they put them so anyone can put their ballot in it I have flashbacks to Hillary Clinton and like you know I thought there's no way there's no [ __ ] way and then we woke up something devastating Hillary Clinton though had something a detriment that K Harris doesn't have she had a basically a lifetime as a career politician that a lot of people built up a lot of hatred for her over the course of that K haris is like people hate her for a variety of reasons obviously but none of it is that like deepr rooted like I've seen her in politics you know since I was in my 20s and now I'm 50 [ __ ] her I've never liked her she doesn't have that she really has only been in the political Sphere for maybe a decade and really at the Forefront of it for like the last four or five years and she wasn't even
