up it was 6 a.m. he's asleep I go out for my morning walk I come back now he's awake and he's smiling I said what time you want to go to the bank he's smiling again I go what's wrong he said I already went I said what he said I went I said when he said 400 a.m. I went to the bank got the money made it back home I said in your what you have on now what you're wearing he said yes hit on boxer shorts uh knee high socks black shoes but he goes don't worry I took my phone why the knee high socks he went his underwear the knee high socks doctor ordered it's like compression [ __ ] yeah oh I see yeah okay so he has on plaid boxer shorts a compression black knee high socks but told me don't worry I took my phone all right well Dad in tribute of your trip to the bank at 4 a.m. I wrote this song are can take out of our accounts on a daily basis so that we don't get hacked and for a bunch of money and I like to accumulate cash so I go often okay let's uh begin our it uh sure whatever you like whatever you enjoy doing it when they cancel all your electronic transactions you'll be sitting there with your hand in your pocket nothing there perhaps you're right let's move on this week saw uh the I guess the first interview really that commala Harris has done with the with major press since becoming the Democratic nominee last Thursday Kamala Harris and her VP running mate Tim wals gave their first mainstream press interview with Dana Bash on CNN can I ask wanted do one question yeah would you address her properly comrade Camala lies Camala lies uh I just wanted to run through some of the things she said in that interview well that's fine you can run through what she said but when you're talking about her it's not Cala it's comrade Cala okay that's her new name I would appreciate if you would use it from here on out okay if you call Trump orange face no okay then I guess I can't either so I'm going to run through just a couple of things that she said in this interview and I just want us quickly each to react to these things if we think they're good ideas or bad ideas ready ready she said on day one she would quote support and strengthen the middle class specifically she proposed raising the child tax credit to $6,000 for new parents in the first year of their child's life Haley is this a good idea yes Mom why why hasn't she done it already yeah it's great years she has is ideas yes or no is it a good idea no yes none of her things are good ideas okay so dad likes the idea mom nothing she says is a good idea even giving a $6,000 tax credit to new parents you guys are always talking about how you want to save the children going to do it and I don't that doesn't matter also also I told you it's a good idea yeah it's not her idea and think back to when think back to when you guys had your very first triy like what that would have meant for you you know like when we had Roman that would have helped us so yeah especially in this economy all right continue she would give a $25,000 tax credit to firsttime home buyers good idea or bad idea mom bad she's also given $150,000 illegals to buy that is a bad idea why is that because you will have people buying and owning homes that can't afford to keep them okay Haley get dear bet are you good idea of course so but you do you believe that Trump's tax cuts for the billionaires are a good idea yes yes you want to know why nope number three she and Biden capped prescription medication costs for seniors at $2,000 per year is this a good idea or a bad idea you are seniors paying for prescription drugs that wasn't all Biden Trump started that before okay good idea or bad idea yes for old people sure what are you talking about about the cap for how much we spend yeah on prescription it shouldn't just be for old people in my opinion it should be for everyone but yes good idea good start that I don't believe is a good idea why you think [ __ ] you get your didn't ask they didn't ask why oh I'm asking you why on this one you think the seniors should be paying more for prescription drugs I think they should pay what they're paying now I don't think it ought to be raised but I don't think it ought to be lowered and the reason reason it is if you lower the cap on me it's going to raise the cap on somebody else okay uh their Administration she claimed cut child and in reality if if you start drawing like here let me give you an example of actually how the system works Chad so you guys are fully understanding what's going on here all right your mother and I make more than the government says we should okay therefore we pay tax on our social security MH what which we're doing now we pay more for prescription drugs we just pay more of everything because we make too much money we're supposed to get double Social Security that we're getting now but we get half of what we're supposed to get because we make too much money and you want to raise that tax burden on me no it would lower it it would cap it at $2,000 no it doesn't make any talk about drugs what they're gonna do you don't understand it's all tied together all right if you if you lower the cap on me on prescription drugs you're going to raise the cap on me on my soci on my Social Security which I'm getting exactly 50% of the Social Security I'm entitled to because of the level of income I have okay so I'm already I'm already being taxed Beyond Comprehension what you what you cap on prescription drugs is a fly on an elephant's ass compared to what I'm paying okay okay how about the next thing that she said is the her the Biden Administration cut child poverty by over 50% is this a good thing or a bad thing I don't even believe that I know either showed me stats on that I don't got his followers in Congress to shoot it down and she says if president and that bill comes back around she will sign it immediately into law is this good or bad strengthening the southern border well how's she gonna get it to pass the Congress if Trump is behind killing it I don't know I'm asking you is this good or bad either I'm not asking you about any of that I'm asking you do you think that's a good idea or a bad idea to put 1500 to hold so you agree with kamla Harris then yes but she'll never do it haly good idea or bad idea I agree she should have never cut it off in the first place I'm they did that on day one I'm some indifferent On the Border because obviously I feel incredibly sorry for all the families trying to get here Jesus Christ here we go again they can come this week Donald Trump announced he will be selling a new collection of digital trading cards called the America First collection on his website godum damn don't jab me the Trump trading cards ain't touching you the Trump trading card nfts will feature 50 new portraits of the former president including images of him dancing holding Bitcoin standing next to buffal and a lion striking various poses for the purchase of a minimum of 15 digital trading cards priced at $100 $99 each sorry Trump promises that a physical Trading Card which includes a Swatch of the suit he wore during the presidential debate against Joe Biden will be mailed to the buyer there is a limit of 2024 physical cards that are going to be printed and Trump will sign five of those cards this is the fourth series of dig trading cards Trump has sold Mom and Dad are you going to buy any of these yes I want to buy them are you going to buy uh what is it 15 so $1,500 roughly to get the physical card mailed to you I would love it and you're going to get uh are you hoping to get the autograph the Swatch but the second I get on they'll all be bought out what are you doing I'm not sitting by him anymore why got mad cuz these digital trading cards thought Mom just said I would like to but buying but the second they the last time he did trading cards I got online and they were gone I think these might be around a little bit longer so are you going to buy 15 of them to try and get the physical C why do you think they might be around a little longer because I don't think people care about this anymore then why don't know I just saw Natalie yesterday by the way I don't know if we have weird all right let's tell the story of goat man's Bridge it this is a a piece of our family lore that I think is unique I've never heard of any other family having a story quite like this so um Haley we can all tell our perspectives of it I suppose but I think you probably are the best to tell it from the beginning okay so I am obsessed with horror films Supernatural [ __ ] I like the spooky stuff so I think I was in Middle School probably 12 I think I was 12 maybe 13 13 no I was not 14 I was midle school was in my I think she was a freshman she was she old art class with me okay yeah so I was in eth grade eth grade got it eth grade so uh there's this well-known place where we live called goatman's Bridge the actual story behind it is like not good it's it's rooted in slavery and oh [ __ ] murder know that yeah no there's a real story to Goat man's bridge where a black man was hung oh my God and I like no one knew that in Middle School it wasn't until I was older I was like well what the [ __ ] is this place it has like an actual history that's really [ __ ] bad Jesus so uh goat man's Bridge um when we were in Middle School it was all the rage kids were going there to like party kids were going there to [ __ ] hang out whatever uh it's literally like this bridge out in the woods and underneath is like a little yeah underneath is like a little train it was a train bridge bridge so in middle school you know the legend was like you go there and you say his name three times at midnight or whatever and he's supposed to appear so it was like a the bridge it was like this Legend you know that lived on years and years and years anyway um begged and pleaded Mom and Dad I want to go to goatman's Bridge I want to go I had a sleepover for my birthday and they were like no no no so yeah the the night of my sleepover for my birthday they finally caved and said fine just shut the [ __ ] up let's get you in the car we'll [ __ ] drive to Goat man's Bridge just shut up you know shut up about it let's go so me and I think like three friends three of us me and three friends pile into dad's like Honda Accord you know in the back I was in mom a shotgun and it takes 15 minutes to get there it's literally like 1: in the morning or something uh so we're like ho [ __ ] we're [ __ ] we're gonna go to Goat man's room we're gonna see goat man so we're all like [ __ ] amped up sweating [ __ ] puckered in the back seat like can't wait to see this ghost so we pull up to Goat man's Bridge it's spooky as [ __ ] there's no lights anywhere dad has like his headlights on um and we're here better get out get the [ __ ] out get on that [ __ ] Bridge all right all right so like oh we're all terrified like oh there it's night time mom and dad like stay back in the car me and my three friends are like kind of tiptoeing onto the bridge and like it's scary it's [ __ ] dark and it's a bridge that you think is like satanic and like haunted and I came out with you guys but I was behind you yeah behind us so we start walking on the bridge and everybody's like shaking and [ __ ] I'm in the front we get on the bridge and we're all just kind of looking around around like oh this is spooky out of from [ __ ] nowhere like somebody is screaming and at that point it's fight or flight and so I turn around and I just start pulling my I'm like and I'm throwing my friends to the side one falls to the ground I snap a bra off of another one we're [ __ ] sprinting for our lives and we just keep hearing like behind us wait now have you seen the entity emerge from the woods okay not yet we hear and like we're all screaming crying and sprinting like he shot a gun in the air it hasn't happened yet we're as we are running we hear Boom what the [ __ ] a gunshot yeah one of my friends Falls is scooting on her ass like so fast that she gets a strawberry that's like so deep it's oozing we all finally get to the car down in the seat like on the floorboard [ __ ] go [ __ ] go I look out the window go man has grabbed mom from around the neck like this like pulling her back to the bridge and who is goat man what does describe describe Goatman Goatman is wearing like a long white beard in overalls like an old farmer looking shap with a [ __ ] shotgun has mom from around the [ __ ] throat like this dragging her back to the bridge I'm like Dad get Mom so I'm down in the seat dad has to rescue mom from Goatman she finally gets in the [ __ ] car we're driving he in a the goat man is in a [ __ ] pickup behind us with like flashing lights chasing us off the goddamn Bridge we finally get home we're literally crying kiss their pants in the car somebody was praying hell Mar they're all praying we're in the floorboard of a Honda Civic just like somebody is like somebody is bleeding about their ass like it's a [ __ ] nightmare we get home nobody can sleep everybody is scarred for Life literally the next day like one of the friends moms was like you're never going to their house again you're in therapy like the girls can't did you tell them that it was they did not tell any of us two days two days later like a week yeah a week like my friends literally couldn't sleep and we traumatized telling everybody in town that there's like a satanic Goatman ghost shotgun killing people on the bridge the girls were going to tell the police and then we let it go for a couple days and then we told him we had it all set up we had it all set up Mom and Dad [ __ ] had their friend Jerry bring a [ __ ] shotgun dressed as Goan under that bridge yeah and he'd [ __ ] lit it up what and that was just a fun prank you guys did on your teenage daughter and her friends eighth grade eth grade now what gave you the idea to do this because she was so ate up with it they really thought it was real and we knew it wasn't so we were going to scare him and teach him a lesson we're g to scare the [ __ ] out of him we sure did kind of scared me we didn't know he was bringing the gun I did not know that when I heard that gun I was like oh God I I kind of duck down too he was crazy all right well it's a pretty good simmer down good trip down memory lane this is the kind of stuff we experienced as children all of those friends to this day are like I will never forget you can Google that it's called go oat man's Bridge Google um it would be one of them still has scars like literally has scars does Nat still have scars Natalie yeah you have any remorse for that Mom and Dad no it was fun that was good fun okay let's move on to our third topic Trump at Arlington Cemetery on Monday of last week Donald Trump appears to have violated federal law by bringing his campaign to Arlington National cemeter after a wling ceremony to honor the 13 US service members who were killed in the Kabul Airport bombing bombing in 2021 Trump campaign officials have said an individual physically blocked the former president's team from accompanying him during the visit and Cemetery spokesperson confirmed to CNN quote there was an incident and a report was filed the US Army issued a stark rebuke of Trump's campaign saying that participants in the ceremony were made aware of the federal laws regarding political activity at the cemetery and abruptly pushed aside an imploy of the cemetery federal law prohibits political campaigning or election related activities within Army National military cemeteries a video of a visit posted by the Trump campaign on Tik Tok showed the former president walking through the cemetery visiting the grave sites with audio of him criticizing the Biden's Administration Management and the US withdrawal from Afghanistan this isn't the uh first time Trump has had controversy with military cemeteries in 2018 he decided as president not to visit a US military cemetery in France honoring Americans who Di died in World War I because they were quote losers kamla Harris said quote uh she is unable to comprehend anything other than service to him or sorry Trump is unable to comprehend anything other than service to himself and Veterans service members and their families quote should be honored never disparaged and treated with nothing less than our highest respect and gratitude it's my belief that someone who cannot meet the simple sacred Duty should never again stand behind the Seal of the president of the United States of America mom and dad do you think Trump cares about the military yes yes Haley no he has never cared mom what makes you think that he does care about the the military and military families oh my God he was invited there he went he paid respect he built up our military more than and then he turned it into a political campaign he turned it into a political ad no yes he posted this video of him walking around the graves [ __ ] on Biden that's a political they said they wanted the parents wanted him there they also invite invited Biden and CA she did not show they did not show up of course not comrade because they can't even say the names of the 13 people didn't K Harris show up to this I'm almost positive she did show up later no she did not wrong neither one of them showed up they're idiots they're the reason that those 13 people are in the ground hang on if you want to know the truth I'm Googling this you can't handle the truth that's right it's not funny it's very sad there two of those parents spoke and said they wanted Trump there and once they got there the handlers um of Biden and camela made it a big deal and uh were against him they wanted him there and the mother said it got out of hand and it was insane and they were happy he was there she has visited Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia several times during her 10 years as vice president and she would never she said use the site for political gain it was political gain it was because she can't even say the name no he did use it for political gain so once again you were wrong she was not there that day she was not there and they were both invited okay Donald Trump made a literal once again Google has proved you wrong all right go has proved me wrong I accept that now you must accept that he made a political ad from his visit which is he made a he made a personal gesture based on the request of the 13 dead people's mother he made a video where he's criticizing Joe Biden and the pull out from Afghanistan while on the video you're watching him walk around through the graves that's right that is against federal law so what arrest him it's also against federal law arrested but it's also disrespectful to these people arrested should have been against our law to pull out of Afghanistan the way they did and at abig gate to let 13 comrade Cala this is one of the things that I find the strangest about your support for Trump you Dad are a veteran yes yeah and Trump treats veterans very poorly he disrespects them constantly no he does not all right what did he say about John McCain what what did he say about John McCain well he said that he wasn't a what do you call it a hero a war hero yeah because he got I agree with that because he spent seven years in a p he got shot down we think that's okay we had Superior air power and he's one of maybe five guys out of hundreds of thousands said we wanted a picture we were proud that he came we invited everyone but Biden and CA did not show up well it's one thing for them to get they're the reason that their sons and daughters are dead two different things it's a perfect thing to do all right so you don't think he violated a law or if he did you don't care correct yeah interesting you know they don't care they never care no I know but I for some reason for me the the military families thing and military service thing how he lied about having bone spurs to get out of military service he constantly is [ __ ] on military families and disrespecting the military at every turn that one is it's kind of one of the hardest parts of this for me to reconcile it's the nature of Maja I know no matter no matter what he board there's EXC Biden and Harris treat the veterans even though neither one of them has never been a day in military in their [ __ ] life neither As Trump and they K so what you're using that you're using that Associated Press the founder of a nonprofit group has been accused of fabricating a story about homeless military veterans being evicted from a New York hotel to make room for migrants a tale that stoked days of outrage on Cable News Network it's been disproven okay just let him talk it's been disproven you asked me to Google it I Googled it the first thing that comes up is that is a fake story yeah I can't wait how many days 60 wait wait wait wait wait no no no [ __ ] you are outraged about this they're kicking veterans out of a hotel and putting immigrants in how dare they it's fake not that's a fake story you told me to Google it I did I'm reading it Mom's Googling it because you Googled the one story you could find you told the [ __ ] story AP wrong people it's just fake there all these things saying it's fake this was here we go here we go wait a minute let me pull it up congress.gov May 23rd where'd it go I'm got Congress du oh you getting your information from the White House now no we're getting it from Congress now okay all right let's we are not gonna have a [ __ ] Google duel here this is boring as [ __ ] all right let's move on to our fourth and final topic Tim wal drunk driving arrest and has campaigned falsifying details of the event when Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Tim wal first ran for congress in 2006 his campaign repeatedly made false statements about the details of his 1995 arrest for drunk and reckless driving according to court and police records Waltz admitted in court that he had been drinking when he was pulled over for driving 96 mph in a 55 mph Zone in Nebraska Waltz was then transported by a State Trooper to a local hospital for a blood test showing he had a blood alcohol level of0 128 well above that State's legal limit of 0.1 but in 2006 his campaign repeatedly told the press that he had not been drinking that night claiming that his failed sobriety test was due to a misunderstanding related to hearing loss from his time in the National Guard the campaign also claimed that Waltz was allowed to drive himself to jail that night and none of that was true now that welz is the Democratic nominee for vice president renewed scrutiny is being paid to the details of his 1995 arrest and how his campaign described the incident a decade later as he launched his political career Waltz has sub ly acknowledged the facts of the case admitting during his 2018 campaign for governor of Minnesota that he had been drinking and driving according to waltz the arrest was a life-changing moment motivating him to change his behavior he said he has since given up alcohol and his go-to drink is now Diet Mountain Dew do you think it's strange for a person to not ever drink again after something like this no that's fine Trump doesn't drink um okay should a person should a person a DUI be allowed to run for political office I don't know I just know he's flip-flopping too dad dad went to the bathroom oh U he's flip-flopping too because the story is the correct story is he was drunk yeah he was correct in jail that night it was a Dua and released the next day yeah yeah and you know now his handlers are saying well he couldn't understand them because he had hearing laws well that was back when he was running for governor they're not saying that now they're owning up to this now but there definitely was this period when he was running for political office that his campaign and and by by extension I guess himself blatantly lied about all the details of this trying to make it seem like it wasn't a DUI that's just what you think but it 100% was it was and and at the time I think he was coaching and it said that he went and said oh I'll give up my coaching I'm so sorry and they said no you don't have to do that or something yeah liar they're all liars do you think getting a DUI makes someone a bad person someone that's made a mistake but you need to own up to it not lie about it if you're GNA run for a political office correct do you care um I guess I'll put this to you Haley because you're be voting for him do you care about this does this change your opinion of him in any way that he's a li I mean like what we're like What 20 30 years removed from this yeah is when was it 1995 I mean I think it's just proof that all politicians lie everybody does whatever they have to do for political right I can see great area in things I'm not I'm not stupid okay what about but you're gonna vote for the people that will also set prices on you can no longer uh charge $4 for a cookie it has to be decided they wanted to run for uh Governor will Georgie and they they decided that what they would do is they would run a demographic to see who had a better chance of winning and so L George came to our office every day for probably two or three months and it got to the point where he knew my face he'd say good morning Bob stuff like that and anyway he came out that he would do better so Boon through his support behind little George and he ran for governor state of Texas and I I probably saw him every day for about three months and he knows that that is not the sharpest tool in the [ __ ] have no intention of a Democrat winning this election that's the even that's what the American people want doesn't matter right it's only what you want that's it's what people don't want it's what our
