America is deeply divided there are only two sides to every issue and there is no interest in finding common ground not even with members of your own family but as the 2024 presidential election Looms on the horizon there has never been a more important time to have the necessary conversation welcome to the necessary conversation I'm Chad culture my sister is sighing heavily on her into this Zoom call obviously doesn't want to be here wants to be anywhere but here but she's powering through thank you uh on this Easter Sunday this podcast is about my sister and I who are very left leaning talking to our parents who are Maja deep in that Q andon pitch mega mega trying to come to uh some Center place where we can at least agree that we are still a family is Dad here Mom he is in the [ __ ] he's coming okay well I wanted to open this uh podcast with a rant of my own but Dad needs to be present for it I guess we'll talk about something else while he's taking his [ __ ] he's coming okay uh what else you have an ETA on this um who knows and the question from The Listener is also for dads so oh my gosh we're going to need him to stop [ __ ] as soon as he can and come on out here pinch it off pinch it off happy Easter happy Easter we're gonna get into that now I know we can talk about this for a moment last week I asked both of you to watch the finale of Bachelor season 28 did you do it yes both dad and I did but I'm upset with you because you said we needed watch it we did but then you wouldn't tell me things that I asked you specific questions about such as um like who you helped who you coach that kind of stuff I make deals with all those players that I don't ever divulge that information oh not even to your mother correct okay then don't watch it don't ask us to watch again correct why I want to know um your your dad said in the beginning it sucked and all this and bad but then I go okay let's just turn off no no she's saying something yeah exactly he kept watching he got sucked too I really thought the red dress girl was gonna win that kind of threw me for a loot she's a great player Daisy did you coach her I will not say Haley did you watch it what day of the week was it Monday she didn't watch it no I there is a [ __ ] reason okay mad yeah Willow and I went to Madonna celebrations tour my apologies funny the funny thing about all TV shows is there on a streaming service forever so you could have watch it at any point during the week thank you for not watching it thank you Mom and Dad for watching it all right now let's begin the show Dad is back from his [ __ ] so last week I want to open my own rant which is rare dad last week you said this podcast has done more harm than good to our family you said I haven't changed anything and you call me the biggest idiot you've ever talked to do you want to hear that clip or do you believe me no I believe you all right and we talked a little bit then about the purpose th okay we talked a little bit about the purpose of this podcast and I thought about it a lot this week and I just want to let you know I'm not trying to change anyone's mind with this podcast I don't think we can do that I'm talking about in our family I don't know about anyone who listens to this but what I'm trying to do is have a conversation with you and Mom about the things you think how you think them why you think them to try and learn about your perspective because I love both of you and I am genuinely curious about how you got to this point and I'm also trying to tell you why I think the way that I do do you have any interest genuinely in in hearing that or understanding our perspective me and Haley no yes because I don't understand it at all the EI I you know what that is right what is it you know what it is though I'm asking do you know what though that means yes yes I I I'm J or something what what didn't you know what it really means didn't earn it okay I'm fat I'm black and I didn't earn it so you are are saying openly that you don't care about the way Haley and I think or how we come to these conclusions in and in effect I guess you're saying you don't want to know us no in effect what I'm saying is it doesn't matter but it does in our family relationship for us to to be like cordial to one another and right why they think what they think in regard to politics or anything in in regard to politics or literally anything in the world I want to know I don't understand it I don't understand your politics side right as as we don't I mean I do actually think I've gotten a very good grasp on why you guys think the way you do about Trump and all this stuff I think that is um these conversations that we've had on this podcast for me at least have been Illuminating and I know Dad has kind of a a ston wall of just like I'm G to insult everybody and what I think is right but I do think Mom you're a little more open to it I don't know at any rate I just wanted to get that out yeah okay but when we started this we were going to say no personal stuff nothing personal it was just about the politics side and then you you have drugg some personal stuff into this that we shouldn't have what what what personal stuff all kinds of weird stuff you've asked okay it gets me mad such as do do you take drugs yeah what does that have to do with politics well the legalization of drugs the War on Drugs legalization of marijuana all that is political but we weren't talking about that no I was trying to get to the bottom of personal experience do you have personal experience with this thing that is a very hot button issue obviously marijuana has been legalized in almost every state now uh Colorado just legalized this year psychedelic drugs mushrooms LSD uh MDMA so we are as a a culture we are moving toward a more legalized uh drug world I suppose that's why I asked that question okay all right so were what were you gonna say you were GNA tell us something I didn't yeah what I was saying was I I just want to make it very clear because I think sometimes you and Dad specifically dad I guess are under the impression that I'm trying to use this podcast to make you guys liberal or to get you to vote for Biden or something and I'm not no no you know what though a lot of my DMs are people that think you're trying to make me and Dad look stupid a lot of the DMs I get well in Dad's case I don't have to do anything to make that happen hey yo we're far from [ __ ] stupid I don't think you're stupid I I was just kidding I don't think I don't think 90% of the people on your side of the fence have one tenth of the intelligence I do okay we're not slamming people Jesus Christ all right well that was my rant and my little conversation now let's open this up to a question unless you pilot program will be given to illegal immigrants in New York with a prepaid debit card card now New York mayor um Eric Adams is defending this saying it's not free money it's a debit card uh this is going to be given out to people who are already staying free again in the roselt hotel the plan is to expend it uh expand it from 500 families that they're going to give money to to 15,000 the total program like I said is going to be 53 million a family of four gets 14 40 a month no no no a week I think but he said it's not cash it's not really free money it's a debit card okay these people have done nothing for our country to work to get it um they're actually beating people up yeah they're actually hitting ladies in the head whatever anyway I I am I don't I don't understand this your dad's been trying to get a free sale Libre 3 for his diabetes for three and a half months from our government still H haven't been able to get it yeah and here we're giving these people free money there you experience with death been like in your life do you truly think that mass killing other humans is the solution to any problem love the podcast guys keep it up and thank you for answering my question Vietnam so I've seen death now to answer your question on on do I believe that killing humans is the answer to our problem absolutely 100 [ __ ] percent and start when need well because this Earth cannot support six to eight billion [ __ ] people and most of them are in China and India who are polluting our environment the I mean the Chinese are building coal plants left and right they don't give a rat's ass about the rest of the world so here's my take on this thing if you're an American and you believe in America's way of life I'm for you staying alive if you're from China I want to kill you dead and that is never going to change all right mom what genocides no okay um Haley how about you Chinese I am against genocide I'm not against genocide but I'm against what I'm in Costco name so we're gonna start off today's show with Easter is National transgender visibility day the right-wing snowflakes of America were outraged at President Biden's Saturday Proclamation that March 31st is transgender visibility Day this year that date happens to coincide with the Christian holiday of Easter but it does not always fall on Easter transgender visibility day has been in place since 2009 and always falls on March 31st but Trump was quick to attack Biden for his involvement in it nonetheless calling the announcement part of the administration's quote yearslong assault on the Christian faith Caroline L it Trump's national press secretary said we call on Joe Biden's failing campaign in White House to issue an apology to the millions of Catholics and Christians Across America who believe tomorrow is for one celebration only the resurrection of Jesus Christ mom do you think we can have more than one celebration on any given day I will not celebrate Joe Biden's woke weird little holiday that he proclaimed not Jo Biden's it was in place since 9 as I I mention Trump also celebrated this Trump's Administration also had this in place 2009 I will never celebrate it okay and it he should have known better not to do it around Easter that we have celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ for how many years it 2,000 years since the beginning time whatever uh you guys do that now beginning what do you guys do on Easter did you guys go to church today oh did you go to church I did Haley in my backyard I prayed to God and prayed on the resurrection of Jesus Christ yes I did Haley you don't have to go to a brick and mortar at church right to go no one is asking you to celebrate transgender visibility day you can celebrate Easter but other people can celebrate other things are you okay with that this is also falling right in the middle of rad is it okay for Muslims to celebrate it should not be on the same day as Easter why go ahead call me a POG tide on Friday the bat hit me with it Jesus on Friday Donald Trump posted a video on Truth social that contains the image of a hog tied President Joe Biden uh painted on the tailgate of a passing giant truck that is Laden with prot Trump flags and messaging here hold this Biden campaign condemned the video for suggesting physical harm to the sitting Democratic president Michael Tyler the Biden campaign's communications director said quote Trump is regularly inciting political violence and it's time people will take him seriously just asked the capital police officers who were attacked protecting our democracy on January 6th Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Chen responded Friday night saying quote that picture was on the back of a pickup truck that was traveling down the highway Democrats and crazed lunatics have not only called for Despicable violence against President Trump and his family they are actually weaponizing the justice system against him there my mom is holding up a picture of it um and we're about to have one put on the back of our car and and wait a minute who oh who Could That Be that's Trump there's one of each of them so how funny is that right um okay is it okay for a person running for president to do this that picture the difference mom you you you showed a picture also on the back of some truck tailgate of trump being tied up the difference is Joe Biden didn't post that picture on his social media accounts right Trump did post this picture on his good for so the question I have is is this okay for somebody running for president to post on their social media yes it's long as it's Trump I don't know social media is all a new ball game you know what it's been around for 15 years maybe it was AI maybe he didn't post it maybe it was AI what maybe he didn't post it maybe somebody else did okay so you're just now saying anything that comes out of his so truth Social account is not his responsibility no no we're saying anything comes out of his account is okay that comes out of Biden is not do you remember I mean it probably he shouldn't have done that because now he has death threats his family's being has death threats but do you remember when who was that comedian the redheaded chick uh Kathy whoever Griffin may be yeah did Donald Trump severed head and ha haa that was so funny yeah so so what yeah again so what so the guy that had this so [ __ ] what on the back of his truck someone took a picture why we even talking about it it's they and then Trump then rep stupid thing to talk about it's Dum so you hold you hold Donal Donald Trump to the same standard as a comedian no I'm saying maybe he shouldn't have I don't think he should have if I don't know Donald Trump responsible for anything except straightening out Trump first won and I made two memes and posted them I believe it's to my then Facebook maybe uh and they were literally just pictures of trump with direct quotes that he said about wanting to date his daughter um and I think the other one was the grab him by the [ __ ] quote maybe and you got so outraged by it you you would not talk to me for weeks and you claimed that I ruined your Facebook do you remember this they they were not just the memes or whatever you call them you like they were terrible in what way I didn't like them okay but is that okay for people to post things you don't like that was my president yeah no but we don't have to have it rubbed in our [ __ ] face like you do every goddamn Sunday rub what in your face whatever you think is wrong with us I don't think anything okay you do this for Donald Trump if you don't do this for Joe Biden [ __ ] you I think I need to go get our Donald Trump oh my God okay he's just simp asking do you think it's okay for somebody who is a former president and is going to running again said yes 14 times so you're okay with it now you think he shouldn't have posted it no think he should have I don't think he should have on social media in fact I want to get one from the back of my car you're going to put that image on the back of your car please take a picture of yourself squatting down throwing the peace sign next to it if you do you don't like it because pointed at a Chinese I will not allow it he won't why do you think that he shouldn't have posted it who because now death threats are toward his family and I mean I don't know I don't think he should have like but be because the repercussions are are people threatening his family not because you think it might inight violence there's already violence I told you not to go to New York now they're like doing the knockout game on on white women and punching them in the face trying to kill illegals are doing it but do you think in terms of like the political that you guys think is imminent that there is nothing we can do about it that's going to happen no even I haven't asked the question yet um does matter answer no even in and January 6th as well obviously that was a lot of political violence the the real question here and and why it's important that Trump is posting this image is he does incite political violence at almost every turn this is a part of that it's talking about blood baths it's posting pictures of Joe Biden hog tied on the saying stand firm and stand by or whatever so are you okay the only thing that's going to change the weaponization that Biden and Obama have put into the doj and the FBI they have to be exterminated and rebuilt okay what when you say weaponization of the doj and FBI what do you think that means what EXA that means that they have turned anything that has to be done legally what for Joe Biden will not be done anything that has to be done illegally for Trump will be done in terms of like what you think all the trials that Trump was about to yeah all this [ __ ] all the doj accuses Trump of everything the FBI is Prosecuting him for is all illegal and it's all horseshit and the EV it's all brought by right Joe Biden and Barack Obama's control of the OJ in par in particular Merck Garland and the FBI gay Christopher Ray those guys need to be fired prosecuted strung up by the nearest [ __ ] tree and we start over with the FBI and the doj and the only got the balls or the one two to get it done is Donald Trump okay and I will help him do it any way I can okay so in most of those cases for them to go to trial they had to have what is known as a grand jury oh yeah I know BR where's that grand jury it's in [ __ ] New York that's where the crime by where run by whoat fat black Dei wasn't in New York City New York sloppy big fat black City so you believe that the United States legal system is so easily corruptible that even in multiple grand jury uh cases all okay all right that was part of the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore killing six people who were working on the bridge when it collapsed Twitter conspiracy theorists like Andrew Tate immediately begin spreading baseless rumors that the cargo ship had been the target of a Cyber attack that the entire event was orchestrated by the Obamas or that Joe Biden had planted a some kind of a false flag attack on the United States an investigation is currently underway to determine the actual cause of the cargo ship's loss of navigation capabilities uh dad whose fault was this crash well I think it was the uh fact that the uh transportation department didn't send the tugboats when the guy asked him to to stop the boat yeah that thing and so it all falls back on booty judge okay who doesn't do [ __ ] until it's too late all right Mom whose fault was this I don't know because I haven't researched it other than I saw it hit the thing and people were killed I don't know Haley I also don't know I've only seen I saw where the lights flicker on and off like several times the ship kind of loses control I have no [ __ ] I guess whoever manufactured the ship I don't [ __ ] know no he was going there come stop him well I mean it it had nothing to do with the bridge being old a a giant cargo ship crashed directly into one of the main support structures of that bridge I don't think any Bridge like 15 seconds ago away from the funeral of the Fallen uh policeman that that Trump did attend the funeral because Trump was invited because he made the phone call to the family uh Biden has still not even said the guy's name uh it was Jonathan Diller that was shot a policeman in New York uh so Trump attended the funeral while Biden was uh raising 20 what $25 million all I'm going to say is vote accordingly Biden hasn't even said anything about that Fallen not Soldier Fallen policemen wife baby Trump's paying off their house payments well it's the least Trump can do after inciting an Insurrection on the capital that left several police officers injured I don't oh God stop well no that's an interesting question like you're you are very Pro this specific police officer and supporting his family what about the police officers that were attacked during the January 6th Insurrection that Trump incited were any of them killed I don't believe so was there a cop killed somebody was kill there was no woman polian killed it was the one woman that was killed yeah let's see there was no placement no one was even injured God damn no one was even injured okay let's go like this the policeman that was shot he was shot by a guy named guy Rivera 21 prior arrests nine felonies early out got out of prison in 21 five years for drug sales sitting in a car and the policeman walked up to ask him why he was there boom yeah get those [ __ ] off the streets and keep them in prison my god um there was a stroke victim Capital police uh the day after the riots they said that may uh that was injured while physically engaging with protesters passed away due to injury sustained while on duty did not count okay doesn't count no right is Dad back Bob Chad has a question okay so Elaine Chow was Trump's Mitch McConnell yeah that Jack Chinese he's anti-American that means he must go okay uh our fourth and final topic is Trump on trial on Monday Manhattan judge Juan M Merc Sean ruled that the first of Donald Trump's four criminal trials will begin on April 15th which is insane to me barring another day another delay sorry Trump will be on trial as a criminal defendant in just three weeks over allegations related to the hush Money Paid to Stormy Daniels during his 2016 campaign uh to cover up marital infidelity the trial will begin with jury selection which Dad I'm sure you think sorus is paid for but potentially arduous task given the publicly uh the publicity sorry surrounding the case and Trump's wild unpopularity in heavily Democratic Manhattan Trump has pleaded not guilty to charges that he falsified business records a felony punishable by up to four years in prison though there is no guarantee a conviction will result in jail time Trump will be the first ex-president of this country the long history if you want to call it that of our country to stand trial in a criminal case the first one now let me just ask you this do you think Mom and Dad that's because uh Soros Biden the left political machine is putting a bunch of false accusations against him or do you think that there is some credibility to any of this of it absolutely and you think it's possible for a whoa whoa whoa where where's Biden at not in a trial not in a criminal trial he is not obligated to be in a criminal Tri basement hiding out so what's the difference he's going to be campaigning so my and Haley every week all day long that's what the show okay my question is with Trump being forced to be in this trial for four or five days a week is it going to be detrimental to his campaign am I holding this no it won't be he'll be yeah he is gonna be abente for quite some time yeah I think so too he won't he won't be posting [ __ ] you know memes about killing Joe Biden in the back of trucks he'll be posting 10 times more he can't yeah he will he'll have other people out there for him and posting stuff and if anything it's G to make people feel sorry for him uh I don't think it's gonna make anybody feel sorry for him because he's gonna act like a child in that courtroom he already has multiple times I I don't think it'll make people feel sorry for him what I do think it may do though is give him more media coverage than Biden because this trial will be the only thing on TV for the duration of it it's just going to be 247 coverage of him walking into the courtroom what happened in the courtroom him walking out of the courtroom what's going to happen tomorrow in the courtroom um I think all the news channels are going to hand Donald Trump the presidency as a result of this trial good as well they should why are we talking about it to have our opinions heard to have a conversation about it all of us hello what what do you mean why why are we talking about it because it's Giant news the first ex-president in the history of our country is about to stand a on a criminal [ __ ] trial FBI by way for paying hush money to a porn star that he was having sex with while his wife was pregnant so it's alleged I mean I don't think it is at this point I do we'll see you believe he never had sex with Stormy Daniels no oh gosh I have no idea I was not there okay very interesting so no idea I was not there that can apply to literally everything you say about Hunter Biden Joe Biden all of it so by that Hunter Biden is innocent of everything so is Joe Biden because you weren't there I'm gonna say that from now on I don't know I wasn't there okay well look it was a short show today uh I guess we're gonna wrap it up those are those are all the the questions I had now I also wanted to ask you guys one one last thing I know we talked a few episodes ago about having somebody else on this podcast and I've received some emails to that end but these are uh you know just people who are listening to our podcast that want to come on that's not exactly what I'm looking for I want to have somebody who who is in one way or another professionally um aligned with politics you know maybe a state senator or congress person or something like this would you be cool with that do I need to get permission from you both Mom and Dad uh and Haley I suppose but I think you would be okay with it I don't care do you care Bob he doesn't care so in the next coule you want all right so in the next couple of weeks if I have somebody join us they might just show up on Sunday when we record there might just be another person in the zoom it could be the first and last time someone shows up with us with Dad calling them name [Laughter] on it'll be the first and last
