Hi, it's me. Um, oh, I see two ices, one palm. Me episode, Mary Lewis, so checked out. [snorts] Well, um, I'm sorry that you didn't like the episode. Two ices, one palm. My mom is dealing with a lot right now with my dad. I would try to cut her some slack if possible. I understand if not. Some people simply cannot. Um, hello everyone. Welcome to the live.
Right now it's just me. [laughter] So my apologies. Um how do I get to that thing? I don't know. There it is. Okay. This is from whole who let who let me mom. Sorry. Um hey C. You guys should have Ashley St. Clair on the pod. She's ex MAGA, Elon's baby mama, and worked for TPUSA, Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk. Her story is really riveting and she seems very nice. Love the show.
Yeah, I've seen her um, you know, making some rounds and certainly she has some wild [ __ ] to say. Some of those text messages that she was revealing that Elon Musk sent her. And I think she had some Steven Miller ones too were absolutely wild. I have not reached out to her. Um, perhaps I will. I don't know. Just a matter of of time. Also, I think she may be usually like those big kind of people to get them on the show, they kind of have to reach out to us.
Um, which I would consider to be like that. I was trying for a minute to to get Hunter Biden on after he said that stuff and that'll just kind of fizzle as is expected in the podcast world. Um, Sarah Davies, PGH, did you see who was standing next to Dan Patrick as part of the Religious Liberty Commission standing behind Donald J. Donald J. Trump? Dr. Phil Bazaar.
Yeah, Dr. Phil is um in that kind of weird cohort of people that are like reality TV celebrities who are also MAGA who also show up in the White House from time to time. I mean, Dr. Oz was that too. Oprah created both of those monsters, both Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz, and now they are haunting us. Thank you, Oprah. Absolute idiot or ido. Absolute ido. Hey Chad, love the episode today. Felt nice and came to previous episode. I noticed you like comics and seen you have Chainsaw Man in the background. I do indeed. I would recommend Absolute Batman. Such a fun book. I have not actually read comic
books in a very long time, but I used to be very into them. And obviously today I was talking about my favorite piece of visual art is an old Jim Lee uncanny X-Men cover number 258. That image is just like burned into my brain and I think about it a lot actually strangely. But yes, I do love comics. I do love anime. I do love Magic the Gathering, but I haven't read comics in a long time. Um nor do I know that I would. But thank you for the recommendation.
K. Van Winkle 777. Chad, you need to go over all the L's. Trump's 250 event is having. Oh, all the losses, cancellations every day, arrests. I Yeah, I read something about some guy got arrested for like LWD or or public indecency or something there. Power outages, the ferris wheel breaking down multiple times. The list goes on and on and it's glorious. Maybe I'll put that together for Wednesday if if nothing else pops off. But yeah, that [ __ ] is it's hard to believe that it's real.
Like, and the temperature too there. I guess it's like 100 plus degrees or whatever in DC right now. So, nobody's showing up because of that. It's um it's remarkable how it almost seems like if you believe in a god, it almost seems like God is [ __ ] like tapping in on this personally to make sure that it's it goes poorly. It's like everything that can go wrong is going wrong. And the those crowds I saw something today, I think it was even the White House posted. It was like a picture of like from the crowd's eye perspective. It was a picture of a stage
and the there were three people in this band playing and it said something like, "Oh, you know, big turnout, big crowds." And then of course the [ __ ] internet zooms in to the sunglasses of a guy playing the bass or whatever and you can see the reflection of who's in the crowd watching them. It's like 10 people. It's just an empty field with like 10 people.
It's just a utter [ __ ] disaster. Stephen English 198. Does Mary Lou know in May it was reported thousands of Hispanic asylum seekers abandoned the US path to citizenship after ICE deported seekers to the wrong countries? Uh I'm sure she doesn't know that. I am working on potentially getting somebody on I think that fell through. Look, I've been trying to get a bunch of different guests that are kind of like um in one way or another a specialist in like immigration or war or Iran or whatever, and they're it's proving more difficult to book than I originally intended. But yes, I I want to have somebody come on
to talk to her specifically about immigration, immigration law, what's going on with all the the various immigrants that are trying to come here and ICE, etc., etc. But I would I would wager that the question you're asking is no, she does not know that. Glitter Rainstorm. Thank you very much. Andy Luhoo. Chad and Haley. You can get Luxembourg citizenship through Bob's great grandpa even though he's adopted.
Look up the reacquisition of Luxembourg nationality bookface group so we can help you. I don't I'm going to remain in America. This is a thing for my sister. Maybe DM her. Um I have no desire to leave America. I will go down with the ship. Varillaa 24. Chad, how is your dad? Are you comfortable giving an update? Uh, he's definitely been better, but you know, it's like some days good, some days bad, but um, you know, he's he's been better. I can say that much. Um, hopefully he'll get better and better. Obviously, we want him back on the show, but he's just not
able to do it right now. Daltton Lepric, have you considered crowdfunding a show or movie? Maybe. Uhhuh. Yeah. A Sarasota PhD starring AMH and Macho. Who's AMH? Macho Man. Who? I don't understand what's being asked here. I'm sorry. Have you considered crowdfunding a show or a movie? Of course. Who hasn't? Maybe Sarasota PhD starring AMH and Macho. Who's AMH? I assume you mean macho macho man.
Um, is this a wrestler? I don't know who this is. I'm very sorry, Daltton Leper. I don't know who um who you mean. Uh, but in terms of crowdfunding a show or a movie, it's notoriously difficult to do. obviously, but I did just finish writing a script called Moon Cops. We'll see what happens with it. Captain Goku 2280. Chad, who do you think Trump will blame for the fair not having a lot of people?
Also, I'm pretty sure that special passport will cost an arm and a leg to own it. Love the show. Thank you very much. I don't think he's going to blame anybody. I think this [ __ ] is going down on the the premise that like it's 45,000 people showed up. I think he's just gonna keep lying, saying that it drew giant crowds when the truth is, which we all see. There ain't nobody [ __ ] there. That you got to go online and see this thing if you can. Um I don't know how you even Google this.
Google maybe like Trump festival sunglasses reflection or something. You got to see it. It's [ __ ] insane. I And I believe they posted it. Let me Let me just real quick look at White House. Um, I'm pretty sure they posted it a picture of this guy. Let's see. The White House. Um, there's the White House. Okay. So, or maybe he posted it. [ __ ] I don't know. This This White House Instagram account's a [ __ ] cesspool. Hard to get through. Um, was it on their story?
Now I can't find it. Of course. They probably took it down because um People were like looking at the the reflection, but you got to check this out. Look at the reflection of the guy's uh sunglasses. It's [ __ ] hilarious. Trevor Pool 9804. Chad, I'm sending you energy through this live. Feel it. [groaning] I receive your energy. Thank you, Trevor Pool L. JS Ljoss L or JOSS I. I don't know which it is. Um Chad heard you mention aliens, UFOs in the past couple EPS.
Yes. thoughts on the whistleblowers and hearings in Congress involving UAP crash recoveries? How deep into the topic are you personally convinced? I'm very deep into the topic. Um, how to begin? Where to begin? What do we do here? So, here's here's what is like factual. Here's what is factual. the United States government for some reason, circa 2016, started releasing at least the idea and information about the idea that there have been these um kind of third-party like Loheed Martin style big kind of like uh corporate companies that are actually the keepers of these secrets and that they have crashed UFOs.
former Senator Harry Reid said that in the New York Times and these videos have been coming out. We've got these hearings where you've got um you know David Grush saying we've retrieved nonhuman biologics in quotes and all the various other things that are happening. And amidst all of this after a um bipartisan briefing that some senators had, this was in Trump's first administration. They had a briefing with all the heads of the various military branches about UFOs. They came out of that meeting and like within two days or something there was bipartisan full approval of creating space force. So those are kind of like
the pieces of information we have that the government for whatever reason is putting this [ __ ] out now. They are putting it out in major media outlets. There are videos out there. There are statements. their eyewitness accounts, their 60 Minutes stories of um you know, who was it? David Fraver I think or whoever that pilot was that saw the Tic Tac UFOs and stuff. Um all of that said, the real question I think that must be asked is why is this happening now when if this is all true?
All the information that's being released, why was it kept secret since the ' 40s? um you know is the the kind of like the mythology behind it with the um the Majestic 12 and all the various programs that were kind of basically designed to keep this information secret. Is that all real? Is the everybody they've discredited? Were they all telling the truth? You know, once the door is open, there's like a lot more questions than I think we'll probably ever have answers. But the truth of the matter is the government is releasing this information for some reason right now. Those reasons are like
really only a handful. One is some big alien events about to happen and they're not going to be able to keep it a secret. So, they're trying to like squeak out the info. Two is um technologically as a society, we're just getting more and more advanced and so we're able to capture video and and get our own evidence and we don't the government like can't keep it a secret anymore. And three, what seems more likely to me is that this is some kind of um you know, US government sigh op just to get money in some capacity to raise taxes or to build another military
branch space force for whatever they want to [ __ ] be doing. Maybe that's to help Elon Musk and Starlink. I don't know. It just feels to me like um the reason they're releasing all this information is probably way more nefarious than any of us are thinking. And whether or not aliens are real or any of that kind of [ __ ] is like I don't know. Will we ever know? I definitely believe that there are things beyond our scientific understanding, beyond our uh capabilities physically to perceive things. I think that's for sure true. But is that like aliens from another planet or that are they
interdimensional beings? I don't know. Like I don't think anybody knows that. Avi Bra 2000. Screen share for episodes. Make a note now. What does that mean? Aie bra. Screen share for episodes. I don't know what that means. I'm very sorry. [laughter] Alexa KP7 and F. You should have Mary Lou take a political ideology quiz. Yeah, maybe we will. Um, that would be kind of interesting. But I also think like as soon as you put that in front of her, she's going to perceive it as like a trick or a trap and and whatever the questions are, she will heir on the side of MAGA. So, I think it may it may be a
wash. I don't think she would come into something like that without a strong desire to want to promote her own bias, therefore uh kind of inoculating or defending her her political ideology as she sees it coming into the thing. Like I think her she would she would feel suspicious about us trying to make her think, see, look, you've been a Democrat the whole time. And so she would answer overtly uh with Republican ideology in that quiz, but perhaps we'll do it. Sarah VS9VR, have Mary Lou read Katie Johnson file live sennin on show.
I'm not quite sure what this means. I don't know what the Katy Johnson file is, nor do I know what live sennin means. Um my apologies, Sarah vs 9VR. Jana doll or is it Jana? God damn it. I'm so sorry. I now forget. Reminder to all to send out love and imagine the world the way you want it to be for one minute a day. We are all connected. This will make a difference. Sing, dance, walk in nature to raise your vibe. I couldn't agree with this more. I think about this so often. There was a line in um an old I don't know if you're familiar with
this band called The Streets. It was this British guy, Mike Skinner. um very popular in the early 2000s at least in in the UK. He there was a line in one of his songs where he was like he was talking about imagine if all the world leaders could just like do MDMA what a different world the place would be. And I think it it speaks to kind of like what you're talking about here. We are obviously all connected. I personally believe we are all the same thing. Uh just different little like kind of fractured reflections of it. So it's like the idea of separation that
there even is an other on on any spectrum whether that is different political ideologies, different genders, different anything whatever kind of like lines of demarcation people use um psychologically to separate themselves from anyone else are not real. I don't think um you know to to each their own obviously but this is my personal philosophy is that not only are we all connected we are literally all the same thing and so I think whatever vibe you're kind of putting out it's um you're you're influencing the whole you're influencing like human if you will you know or or even like reality existence I think it's not just like all
people are the same thing I think all everything in existence is literally the same thing So, um, I agree with you 100%. Put out some good vibes if you can. Um, Mick G, your future producer. Hi Chad, my next email to you will be talking points to discuss how well everything is going in New York City since Donnie has been mayor. The city has not fallen as Mary Lou predicted.
Yeah, I should probably follow up on that one with her. I saw some video of him um he jumped in a pool or something like in a full suit and he was swimming around with his voters. I'm like, ah, you know, having a good time. That dude is [ __ ] wild. And yes, New York City has been doing very well. Obviously, the city has not fallen. My mom is completely incorrect about that. And the wild thing to me about my mom is like, you can bring that up to her. You can even show her stats. Average income, housing cost, whatever. There's a
million things that you could show her to say like New York is better off now than it was prior to him becoming mayor. And you can show her stuff about Trump, like with the war. I was trying to do that a little bit today, like it's been going on for 18 weeks now. How many weeks is admissible for you? And she basically said forever. We can be in this war forever and she won't care. Um, but when you're shown those kind of like hardcore metrics of like you thought something was going to go bad if somebody gets elected or whatever, they get elected and it goes good. Or vice
versa, you think somebody getting elected is going to make America great again and then the hardcore facts are everything is [ __ ] No one can buy anything. we're in this endless [ __ ] war that he clearly doesn't know how to get out of. Um, and it just doesn't like the adherence to the identity of MAGA, which is, by the way, an identity based on I'm right, you're wrong. it's so strong that they can never admit um you know any former idea they had was incorrect or even if it was correct but it's now been proven invalid by some you know turning of the wheel in politics or
society or whatever they just can't do it um they they cling to that reality that was in their head before the event took place that invalidated their idea of it so I think um I don't know that she would even accept like facts. But I agree. He's doing a great job. Who let me mom? Would you consider hiring an apprentice for free? [laughter] I want to start my own political fun in Canada, but I want to learn more. I have experience in admin and factchecking would be available full-time as I am a song. Oh, stay at home mom, I bet. Um, I would not consider hiring an apprentice
for free. I'm I'm very against the idea of free work and internships and stuff like that. I don't do it on any of my podcasts. Um and we don't we're not in the capacity to hire anybody currently. My apologies on that. Um but thank you for the offer. I I would love to have help on this podcast and many others that I'm doing, but unfortunately that it is not the time for that just yet. I KM111 Chad, you guys are blowing up. Congrats on the success. Having observed boomers using AI and the slop they produce with it, I am convinced that GPT3 is running the government. Wow. You're
not even giving them chat GPT. You're you're going all the way back to GPT3, which is probably from what, 2022 or three? Um, yeah. I mean, the boomers are definitely, at least the ones running the White House account, are definitely using AI to make just the shittiest [ __ ] stupid images you you can ever possibly imagine. But some people are making pretty cool [ __ ] with it, honestly. Um, but yes, I agree with you.
I don't even know that it's GPT3. I think it's probably Grock. I think Elon Musk probably is like still technologically controlling a large portion of the United States government and many of the decisions we're making. MC G your future producer once again. Marylu had several opinions on the alleged cover up of Biden's cancer in the will the BBB pass the Senate episode from [clears throat] Let me write all these down. This is going to be from will will the BBB pass?
Will the BBB pass? And it's going to be at 2612. Okay. Um, I will check that out. I am trying to figure out a way to like cut old clips. It's just a matter of time. We're in Love Island season on another podcast that I do. And it's just like that's literally a daily job um 5 days a week. So, I'm kind of inundated with that. But, I do want to get at some point to cutting old clips from our old episodes and showing my mom [ __ ] she said like from a couple years ago just to see if she still feels that way.
Shirondab. Shironda B. I think it's Shironda B or Sharon Dab 79. I'm so sorry. I don't know. It's one of these things probably. Hey Chad, I don't think your mom will ever dislike Trump. They have the same beliefs that they are superior to any other race. I mean I don't I think she is starting look in the past whatever month and a half or how long however long it's been since my dad has taken a kind of bad health turn and not been on the show. I think she has been inching out of it. She's like coming around. I I think that's very clear. I
don't think that's even like a a disputable thing at this point. Um, I think she is going to read that book that Rich Lo just sent her, the one he wrote about coming out of MAGA and stuff. And so, you know, I don't think your mom will ever dislike Trump. I don't know if that matters. I'm not trying to get her necessarily to dislike Trump. I'm trying to get her to not vote for him. And that's like a huge difference. Um, or or to not support him politically, you know? I don't think she has to dislike him. I'm not tr I don't think I would ever change my mom into
like a a liberal Democrat or progressive in any capacity. I'm just trying to get her away from the Trump project 2025 Steven Miller JD Vance kind of idea of what Republican politics are. Um, but I agree the Republican party by and large is very racist and misogynistic and all the um kind of discriminatory viewpoints that are held in by anyone in this country, let alone in the political sphere. I think the Republicans embody those. It's my my own two cents.
Two ices, one palm. It's frustrating that Marylu keeps saying she's being forced not to watch the news. She was encouraged to diversify away from Newsmax for 30 days and she agreed to try after talking to Rich Lois. Yeah, I know. She keeps saying that you guys are forcing me not to watch the news and it's like no one's forcing her to do anything or not do anything. She's just um kind of taking it upon herself to what we call in my other podcasts where we talk about reality TV. This is a a standard victimization play. So she has taken something that initially is kind
of like a positive thing or even just like a test like hey do you think you can do this and now she's turned it and spun it into we are the ones now forcing her to not be able to look at the news and woe is her but um yeah I agree I rich wasn't saying that he was saying get your news from somewhere else not stop watching the news altogether uh one one in viz is 25. Or maybe it's supposed to be Invis 25, I bet. Hey Chad, if you want your mom to be more left, you should start with calling her Blue MAGA.
Blue MAGA is MAGA that has some left point of views but wants to keep the MAGA identity. Is Blue MAGA a real thing? Is that something going down on the internet? Let me wiggle it. Blue MAGA. Blue Magga. Blueon. Blue MAGA is a derogatory political term that critics use to describe a faction of Democratic Party supporters. It compares um highly loyal Democrats to Donald Trump's Make America Great Again followers, suggesting a perceived cult of personality and unwillingness to criticize party leaders and a tendency to dismiss negative polling or news. So, Blue MAGA actually sounds like it's a a term for like people who are too deep in
the Democrat sauce. Um, I don't think it means what you're saying here that it's MAGA that has a few left point of views. Um, oh wait, maybe though criticism from the left. Progressive and leftist critics coined and frequently used the term to critique establishment, corporate, or more moderate Democrats. And then right-wing commentators and figures have also embraced the term to point out perceived hypocrisy, arguing that certain liberal circles engage in the same partisan blind spot, echo chambers, and conspiracy adjacent thinking. They routinely criticize the MAGA movement. Many liberal moderate users on platforms like Reddit argued the term creates a false equivalence.
Okay. Yeah. So, blue MAGA basically means um hardcore Democrats that are as blindly loyal to I guess at this point who is that person even there is no real leader of the Democratic party that I'm aware of. But um it's it's basically a term at least from what I've just read here that means you are kind of as lost in the left-leaning political ideology as MAGA is the right. I don't think calling her blue maga is going to help in viz. Sorry about that. Strictly specs. Uh coming at you from one of the flyover states.
Actually flying. Have a good flight. I truly think the way in for Marylu is showing her how much is real controls. She's showing her how much is real controls. What? I'm so confused by this. What are real controls and what is a false control? I'm sorry. Strictly specs. I don't understand this. I think the way in for Mary Lou is showing her how is showing how her much is real controls.
Is showing how her much is real controls. I just don't get this one. I'm very sorry. I can't piece this one together. My apologies. Kimmy Crawford. Has anyone else been getting letters from Turning Point USA asking to donate? Oh my god. I laugh my ass off. I don't know how I got on this list, but the minimum donation was $35. [laughter] Oh, [ __ ] Turning Point USA is hitting you up for money. I definitely am not on that mailing list. Holy crap. That's [ __ ] wild. Well, enjoy. I'm curious to know what those emails say in them because I know um the uh therapist that
we had on the show who talked to us a couple of times, her TikTok is like it kind of blew up because she was reading emails and stuff that she would get from Trump the um you know Trump fundraising teams and stuff and and they're wild emails obviously. So, I'm curious if those Turning Point USA ones are like as crazy as the Trump ones or if they're kind of like if they make a little more sense. Scrawn Diggy share screen could come with Windows. Type it in your command box. Diamonds shine bright. I ain't got no Windows. I'm running a Mac, my friend. I have no command box. I
don't even know what that is. There an equivalent of that on Mac? A command box? I don't know. Um, MC G, your future producer once again, Mary Lou, quote, "The inner circle protected him. If Buddha Judge wants to run for president, it's not going to work. He knew about the mental decline. There are a lot of people real close to him that knew. I feel they should all go to prison." That's what she said about [ __ ] Biden. [laughter] Oh my god.
Taking a little screenshot of that one. That's [ __ ] wild. Let me take that. That's insanity because I mean clearly that's happening with Trump. Clearly like the you know we talked today about this this um experimental drug that's like who else is it? And she seemed to just completely ignore that. Like well I don't know it could be anybody. It's like no it's one [ __ ] 17 year old 79 year old guy. Um, so to hear that she said that, yeah, I got to go back and find that clip.
Hopefully, it's in that BBB episode. I'll I'll check out that time code because that's wild. I mean, like when you're going for your, you know, whatever it is, third physical in a calendar year and you have a team of 22 doctors and then you come out of it and they're all like, perfect, the [laughter] most perfect physical in human history or whatever the [ __ ] they're saying.
It's like, come on, bro. They're hiding [ __ ] And so she's like, they should all go to prison. Very interesting. Very interesting. I'll have to look that clip up. Dr. Nimrod, hey dude. Looking great as always. Thank you. Having a sick dad is horrible. So, I hope he gets better soon. Thank you very much. Yeah, it's not good. It's not a fun time in this life, but you know, this is um it's what happens. The the life is death. I mean, plain and simple. you know, you live a certain amount of years, whatever that means, and uh then you start to deteriorate. If you don't
get taken out, like in a car crash or something, age will catch up with you, especially if you have chronic illnesses, which my dad has had type 2 diabetes since he was in his late 30s, or at least that's when he was diagnosed. Um, but yes, it sucks. Thank you for the the kind words and kind wishes. Math is Mel or Matismel. Matthysse Mel maybe wish you would have brought up the Buddha Judge CPS nastiness. I was going to. It just didn't quite make the list.
Would have liked to hear MJ's response and whether she thinks inform should be prosecuted. Who's MJ? Maybe that's Mary Lou. Um yeah, I was going to bring it up and then um these other things I thought were more important, but that narrowly missed the list. It is [ __ ] wild. They essentially, for those who don't know what is being talked about here, Pete Jud Buddha Judge was essentially swatted. Somebody called child protective services on him and um you know he he had to like explain himself and it was all just like a fake thing.
So it's like uh these political figures are increasingly the target of people [ __ ] with them. And it's not cool like you know by any stretch of the imagination for Republicans either. I don't I don't like when [ __ ] like that happens because then it forces the politicians to necessarily like take on an adversarial understanding of their constituents and of the citizens and that is never good for anybody. Um so hopefully that [ __ ] won't happen anymore. But I'm curious what my mom thought of it too. Like I said it just narrowly missed being in the show. Bamarola 24. Have you seen
Lucas Bean? He does videos on the psychology of MAGA. He also watches the show. I don't believe I have seen Lucas Bean. Let me write down Lucas Bean. I'll check it out. Um I AKM11 or IKM11. Would it be possible to share the document that you share with your family before the pod? I understand this might be difficult to do given that the news cycle is so quick, but being able to research before would be nice. How would I do that?
I could probably, I guess, make a post about it on YouTube or something. Could I do that? Share doc before show. I could share it. Um, I usually have it written like 2:00 a.m. on Saturday night, Sunday morning. Um, I'm not sure if that's enough time for anyone to do research, but that's when I email it to my sister and my mom. They then get it the next morning and they have like a couple hours before we shoot. Um, but yeah, I can potentially post it on YouTube. You can make posts on YouTube obviously. I'm I'm just not sure. Can you post like a document or I guess I
could just make like a PDF and post the um individual pages. Let me look into that. I think that's possible. Um, Mr. the Red Fox 911 POD and Diamond Listener, thank you very much. Just watched the God Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die. Did you have anything to do with it? Seen it. Saw some dudesy references in it. Really? I didn't watch it. That's the one where, if I'm remembering right, it's a movie that came out not that long ago. It's um I think Sam Rockwell is like sent back in time to try and um divert some like kind of global disaster type [ __ ] I think that's what the
premise was. I did not see it. Um interesting that there were dudesy references in it. Dudes is a podcast that I used to do with my good friend Will Sasso some years ago. Um and I'm curious to know what these dudes references were. Now I got to watch that damn movie. MC G, your future producer once again. Thank you very much. In the first one quarter of 2026, New York City recorded 54 murders, the lowest in the city's history. Major crime decreased by 5.3%. Burglaries 20.6%. Youth related crime 55%. And the city is projecting a 2% increase in tourism this year. Wow, that shit's wild. I'm going to screen
grab that one, too. I mean, these are these are hard things to dispute. Um, let me make a note of this for next week. Mom Donnie stats. Mom Donnie stats. Um, yeah, I'll check that out for sure. That's [ __ ] insane. I mean, like, when you see those raw numbers like that, it's very difficult to argue with, but I'm sure my mom will find a way. Or she'll just say, "We'll see. It may be good now, but it's going to turn bad. That city will fall."
I could see her saying something like that. Renan Matron in the most loving way. Mary Lou is an intellectual coward, afraid to make any claim, always just maybe, I don't know. I I would dispute this. She has made some very wild claims through the course of this show. Um, I think she says maybe and I don't know when she is presented with information that contradicts a a claim or a stance that she holds. and she knows that it's an unwininnable argument basically that that she can't um sustain the argument just based on kind of personal conviction that the facts are now against her. That's when
she comes in with maybe I don't know, let's see, this war has to end just these kind of um you know empty phrases basically to move on to another conversation. But I wouldn't say she's an intellectual coward. She's said some real wild [ __ ] on this show um that I I don't think is like cowardly in any way. I don't agree with the things she's saying, but I don't think it's cowardly.
Oops. And now we move on to [ __ ] Love you guys. Thank you. Watching House of the Dragon tonight. No, I have to watch Love Island tonight. Um, but I did watch the first episode and um, spoiler alert, I guess. I won't give any spoilers. I'll just say I very much liked what happened at the end of the episode finally. And I guess that's all I can say without giving spoilers, but if you watched it, you know what I'm talking about. Um, I don't House of the Dragon is like, it's a much weaker show than the original Game of Thrones. First like
three or four seasons. Those first three or four seasons of the original Game of Thrones were just like [ __ ] unreal good. Then it kind of like starts tapering off and obviously the final season was was a disaster. Um, House of Dragon to me is just kind of like it's like 80% of what Game of Thrones used to be in terms of like all of it. Acting, story, how it looks, all of that. I also watched the Hedge Knight one. Uh, the Night of the Seven Kingdoms, I think it was called. That [ __ ] for me was terrible. Just like should never have
been made. I know a lot of people liked it. Wasn't for me. But, uh, I'll probably watch House of Dragons some point this week. Dana like Dana. Jana. Jana. Jana doll. Jana like Dana. Dana like the charge nurse in the pit. Status on baby Jane though. This country was great post FDR who created a ton of socialist programs. WPA, social security unions, VA loans, etc. Boomers benefited. Republicans are trying to strip those programs away.
Correct. Not only are they trying to strip the programs away, they are trying to funnel the money that was used to keep those programs going into their own pockets by turning the um the things that those programs did, turning them into privatized businesses just like health insurance is in this country, just like for-profit news is for-profit prisons. They're trying to turn all of that [ __ ] into for-profit privatized commerce so that all of his buddies basically can just line up and get that money. And I I don't know why like that piece of this is something that seems so obvious to me. Uh the money grab element
of it. And it's like my mom just never like understands that or she will deflect and be like, "Well, they these are smart business people. They deserve to make all this money." It's just like what? Nobody deserves a [ __ ] trillionaire exists, let alone a [ __ ] billionaire. No one deserves nobody but nobody deserves any amount of money. Money shouldn't [ __ ] exist in my opinion. We are in a society where it's no longer necessary, but it's so baked into the fabric of how everything works.
We're never [ __ ] getting rid of it. And so that allows the people who have the most of it to rewrite the rules so that they get more of it. And then it also allows them to rewrite the rules so they can use the money to do whatever they want. The uh Citizens United decision, for example, they can buy elections now in America, you know. Um it's very bad. But uh yes, I agree with you. All these programs that they're trying to strip away, they should not be doing that. Dana, Dana, Jana, like Dana, I'll remember it. Dana Jana Zack Anderson. Hey Chad, I made a podcast
transcript search tool for you. I'll email you the link. Look for subject podcast transcript search. Can't post the site here. Okay, I'll look for it. Put it in the subject line if you wouldn't mind. Oh yeah, there you go. Look for the podcast transcript search in the subject line. I'll do that. Thank you very much. Obby Abby, hi. Can you come up with a way to deal with what aboutism? Like when Mary mentions NY's husband, every time Trump insider trading comes up, we we have done it to a point where she now will even police herself when she's about to do a what aboutism, she'll be
like, "Now, I know y'all are going to call this what aboutism, but so she even knows she's doing it and it doesn't matter." That look, I think that there is a um how to put it. It's like MAGA media has kind of trained their adherence with certain argument types or or certain tools in their their argumentative kit if you will. One of them is what aboutism. So, it's anytime Trump is um not insulted, but it's like anytime you expose a fact about Trump doing something bad or hypocritical or cruel or whatever, the immediate next step in the mind of a MAGA is, well, Biden did
the same thing or did a worse thing or whatever. And so, they use it as an attempt to invalidate your initial argument. Those two things are completely unrelated obviously. Like I don't I don't care. I don't like Biden. So even and we've told this to my mom a million times too on the show when she's like, "Well, Biden pardoned all of his children." We're like, "Yeah, we don't agree with that. They should all be in jail." So in the mind of MAGA, it's like there are two sides. It's MAGA and it's uh you know uh what's he what's Trump calling it now? Democrats.
And if you're on the Democrat side, all you have to do to invalidate a Democrat argument is say, "Well, your people do the same or worse." And therefore, the thing you're talking about, Trump, meaningless. And I've tried to get her to understand that like it's all bad. Just because somebody some Democrat does something bad doesn't mean that like Trump is okay to do the same bad thing.
Um, I'm trying my best. I I will try to come up with a better way to deal with it. Captain Goku 2280. I was your I was your earlier episodes from January about ice agents killing Renee Good and Alex Prey and your mom POV on the topics. Do you think she has changed her view on them or still the same? Still the same? I don't think she's changed her view on that at all. Um, and I I we did a story last week about these cops in Mississippi shooting a one-year-old baby in this car and their um kind of line of defense was that the mom who was driving
the car was driving it toward them so that they had to do this in self-defense. And I think this like shooting people in cars thing is now like that's what the defense is going to be every time they were trying to ram us even if there's video to the contrary as there was in Renee Good's case. So, I think my mom looks and and with Alex Prey, she justifies it by like, well, he was pulling a gun on them, even though clearly he wasn't. He had a gun. Clearly wasn't pulling it. So, I think my mom probably has not changed her mind at all
in that respect on those two. Um, or anybody who's Antifa. She She still thinks Antifa is like a real thing and that people should be arrested for it, which they now are. Um, Martinez 1767. Hey Chad, what's going to happen to the pod once Marylu is completely flipped? I don't know. We'll have to see. I mean, I don't I think my mom and my sister and I will continue having these weekly discussions, even if she I don't think she'll completely flip either, by the way. What I think is going to happen is she's going to get very close to denouncing Trump and maybe one of these
these red lines for her will be crossed. Maybe Golane Maxwell will get pardoned. Maybe he will use a nuclear weapon in Iran. I I can't I don't think that's going to happen. Actually, I I think we're at a point The Glen Maxwell thing I think could happen. I don't think he's going to be able to use a nuclear weapon in Iran because I don't think our military will do it. I think if he gives that order, it would be difficult for anyone to carry it out and then we may be in a real kind of crisis mode where it's like Trump gave an order and the
leaders of the military said, "Fuck you. We're not doing that." Um, at any rate, if a red line is crossed, she may have to reconcile that in some capacity. Um, but I don't think it will be. Um, my gut tells me it probably won't be that like Trump is going to ride out the rest of his term and then either die or be replaced or whatever and it will just be a kind of slow moving over to whoever the new Trump is, who will not be as effective as Trump in terms of being able to be a cult leader.
But I don't think she's going to be completely flipped over. She'll always be a Republican and Republicans will I'm sure like in our lifetimes always be the party who's doing like the most nefarious [ __ ] So I don't know that she ever will flip. But if she does, as you're saying, let's go with the theoretical here. I think we just have a podcast where we're kind of talking to her about the new news that's coming out and, you know, seeing where she is with it.
Uh, bring Mark the Horizon. Did you see the videos of the foreign fans at the World Cup mocking Donald Trump with their chance? Greetings from Germany. I did not see that. I wish I would have. Um I love that [ __ ] I wonder what it what their chants were. Yeah, I don't know anything about this. My apologies. Manado Jabroni is real controls equals Oh, is real controls. Now I get it.
Now I get it. I don't remember what that first post was about, but I remember not being able to understand that. Sorry. [laughter] Now I get it. I don't Can you not type Israel on YouTube? You have just done it, so clearly you can. Huh. I wonder why it was in code. Jesse Ward 3851. Love the channel. Have you ever seen those media bias charts online? Might be beneficial to show your mom. Gives a good visual on how the f how the further from the center an outlet is, the less factual they tend to be. Yeah, I' I've gotten her ground news and she's looking at that from time to
time and they have a biased thing on there as well on that app like per per um article basically like you can click on any news story and then it shows you all the different outlets that are covering it and you can click on like Fox News or CNN or whatever and it will show you like a bias chart on that exact article. Um so maybe I'll I'll try and get her to use that a little more closely. Geeksies, do you like the band Yellow Card song Ocean Avenue?
Oh my god. What was Yellow Card's big song? I only know that one song and I don't even know that one. Yellow Card. Biggest song. Oh, is it Ocean Avenue? Better days. [snorts] I don't know. I don't know how that one went. The answer clearly is no. Sorry. [laughter] Juan Dante, have you talked to Mary Lou about what happened with Pete Booty Judge and his family this week? I have not. Um, we had a a prior question that was asking about that and I said that I almost included it in this week's show and then uh it just barely missed the cut. Dr. Nimrod,
my dad always said you can only be sure of two things in life, death and taxes, and I'm only scared of the tax man. Nice. Yeah, I've I've become less scared of death, too, the older I get. James Voys 364. How do you like the Marvel Magic the Gathering set? Love the show. Um, I don't know. I have very mixed feelings about it. I loved Marvel growing up as a kid. I'm now like beyond having Marvel fatigue. I don't know what the last Marvel show or movie was that I saw, but it's been a minute. I have no interest in the the Disney Marvel [ __ ] at this
point. And that is what the set kind of is. Obviously, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro has done a deal with Disney. That's why they're doing this. That's why we'll probably have a Star Wars set next year. Um, I don't like Universes Beyond. That said, for whatever reason, the set [ __ ] got me. And now I'm like pretty committed to collecting the entire set, meaning the regular set, the commander set, and the bonus sheet. So, how do I like it? Pretty good, I guess. Two ices, one palm. Can we talk about the JD Vance and Usha interview this week? So cringey. Feels 100% like they're
prepping for his impending takeover. Yeah, he's [ __ ] everywhere. They sent him to go do this interview you're talking about. They sent him to go do negotiations. Why isn't Trump at those [ __ ] negotiations in Iran? I mean, they had him on [ __ ] Bill Maher. He's been doing all of these interviews. It's like I think they know Trump's got like a week to live. That's what it [ __ ] feels like uh to me. Could be wrong. Oh [ __ ] I forgot to turn off all the things. Hang on. [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ]
Okay, I'm turning off the super chats. Um, thank you everybody who submitted them. I will get through all of these. I forgot to turn them off. [ __ ] Okay, I'll get through them all. Here we go. The real Tom Hayne. Dudesy Mugs. [laughter] That was one of the my favorite things I ever [ __ ] wrote. Dudes mugs. Um, it was from this podcast, Dudesy.
Obviously, if you have interest in it, check it out. All the episodes are still up on YouTube and stuff. You can watch them. They are there. And Dudes Mugs was this, it was a weird like commercial in the middle of every episode for a minute that we were doing where a AI voice of Tom Hanks would come on and read these weird commercials about dudes mugs.
Dudes mugs. Sheebs. 1986. Jen Bud, she worked for Border Patrol. Look her up. Okay. Jen Bud. All right. Uh, Kill Jeffrey, are you not using Google Docs? Yes, I am using Google Docs. Kill Jeffrey. Kimmy Crawford. Dear Erica, yes, you have my total support. I am honored to stand by you. I know you and the rest at Turning Point USA will not only protect Charlie Kirk's memory, you will drive mission forward. Then it asks me to donate $35. [laughter] Next option.
Oh [ __ ] man. It's so [ __ ] crazy. It's like the um just like the the blatant [ __ ] grifting money grab off of a dude's [clears throat] death, off of her husband's death is just wild to me. And I know there the right is like super big into martyrdom and victimization play and all that [ __ ] but like [ __ ] man.
when she came out WWE style at his uh funeral party or whatever the [ __ ] I really felt like, okay, some people are going to be able to see through this. No one did. They're all still [ __ ] giving him money. It's [ __ ] insane. Well, Ashley Sinclair said on a live recently that she would love to what be on your show.
Would you ever speak with her? [ __ ] yeah. She talked about our show. What the hell? What the hell? I got to look that up. That's [ __ ] crazy. Yeah, I would love to have her on the show. Kimmy Crawford, it's giving bankruptcy. Turning Point USA letter L. Exactly. Exactly. The more they ask you for money, the less of it they seem to have.
Sneezy Pixie 87. Did you hear the GOP is trying to repeal the 17th amendment? It's the amendment that lets the people vote for their two US senators. I saw a little news blurb about that this morning and didn't have time to go in depth because we were recording and editing and all that stuff, but yeah, that might wind up being a story next week. Um, it's [ __ ] wild what they're trying to do. Debbie Wallace, thank you very much. Kikis, seen the movie song Blue? Kate Hudson, Hugh Jackman. I didn't see it, but that's about Hugh Jackman is a um Wayne Newton
impersonator, right? And they build like a little thing and it's a romcom or something. I saw the billboards for it and maybe a trailer for it, but I did not see the movie. Mr. the Red Fox 911. I thought you had a hand in Good Luck. Have fun. A reference to an AI god is coming. Reference Bean and Cheese Burritos. It's in LA. I think you would love it. What? That's pretty crazy. I mean, the AI god is like whatever.
That's that's a pretty common um sci-fi idea. The bean and cheese burritos though. Was it Charlie Sheen? If you like beans and cheese, you'll love Taco Bell's new seven bean and eight layer cheese burrito. That's my best Charlie Shane impersonation. Thank you very much. DVRJN, thank you very much. I was happy to hear your sister bring up Stonewall today. That was my listener question for Mary Lou. Why do you think we have pride? Can you ask her to look up what led to the Stonewall uprising as homework so that can be your next episode? That's pretty good. Um, Mom Stonewall, maybe our Wednesday episode
will be all about Pride since that will be I think Wednesday is the first day of July, isn't it? Yes. Okay. Yeah, [snorts] maybe that's what we can do. Maybe our Wednesday show will be Pride based. Um, three more questions here. MC G, your future producer. It is all in that timestamp plus some nonsense your dad said as well. I had to take out a lot of what your mom said to fit in the super chat. Um, all right. I'll check out that timestamp for sure. Jack Jack Zilkin, please quiz Marylu on foreign street signs. Eg. Unavoia oneway 10 miles per hour velocad maxima. See if
she fails. Take the keys. But she is d she would argue that she's driving in America, so she only needs to know English. And and she would argue that anybody coming to America needs to also be able to read our street signs and that if she did go to those other countries, she would be able to read theirs. I can assure you this. And our final question, Rob Kao, I think that's right. 2454. Are the rumors true about you directing Shalomé and Wonka 2? Yes, I'm going to be directing Wonka 2 starring Timothy Shalom. No. Um, the rumors are not true.
I don't know where these rumors are coming from. I am not directing Wonka 2, nor am I working with Timothy Shelme. But I can tell you this. I had one of my books made into a movie several years ago called Men, Women, and Children. It was directed by Jason Wrightman, and it starred Timothy Shalomé. It was one of his first movies. It might have been his first um feature role, and he got kind of cut out of it. Um he played this uh well in the book they were supposed to be junior high kids but in the movie they got aged up to um high school kids
and he played the high school quarterback on the the football team and he's in it for a minute. He's in it for like maybe one or two scenes I think but um yeah pretty surreal. He was in a a movie that effectively I didn't write the movie but I wrote the book that the movie was based on. So go check it out if you want to. It is called Men, Women, and Children. Thank you everybody for joining me and thanks for all the super chats and everything. Thanks for the good suggestions for those time codes and I will see you Wednesday hopefully with my mom. I think with my mom and I
like very much the idea of talking about pride and stonewall and seeing how much she knows about uh any of this which I don't think is a lot but thanks again for joining me and we'll see you soon.
