There has been another shooting in Minnesota. ICE agent shot another person in the leg. Uh, they deployed flashbang grenades and essentially waged war on the citiz. Stop. Another person. He was an illegal. >> Okay. That deserves to be shot. No, but he was illegal in running for mice >> and so they shoot him. >> He refu he got Okay, go ahead. Get into it. >> Donald Trump has now threatened to use the insurrection act which would allow him to send US troops into Minnesota. This is all part of the 2020 2025 plan basically to have martial law in America so that he can rule over us using the military to enforce his will. Today you have sent me three clips. I'm not sure that any of these have to do with this with Minnesota. You might recall in the spring of 2023, he pushed through several progressive ideas to the state legislature that caught the attention of Barack Obama uh who went to Twitter to give his endorsement for the programs which eventually caught the attention of people like Kla Harris who chosen to be his her running mate as the vice president. introduced in Chicago at the convention in August of last year, a debate that was an absolute disaster with JD Vance at one point called himself a knucklehead, but after reportedly billions of dollars, have been stolen from taxpayers by way of the state of Minnesota. Tim Walls says he will not seek a third term. What a remarkable two years in the national spotlight has been for him, Dana. and walls hit Trump in his >> Okay. >> Just amazing >> that he's not seeking re-election. I think it also could have something to do with the fact that his state is literally under siege by Trump and ICE at this point and he's putting all of his efforts into doing what he can while he's there. And then he's like, what? Who would want to do that? Who would want to be that governor that is literally waging war against the president? >> I know dad's not supposed to be in this today, but he's in the background saying he's going to laugh out loud. Could this could he not be going for reelection due to the fact that he is involved in the biggest scandal ever of the United States in a fraud case in his own state when he was on watch? Um, it's claimed his political career. He's backing out now because he doesn't want to go to prison. >> He does not want to go to prison over this. >> That may be the case. >> He is the only one. >> And >> he's the only one we can hold responsible for this. >> Okay. >> All of the scandals that are going on within his state, he knew of it. >> No, that listen. Okay, fine. Let's say Tim Walsh was the mastermind of all of this. He started all the fraud scams. Let's say that he's the only person responsible. Great. Arrest him, put him in jail. Why is there an army of untrained idiots running through the streets knocking door to door demanding to see people's papers and shooting people? >> That has nothing to do with the scandal and the fraud, but he has in his own state since 2018. >> Okay, >> he knew all of this fraud was going on. In fact, he probably liked that the incident that took Renee Good's life happened because that is taking a lot of news off of his fraud case. >> Uhhuh. >> A billion dollars. Now, they're saying they're also saying that it was possibly that he has had kickbacks over this himself. >> Okay. It started way back, Chad, with the COVID um money. >> Okay. >> And it was embezzled and fraud way back then. So, the COVID money, all the daycarees. Now, they're saying it's in transportation fraud. It's in um the autistic um centers that they set up that they would the simoleons would go in and say, "My child is autistic." They would get so much money. Then they would say, "I don't know how to speak English. I need an interpreter." Those people got paid like $800 a day. Um it just goes on and on. The fraud in that state is terrible. And it's only one person's fault, his. And he's trying to back out. >> I've never liked I don't know. >> Honest. I've never liked him. And it's very scary to think that he and Camala could have been in charge of our country. >> Instead, we have Donald Trump in charge of our country. On Sunday, we're going to talk about the Sasha Riley stuff. Have you looked into any of that? >> I have seen a couple clips on TikTok. I don't believe any of that nonsense. I believe none of it. >> Well, we'll get to the bottom of it. We're I don't know that we're going to play any of them, but I'll probably summarize what the clips are about and what the accusations are. Uh they are terrifying to say the least. Donald Trump is way worse if these allegations are true than we could have ever imagined. >> Okay, I'll talk to you about that later. But if this Tim Walls thing was on his watch the way it was, why doesn't he own it? Why doesn't he just say, "Okay, I did do it. I'm sorry." You know, he launched along with Biden, they launched investigations into fraud in Minnesota and they put people in jail >> and they did nothing about it. As of >> they put people in jail. >> As of today, 50 people have been convicted. Okay. >> 75 more have been charged. Okay. >> They're going to continue this till they wipe the bad people out of that state, which could be him. He could go to prison. >> Sure. I I just think that you're focused on things that are not the biggest things going on in Minnesota right now. >> Well, that is one big thing along with ICE and what's happening with um with illegals being taken away by ICE. >> Not illegals, US citizens. >> Most of them. No. >> Nope. Wrong. They are waging war against the people that live in Minnesota right now. Well, then the people and the US citizen citizen should step out of the way and let them do their job. >> That's exactly what happened the other day. You have no block the street. Yesterday, former President Bill Clinton was subpoenenaed to appear in front of the House Oversight Committee to answer questions about Epstein, his relationship, what he knew, whether he went, how many times he went, did he do anything nefarious, just didn't show up. Well, today his wife, former presidential candidate, former Senator Hillary Clinton, she was subpoenaed to appear in front of the oversight committee. And take a guess. You think she showed up? >> The answer is no. You see, they think they're above the law. Now, it wasn't that long ago that the fake January 6th committee subpoenaed Peter Navaro to come and speak. He said, "It's not really a committee. It really wasn't formed, right?" And he also he said, "They're trying to ask him about privileged conversations with the president. I don't have to answer that." They threw him in jail. Held him in contempt of Congress. And then same thing with Steve Bannon. He decided he's not going to go because it's a fake committee. They threw him in jail. Contempt of Congress. The question is now Jamie Comr who is the chairman of that committee has said he's going to hold both Hillary and Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress. Will this DOJ prosecute Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton for the same charges that got Navaro and Bannon thrown in jail? You tell me in the comments. Come on. >> Come on. His question was, "Do you think the DOJ will hold them in contempt?" >> And >> yeah, of course, because the DOJ does whatever Trump wants, but Trump has also avoided subpoenas. So have almost all of his cabinet members. This is just what they do. This is what anybody at that level does when they don't want to go in front of him. >> So next week, if they're held in contempt, >> then what will they go to jail? >> I don't know. Nor do I care really. The This is an issue about the Epstein. >> This is part of the Epstein, though. This is all they want. All they want them to do is to come in and answer some questions. >> Okay. >> They feel like they're above the law. I don't think Bill Clinton is innocent of things. for sure. >> That said, the bigger issue with the Epstein files is that December 19th was the due date for the DOJ to release all of the files. They have not done that. We are almost a month away from that now. >> She needs to be held accountable for that. And if it's if she's not jail, >> needs to get rid of her. >> I do believe that. >> He's the one telling her not to release it. >> I do not believe that. Why would she not release it then? >> I just read he's not real happy with her the way she is not releasing the things. And if that's the truth, do something to her. But if you think Clintons are innocent, then why don't they come forward? >> I don't think they are. I don't think they are. >> Right. So get them behind jail, too. Both of them. I've read, you know, how you're going to tell me the stories about Sash Sasha Riley. I've heard stories about Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton on the island. Weird stuff that they were doing. >> But are those stories coming from one person who was a victim of their crimes that is naming names? >> Yes, one was. I do believe. I mean, there's so much stuff out there in garbage. You don't know what's true now. You don't know what's fake. >> You know, I'm trying the best to navigate all this. I haven't done that. Even at night, I sit there and look on my iPad, see what I can find, see what I can investigate. That's the kind of my mind my mind is like that. I have to read it all, try to figure it out, and then make my best judgment right now. There's so much stuff out there, it's getting hard. >> Yeah. While they were in the process of bringing the people out of the home, a protest started to form. And as it grew, more federal agents showed up. >> Take your [ __ ] mask off. >> See the guy right there? Get back, Jack. >> Things quickly turned chaotic as tear gas was deployed. Uh, pepper balls were shot off. There was a woman who pulled up in a car who said that she was trying to get through for a doctor's appointment. She got into an argument with the agents. The agents ended up busting out her passenger side window. They dragged her out of her vehicle, cut off her seat belt, and arrested her. There were also other protesters who were shoved to the ground and who were arrested. As everything grew, people came out of their homes to see what was going on. There was a man in a bathrobe that was walking around taking video. The next door neighbor was speaking outside of his front door and they came out onto his porch. The people that were taken out of the home looked like they might be teenagers and the crowd was very angry about that. protesters were screaming that they were kids and to let them go. >> Okay. So, they abused and assaulted a woman who was on her way to a doctor's appointment and then took teenagers out of a house. >> I watched that clip. >> Who were the bad guys here, Mom? Hang on. Donald Trump is using a secret police force, many of whom are not trained at all. >> Uhhuh. >> What's he cackling about in the background? >> Quiet. He's making that the epicenter. and he is purposely escalating all of this violent [ __ ] so that he can declare martial law, take control of the entire country today. He said he doesn't think we should have midterm elections. >> I did not hear that. >> Do you think we should have midterm? We'll probably talk about that on Sunday, I'm sure. But he's going to try and use the situation in Minnesota right now to escalate it to a point of chaos. It's getting there now. You've seen all of these clips. These ICE agents are doing whatever the [ __ ] they want to people unchecked. There are no investigations into any of this activity, including shooting someone in the face. There's now not going to be an investigation into that. >> I totally believe he's getting the bad people out of that state. And he's not going to stop with just Minnesota. They're going to go into other states. I >> What bad people were in any of these clips I showed you? You had two people who worked at a Target, a Door Dash driver, a handcuffed woman that got taken into a portaotty, and then a bunch of US citizens that are are just taking video of what ICE is doing. They've now shot another person and Trump is trying to use it. Let me ask you this. Do you want martial law in America? >> No, I don't. I just watched that clip on TV. >> I just watched the clip on TV. >> It was um a car that would not stop. It rammed into another car. Then they asked him get out. He wouldn't get out or something. There were like two or three in there. Oh, no. There was only one. So when he got out, two neighbors came out to try to assist and that's when all hell broke loose. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. We're at that point now because what we're watching is Nazi troops walking through our street. And every American now, if this starts popping off in your city like it is doing in Minnesota right now, every American has to ask themselves the question, what would you have done in Nazi Germany? Would you let the Nazis take the Jews or would you fight? We are now starting to fight. That's what we're seeing here. And mostly that fight is coming in documentation of what's happening. People taking video like you're saying, why would you be out there? If they're in your streets, you better stay inside and be scared because people aren't scared and people recognize what's happening and they are putting videos of it all over the internet. The fine line is if if any law enforcement person, a policeman, a national guard, an ICE, a a reserve tells you to do something, >> Uhhuh. >> you better do it >> or they can kill you. That's wrong. You're completely wrong. >> If you defy an order from a police officer, ICE, or something like that, first of all, ICE has no jurisdiction over US citizens. They can't tell me to do [ __ ] Their entire job is to find and deport people who are here illegally. >> So why would you get in their way to take bad guys out of our country? That's >> because they're arresting US citizens. I just showed you these videos >> and they release them if they're not illegal. >> They can't make that arrest. That is illegal. They can't torture you. They can't take you into a portaotti. They can't chase you into a [ __ ] basement if you're a US citizen. They have no jurisdiction over you. They do have um authority from the Homeland Security, >> not over US citizens. And what I'm telling you is these people that are risking their lives in some cases to go out and document this [ __ ] is because we are starting to recognize we are now at that break point where it really is. What would you have done in Nazi Germany? Would you have hidden from the Nazis? Mom, you would have. >> I'm I'm not laughing at you. He's trying to word m word and tell me words. I'm sure he's going to try in other cities. if we have martial law declared in the United States for him to try and essentially get rid of the midterm elections. I mean, I don't know if civil war is right, but I do think we're going to see violence uh escalate toward his Gustapo for sure. >> Yeah, it's not good. There's way too much commotion now. I'm telling you the thing you're so concerned about getting the bad people out of America. He did it at a much higher volume than Trump did. And we never had wars in the streets of America against federal officers. >> You didn't want to fight the narrative of him. But you guys hate Trump so much that you're willing to fight this. You hate him. You hate our country. >> I don't hate our country. It's the exact opposite. We fight against this because this is not American. To have a secret police force who JD Vance says has absolute immunity, able to do whatever they want, whenever they want, to whoever they want, that is not American. You talk about the rule of law, what happens to that rule of law that we are US citizens and we cannot be uh interrogated, detained by ICE officers or DHS officers without a warrant. That's gone now. >> But you are you're going against authority and you can't you have to have law in the United States. We cannot >> they're breaking it. ICE is breaking it.
