Hi. Hello. Oh, hi. Oh, here we go. [gasps] Adriana Flores, 5529. Please, I am begging you to do a whole episode dedicated to showing everything Mom Donnie has accomplished so far and how his policies have helped New Yorkers. I think it would be really eyeopening for Maryl. Please. This is a good idea. Um, maybe we will do that on an Wednesday episode. I could see us potentially doing that. It is wild how I I just went back and watched a clip and I think I reposted it on um Facebook. I don't know. I'm posting so much [ __ ] every day. I have no idea

0:47

where I posted it, but it was a clip of my mom saying um uh if mom Donnie wins the election, she said New York will fall. And I was like, what does that [ __ ] mean? New York will fall. And she couldn't really um make any claim as to what that was, but that's a good idea. Thank you. Um, S. Cyber, tell us about your IG squirrel side quest, you weirdo.

1:18

Heart emoji and I think it's a Brazil flag. It's so small on my screen, I can't see it. I think that's a Brazil flag. Um, my squirrel side quest. Okay, this was many years ago, about 10 years ago. I um a crow, a baby crow fell out of a nest in like right in front of my front door basically. And so I Googled and it couldn't fly and I was like, "Oh [ __ ] something's going to kill this thing. I I won't be able to live myself." So I Googled how to rehab a baby crow. And it said basically you just get like they'll

1:49

eat nuts and get a little thing of water and and put the nuts in the water near the crow and then scoot the crow under a bush. So I did that right outside my front door and I would come out like [cough] multiple times a day checking on this [ __ ] crow. And eventually the crow was able to fly and it it I saw it in the trees and stuff and it it lived and I was able to do that. However, I still had a whole bag basically of almonds that this crow had not yet eaten and I was like, "Well, what should I do with

2:18

this?" And there was a squirrel sitting nearby and so I just started like tossing these almonds at this squirrel and it came up to me and by within like five minutes it was eating out of my hand and I was like, "What in the hell is going on here?" I was taking pictures. It was crazy. Cut to uh maybe two days later, I'm walking back from the grocery store and that squirrel is sitting back in front of my front door and I'm like, "Whoa, what the fuck?" So, I went and got some more almonds and just kept feeding this squirrel. And she eventually came around every day. She

2:47

got so tame she would follow me to the grocery store. She would come in my place, sit on my couch with me, watch TV. I could pet her like a little cat. Um and she had two litters of babies in a flower box outside my bedroom window. And she would let me like when I would wake up in the morning, I'd open the window. I'd say hi to her. She would stretch. I'd give her some water. And then she would literally like go run around in the trees for five minutes and stretch her legs and let me like oversee her like day old babies that look like

3:14

worms. Basically, little hairless kind of worms. It was absolutely fascinating. One of the most special bonds I've ever had with an animal in my entire life. And I will always remember her. Squirrelius. RIP. K. Van Winkle 777. Marylu needs to update herself with the surrogate mother story. That poor baby is suffering right now and silence from the prolifers and I'm curious who she's voting for in Oklahoma. Governor election vote Mson Mary Lou. I don't know the surrogate mother story. Um that poor baby is suffering right now. I literally don't know what that story is.

3:50

K. Van Winkle 777, but I'll I'll Google around on that. And I don't know who she's voting for either, but that's coming up. All these midterms are like what are we looking at about a month away? A little more than I guess. Um I'm very curious Jane at Doll. One of the things that break a cult is that the leader promise promises fail to come true. Can you make a chart of his broken promises with big red X's? I'm sure a listener would volunteer to make it. Yeah, I should have had start having charts like Trump now, but I agree with you. the volume of

4:27

lies he's told, promises he's broken that are now like demonstrable. I think that is having an effect on my mom. I mean, we talk about it every week. He told you he's going to give you $2,000. He told you he never started with a round, you know, blah blah blah. Um, and I think it is having an effect on her, but she just defaults back to like, well, we'll see because she still can't like turn the final corner. She's getting there, though. I know people are getting or at least I'm seeing comments are like this conversation is no longer necessary and people just have I guess

4:57

very short memories or uh you know the fact that she now is saying abolish ICE and is for universal healthcare. Those two things to me are gigantic huge steps forward that she's still maintaining. She's not backsliding on that stuff. But I agree with you. Maybe a a chart or something of all the broken promises would would uh work a little better than what I'm doing perhaps. Cyrus Ahmed 5808, could you please get Destiny on an episode? Someone brought Destiny up a long time ago. Not a long time ago, probably at the beginning of this year.

5:30

Um, I was trying to get a guest on and then I kind of Googled around into it and there was a lot of um [ __ ] about him, at least on the internet, that I thought was not great. So, that will probably never happen. My apologies. Two ices, one palm YC. Fun fact, Ontario means sparkling water from the indigenous peoples of the Great Lakes. The name predates both the United States and Canada, but sure, let's pretend Trump gets to rename it.

5:56

[snorts] That [ __ ] is like his his fascination with like renaming things and putting his name on things is like obviously egoomaniac, narcissist, childish, like just at the base. But doing it to be like I'm going to show you Canada. I'll rename Lake Ontario. And it's like, but what does that do? Nobody's going along with it. It's so stupid and just a waste of time. I I don't know. Whatever. You know my feelings on Trump. I'm not a not a fan.

6:27

Um C HGS9ZU, thank you very much. Crazy cat 2 QTD 10 jewels hiding. Thank you. BTM SRQ, thank you very much. and time to talk Tuesday. 10 jewels hiding. Thank you. I don't know what any of that [ __ ] means. Dr. Nimrod. Um, I miss Haley not being I miss Haley not being on the Sunday show. The way she goes off is almost like the way Bob does, just not as often. You're glowing as always, dude. Thank you for the glow.

7:02

I miss Haley not being on the Sunday show. She wasn't on the show today. I think you might be trying to say I miss Haley being on the Sunday show. Yeah, she got um stuck in an airport with like delayed flight after delayed flight after delayed flight, but we were trying to accommodate her. We were going to start recording a little later today than usual so that she would be able to make it. [snorts] And uh it just did not work out. I think she may still be at the airport. She got [ __ ] up um with these delayed flights. So, I don't envy

7:32

her at all and I hope that she is able to finally get on a plane and get home. Um, Danielle Hall555, have you thought about introducing Marylu to breaking points? The good faith both sides coverage on major news could be helpful to get through to her. I don't know about breaking point breaking points. I have not thought about it. I don't even know what that is, but um maybe that's something I got to look into as well. I know there's a bunch of people out there doing these kind of like debate things or, you know, trying to bring both sides together. At least in uh Well, this though you're

8:06

saying is good faith both sides coverage on major news. Um yeah, I'll check that out. Time to talk Tuesday. Hiding 10 jewels. Okay. Abby normal 30 jewels flower. Okay. I'm so sorry. I don't know what any of this means. It's some kind of YouTube thing with jewels and stuff. I don't know. I don't know. Um, Christopher Fernandez 3112. When referring to her our heroes, what's our hero? Oh, Republican heroes, maybe. Can you use the same nicknames that Mary Lou uses? Sleepy Dawn, Tam Palm, Tim, Big Mel, etc.

8:54

What now? When referring to her Republican heroes, can you use the same nicknames that Mary Lou uses? She doesn't call him Sleepy Dawn. Who's Tam Palm Tim and Big Mill? I'm not sure I understand this exactly, but I think you're trying to ask me if I can use derogatory names for Trump and the like. And my sister and I do do that. We started calling Todd Blanch Terty Blanchie. We do do it.

9:24

Um, Dubles, Dubil, when Mary Lou agrees she wouldn't like it if it was anyone else but Trump, please refer to confirmation bias by name and reminder how it shapes her view. We have talked about confirmation bias from the early days of this podcast. It does nothing. I think um using kind of like abstract ideas or terminologies that are unfamiliar to her unfamiliar to her to describe like the mental gymnastics she's doing doesn't really do anything. Um in my opinion what has worked best is the in terms of ICE it is maintaining the volume and pace of that coverage. It is showing her every week some new story

10:12

about, you know, kidnapping a 5-year-old or whatever the horrific thing is that ICE is doing that week. It's showing her that stuff and like never taking your foot off the gas. And then for healthc care, it was really like that was through no doing of my own. That was because my dad got into this like uh you know series of kind of medical maladies that forced them into the medical system in America to use what they thought was good insurance and didn't really matter.

10:39

Even their really good insurance, my dad still got [ __ ] up. They kicked him out of that rehab early. They misdiagnosed stuff. And so I think my mom like seeing firsthand how [ __ ] up the American medical system is changed her mind on that. But um I think by just being like that's confirmation bias, I don't think that will have any effect on her whatsoever. CHGS9U, thank you very much. Desiree by note.

11:06

Uh 501, hey, love the pod. Can you practice separating truth from fact with your mom? One and one equals two. T and E equals pedo ring. Trump and Epstein maybe. Much love. Look forward to y'all every week. Thank you very much. Um yeah, I mean I I try to do separating truth from fact. Like today she I forgot what she was rattling off and I was like googling it in real time and it was basically like all lies, you know? So I'm try I'm attempting to be a little bit better about that and like fact check her in real time and stuff.

11:44

And uh again I don't know if that had any real effect on her even as she was listing. I forget what the conversation was we were having. Oh, it was presidents changing the names of things and I was like, "Nope, that didn't happen. Nope, that didn't happen. That president didn't do that." And it just like didn't it didn't at least to me seem like it was sinking in to her. But um I will continue to do that nonetheless.

12:08

Charlotte Charlotte Tramontana Trey Montana. Hope I'm saying that right. I would love to remind Mary Lou that in 2020, Dolly Parton donated $1 million for the development of the Madna COVID vaccine. Yeah, I tried to get into that with my mom on [music] Wednesday or was it last Sunday? I think it was Wednesday. I tried to basically be like Dolly Parton is not a billionaire by choice. She gave all of her money to charity and blah blah blah blah blah. I don't think that registered with my mom either, but that's interesting. I didn't know that she had donated a million dollars for the

12:48

development of the COVID vaccine. Very interesting. MC G, your future producer, says, "Hi, Chad. When Marylu brought up how much money uh DJT Donald Trump has given to farmers, you failed to press her on why he had to do that because of his tariffs and other countries refusing to buy US grown products." Yeah, I should have pressed her a little harder on that. I know the beef thing is like right now a huge deal. Um I mean my answer to it is like no one will like this. We should all be vegan.

13:22

Nobody should be eating this [ __ ] anyway. Uh but I know that a lot of people like it and I'm not trying to you know whatever. These are my beliefs. Everyone's pre it. Put whatever they want in their body obviously. I just feel like it's a lose-lose for society in pretty much every case. It's bad for your health. Um, it obviously is bad for the environment and now it's bad financially for the country as well.

13:46

Dolomite FU imaginary Lou on Fox all MAGA then loves Hassan then heart Hassan hosts equal brain explode. Then Heart Hassan hosts equal brain explo. Um, imaginary Luon Fox all MAGA then heart Hassan hosts equal head explode. I'm not quite sure what's going on here, but I think it's something about how can she be like watching Newsmax all day, but also love Hassan [ __ ] It's because of um you know what I was saying a little bit earlier. My mom, my dad is this way, too. They really only respond to like personal um interactions, personal occurrences, events, things of that nature. and and Hassan [ __ ] had us

14:32

on his show some months ago at this point and he just charmed the [ __ ] out of my mom and that was that, you know, and now they like him and he sent my dad like this big styrofoam cowboy hat that says MAGA on it. Uh, and so they like him because of that even though they are on paper at least completely opposed to everything he ever talks about. I don't know. I don't know how that happened but it happened. Ben Carmichael zero.

15:02

Um, sorry, I just lost it. Okay, there it is. I'm hoping those shot gloves get banned from ice agent self-inflicting groin injuries. Uh, two double laughing crying emojis. Maybe Maryl needs to see the ven diagram of cons being bigger. The ven diagram of cons being bigger. I'm not sure what that means exactly. Um, but yeah, these shot gloves are I don't know when they're going to go into effect, but I think there's going to be massive amounts of news. Like the first video that comes out of them using those gloves on somebody is just going to be that ain't going to be good. There's

15:38

going to be protests. There's going to be all kinds of [ __ ] But I mean, that's what we need honestly. Like I if I had my way, if I could institute some kind of social plan right now, it would be general work stoppage. Literally every American refuses to go to work until all this [ __ ] is fixed. But I don't think we got that in us. I don't think it'll um I don't think we'll ever be able to do something like that. Pasadena, what if Scabulian became MAGA? Scabulian is my cat. And had to wear a little red hat. Would you think he was just still

16:10

so cute and such a good boy? Yeah, I would. I would. If I still love my parents and they're MAGA, you don't think I would love my cat being MAGA? Um, he's so fantastic. I love Scobbyby. Little Scobbyby McGee, your future producer. Also absolutely loved the live factchecking of today's episode. Thank you very much. I think the more you're able to point facts out to Marylu in the very moment she states her alternative facts, the better off she will be. I agree it, like I said, I don't think it it landed with her exactly, but I think it it might have there might have been

16:41

some piece of her because at least she wasn't able to like, you know, continue her side of the conversation, her level of that argument using those facts as a basis. I I shut that down immediately. So then it was just kind of, you know, launched into the abstract zone of her general MAGA ideology. And uh that at least I thought was was something worth doing.

17:05

Auntie Auntie Cesley 10 jewels hiding. Thank you. Paula Froman, is that right? Paula Froman or Paula from Minnesota is probably what it is. I think you really should consider Mr. Global, especially with the gas information. Venezuelan oil isn't going to save it us. I think you What is Mr. Global? You really should consider Mr. Global? I'm not sure what Mr. Global is, but uh um the Venezuelan oil thing I think will probably be a topic we talk about on Wednesday or maybe next Sunday. Dubles, please focus more on how his decisions are negatively impacting our security for the future. That fear might help her

17:51

see how bad all this is. I I think about this sometimes too with my parents, like they're both old, you know, they might see couple more presidents. I don't know. And they have grandkids and everything, so like I'm sure they're wanting a good world for them to grow up in, but I don't know like how um important to them the idea of like a good future really is. I don't know.

18:17

That may be just like an interesting kind of philosophical question to ask them. Maybe that's what I'll do to my dad as soon as he comes back. How concerned are you about the future? I don't know. But uh it's an interesting thought that it's like do they really actually care about what's going to be happening 30 years from now in this country? I don't know. I literally don't know. I don't know if I do to be honest with you. Will I be alive 30 years from now? Probably [ __ ] not. Colton think 8151. When Maryl dumps Trump, how would the vid be titled? Probably something

18:50

like that. Um, or maybe like we saved her or mission accomplished could be kind of funny. [laughter] I don't know. I'll have to come up with it. Whatever the mood strikes. I always just like I name the the thumbnails like after we get done shooting. Then I immediately photoshop the thumbnails and stuff and I think of whatever the title is going to be and all that [ __ ] kind of like right after we shoot. So, I'll have to see what happens in that um in that video. But something like that I think would be funny. Creative charts or creatives hearts. Chad is not unc. Just

19:27

use proper English. [laughter] No, I think I am. I think it's correct. Uh there's like a lot of [ __ ] that I don't get now. And I'm like I always wondered when would that moment happen in my life where there's just like some technology or like social thing or way of speaking that's happening now that I'm just like whatever. I don't give a [ __ ] I'm out. It's basically now. It's the um you know removing vowels from words and [ __ ] like that. There's a lot of like Gen Z, Gen Alpha slang that I'm just like whatever. I mean I I know of

19:59

it like 67 and all that [ __ ] I'm not participating in these things, but I'm at least aware of them I guess. But uh yeah, I feel like a lot of um kind of contemporary youth culture [ __ ] I've I've beenked out for sure. Um Scarlet's 49. Have you considered using Skully Dog and his cup videos to help Maryl visually see the issues? No. And I don't know Skully Dog, but maybe I do. I have seen this guy on Instagram. He makes videos of like here's the difference between a millionaire and a billionaire.

20:34

I think that's the guy you're talking about. And he'll put like one blue cup up and then it'll be just like a [ __ ] mountain of red cups for the billionaire. So yeah, maybe that would actually help her because he really it just simplifies anything like that. Any kind of like comparative number structure. So maybe Yeah, maybe. Skully dog. I didn't know that was that guy's name. Bop s Thank H was more present than Mary Lou in the combo today.

21:02

Oh, Haley. Yeah, nice one. Zing [laughter] BTM SRQ, please look into project 2025 and killing horses. It's clearly in there. I think your mom should hear about it. Thank you. Okay. Yeah, I don't know if we've made that exact um connection at this point, have we? We talked about project 2025 on Wednesday a little bit with regard to the uh I believe it was chapter 10 has a plan laid out to basically destabilize our food sources and systems and and all of that in America and we talked about that but I'm not sure that I linked it exactly to the horses being killed. I'll

21:41

I'll look into that. Um but I think my mom is against Project 2025 too. At least by the end of that conversation she was kind of like, "Yeah, this isn't good. Not good." as she always says. Um, Knife Mall, I think maybe this is I think that's right. Knife Mall. You should do a Marylu review episode where you go over over all the stuff she said she was going to do her homework and see if she did. I would listen. My dream right now is to be able to have enough time and just kind of [ __ ] elbow grease to go back through a bunch of our

22:17

old episodes and pull clips of her saying [ __ ] like that and play them back for her. Unfortunately, the amount of time required to do that is just it's not something that I have right now. H it sucks cuz I really want to do that. I think that would be effective. Maybe I'll just have to like start slowly putting some of that [ __ ] together.

22:36

But it's like going back and re-watching every episode and you know I just can't do it unfortunately. But I do think that would be effective. I'll try. Maybe I'll try. MC G your future producer once again still wanting old clips of your conversations. Yes. [laughter] What the [ __ ] [gasps] I'm having I'm having timestamps including when Biden involved the US in the Israel conflict. Mary Lou says he's only going to war to look strong for the 24 election.

23:07

Um, where are you sending these? Oh, saving time stamps. I bet. Yeah, if you do this, if you email it to the necessary conversationpodgmail.com, just please put in the subject line timestamps. Um, and also please if you could include the not only the episode title, but the date they came out, that would be fantastic. Then I can cut some clips for sure. I would love to do a Wednesday episode where like the clips that I'm showing her are just clips of herself. That I think that would be effective. Thank you. I appreciate that if you're doing that. That God, it's so helpful. Um, time to talk Tuesday. Maryl

23:48

suggesting Reagan was signing laws in the late 90s as well. Yes. Honestly, that whole list was outrageous. Yes. When she said Ronald Reagan signed this thing to change whatever what the [ __ ] airport to the Reagan airport in 1998, I was like, was he even [ __ ] alive? He died like a couple years after that, I think early 2000s, you know? I was like, he definitely wasn't [ __ ] president. What is she talking about?

24:11

So, she just goes on chat GPT or whatever the [ __ ] types in some [ __ ] and whatever comes up, she's like, "Yep, that's the one." Like, she was alive during the late 90s. She knows Ronald Reagan was not president during the late 90s. It doesn't [ __ ] matter because it, you know, she's just finding [ __ ] to fit her narrative to be able to combat whatever I've said. I think that's what she does. Like I I to make this show on Saturday night, basically over the course of the week, I'm just keeping a running list of all the big, you know,

24:43

things that are happening over the course of the week. Then Saturday night, I sit down with that list and I try to parse out the top six that I think will have some impact on my mom. Uh, and then I, you know, [ __ ] just incessantly Google, read a bunch of articles, and I write those little blurbs that I say. I send those blurbs to my mom Saturday night so that she can read them Sunday morning before we record. And I think she just reads them and then starts googling like the opposing viewpoint basically like how to invalidate whatever is my clear stance on that uh

25:15

subject. Um, yeah. And today it was Ronald Reagan was signing laws in 1998. [laughter] [snorts] Holy [ __ ] man. All right, Bribar Brie 2722. Love you guys. Thank you. Please look up Avana Trump's Vanity Fair interview where she tells the world Trump reads Hitler's speeches. Would love to see Mary Lou's reaction. You know that um it might be the same Vanity Fair thing. I remember I want to say this was when he was running the second time. I don't think this happened when he was running the first time, but somebody found a Vanity Fair article where um this Vanity Fair reporter was like embedded with him for

26:01

a week or something, you know, like just shattered him. Went to his house supposedly on his house was Hitler's [ __ ] book was just like laying on his bedside table. And what we now know of Trump is that like he doesn't read. So he put that out specifically to have this Vanity Fair person see it and and be like, "Yeah, he's got [ __ ] Hitler's book on his bedside table."

26:25

Just a psychopath. Like what kind of [ __ ] person does that, you know? Um very crazy, very crazy man. Phil Meyer 2367. MI should be or no that's Mary Lou probably Mary Lou should be reminded that being undocumented is a civil offense and she doesn't care about civil cases. That's kind of what I was trying to get at today that like there's no the the 5-year-old kid and his dad the dad is not a criminal. He's undocumented and has come into the United States against you know legal opposition to doing so.

27:03

But that does not make him a criminal. That's what I was trying to get her to understand. He didn't like rob anybody or commit any violent crimes or anything like that. And when she's saying, "Well, we need to get all the bad people out of here." I was trying to hit her with that. That's like, even if that was true, even if they cared about that, they must have already done that. Why are they like going undercover in churches and [ __ ] you know? Um, sometimes they don't sink in with her.

27:28

Blok s Mary Lou can't help but move goalposts and run in circles to avoid being responsible for her political decisions like voting for and supporting Trump. I I think she's responsible for her political decisions. She is still saying he's my president. I don't think she's trying to like sherk the responsibility of having voted for Trump. I think she's trying to sherk the what she even she says I'm getting close. She views it as a an eventual and inevitable denunciation of Donald Trump.

28:00

I I think she even sees that um at least per her her language, you know, but I don't think that she's avoiding responsibility for her her views or actions. Um, I think she's just trying to sidestep the moment where she's got to reconcile like, "I'm done with Trump." She's not ready to say that yet, but she's saying everything right up to it. I'm getting close. When she says that, I'm like, does she not see that? That means she's already there. She just hasn't like played out the actions of it. The decisions already been made. She just can't say the words. Um, we will get her

28:40

there. We will. It's gonna happen. Like I said, even she knows it. Season zero. Season zero. Suzanne zero. One of these 823 sent full list of Maryl's ex's. Oo. Search for descent in subject line of emails. Let me take a screenshot of this. Thank you. I'm sorry. That um god damn it. that uh email. Oh [ __ ] why can't I do this? That necessary conversation email is now just like it's difficult to get through.

29:22

Let me say that much. There are I don't know how many emails come in and most of them are just people sending me a link to a Facebook page or a video or something being like you have to see this and I'm just like I can't or it's it's like you know pages long screeds about whatever which I have no time to read. Um and so I'm very sorry Susan or Susan or Suzanne Zero. I did not see this email but thank you very much for bringing it to my attention. I just took a screenshot of that. I will look for it. Deer's gone wild. The draft becomes

29:55

implemented to anything and you have to choose to relinquish your public fandom of Magic the Gathering or reality television. Which would you choose? Wait a minute. Wait, what? Hang on. The draft becomes implemented to anything. Okay. And you have to choose I'm not quite sure how the draft fits into this, but I think I get what you're asking me. If I had to publicly denounce Magic the Gathering or reality TV, which would I choose? [snorts] Can I still I mean, I have too many other questions. Like, you're saying that I have to relinquish my public fandom of Magic the Gathering reality television, but does that mean that I

30:35

can still play Magic and collect the cards? I just can't talk about it publicly. And same with reality TV. Can I still watch it and uh secretly train players to infiltrate reality shows and take them down from the inside? I just can't do a podcast about it. If that's the case, I'm probably relinquishing magic. Um, God, that's tough. That's really hard. I don't want to do either, but probably magic.

31:02

Um, Chris Con 9754. I've been thinking it might be more productive for your Wednesday conversations to cover one topic. It would allow for both research and real-time fact-checking Sunday for the craziness of the week. That's I used to do that in the beginning, but the Wednesday ones just my mom just like fires me off 10 random videos the night before and I'm just like, "What the [ __ ] is all this shit?" And I don't look at them. And so then I have to send her an email and be like, "You sent me 10 videos. Which ones do you want to play?"

31:31

And she's like, "I don't know. Just play the last three I sent you." And they never are like to one subject or anything. So sometimes I try to have a little narrative. Like last week was um was it the horses last week? Ice. I forget what it was. I usually try to set my videos up to kind of like walk her through an idea, but she's never going to stick to one subject. I'm telling you, just navigating the emails she sends me with her her links to her videos is like, "What the [ __ ] is going on?" Um, but if I could get her to stick

32:01

to one, I agree. That's a great idea. Robert's on Robertson DB or Roberts on DB. If AI keeps hollowing out the entry-level workforce, what what replaces wages as the mechanism that delivers income in healthcare and who decides? It's well, I'll tell you this. I just finished writing a book that hopefully is going to come out pretty soon. I will obviously tell everybody on this podcast when the pre-release or the pre-order is available. It's a novel about a guy living roughly 30 years in the future when AI has taken over everything and all of the kind of governmental [ __ ] that's happening now

32:37

has evolved 30 years down the road. What does that world look like? Um, and in my opinion and in that book there is a thing that is just known as coverage. So no one has money. There's just government coverage and that coverage is commensurate with whatever job you have. So depending on like if you have a great job, you have what's known as full lifestyle coverage. That gets you a nice place to live, health insurance, free drugs, all the food you want, etc., etc.

33:07

Or you can have universal basic coverage, and that means you're living in a subsistence, like a Starbucks subsistence complex, eating reconstituted roaches for breakfast. Um, I think that's probably where we wind up going if it is this catastrophic. If AI really hollows out the entire economy to a degree that like it has to be propped up in a false kind of way, I think it will go to um coverage tiers that will be given by like the basic ones will be government and then certain employers will give you coverage tiers up from that. And I really do think like most property will be o owned by corporations and so that

33:47

will fit into the coverage system as well. So, like if you work for Google or something, you know, they'll own 200 apartment buildings across San Francisco or whatever and they just give you an apartment. I think something like that happens personally, but I don't know. I could be wrong, obviously. It's just my own personal thoughts. Oh [ __ ] I [ __ ] up here. I'm turning off the super chats.

34:10

Thank you for everybody who has put a super chat in here. And uh I'm gonna turn them off in three seconds. I am going to read all the questions that people have put in here. I'm turning off super chats in one, two, I understand the implications of this action. Three turning off. Okay. Um, where was I? There we go. Time to talk Tuesday. Oil from Venezuela will be processed by Saudi owned Aramcos uh US, which is heavily backed by Kushner. Big surprise, lol. Of course, everything he does is to make more money for him and his family and to have them more integrated into all these kind of

34:51

global economic positions. It's the amount of corruption is like blatant. It's right there and nobody's doing anything about it. This is why I have said a couple of times on the show, I think I don't think I can in good conscience vote for anybody who is currently part of the United States federal political system. Um, with the exception of maybe AOC, I feel like she's not corrupt and and just kind of hamstrung by the situation, but most of the [ __ ] most of those Democrats are like this. They're there and this is happening and they're not doing [ __ ] I It just it blows my mind. Um, Mercy one,

35:31

we saw your MTG hat. Can we see the gallivanting hat? I do not have Magic the Gathering hat. I don't have one and I don't have a Gallivanting hat either. I'm very curious what any of this means. I have some Bachelor hats. Maybe that's what you're thinking of, but I don't have a Magic the Gathering hat and I don't have a Gallivanting hat either. Um, my apologies, Miracy. I'm not sure these things exist. Dubles lay out the negative relationship Trump is causing with our allies and how it would hurt us if we were ever attacked.

36:08

No one would come to help. That fear might help the wait and see thinking she has love watching the show. Um yeah, that's an interesting take. I I think I know my dad's response to that would be we don't [ __ ] need anybody's help. We got the biggest military in the world. and he may be right about that even though we're at least per everything I'm reading depleting our um munitions in this war with Iran. But yeah, I I don't know like I don't even know if that's true. If we were attacked like if let's say Iran launched a nuclear weapon and

36:44

it hits LA, vaporizes this whole city. You don't think the rest of the world would come to support us, the United Nations? They would be like, "Fuck you, Trump. You're such a piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] you." I mean, that's really severing ties with the United States. Then we're looking at a real world war. Um because Trump would be like, "Well, [ __ ] it.

37:02

Launch all the nukes. We're killing the world." I I don't know. I don't know how that would go down, honestly. But it's an interesting thought and maybe one that I should bring up to my mom. Ad a dub adub one love. Hey Chad, the YouTube super chat autocorrect is trash, so chats come in messed up sometimes. Give us grace, please. Also, some people just can't spell. Oh, I'm doing my best. I'm not I'm not trying to get you to spell better or any of that [ __ ] I'm the one who needs the grace. I just can't [ __ ] read [ __ ] sometimes. That is on

37:35

me. That is not on you, Adub One Love. I appreciate all the super chats and everybody trying their best to type it out in a way that Unk Chad can read. Um, I fully take responsibility for my inability to read [ __ ] Deer's gone wild. If you can choose to fart out all the farts you can for the rest of your life in one sitting, how long do you think it would take? And where would you choose to do it at in public?

38:01

God, how many farts? How long would it take? What's an average fart? Like a second? Not even, right? Half a second, maybe. Um, how many are you doing a week, a day, a year? I bet you could get through all the farts that you're going to fart in your life in like five minutes. I bet you could do it in one five minute fart. Where would I do it?

38:26

In a public place or you're asking me if I would do it in public and where would you choose to do it at in public? Okay. So, you got to do it in public in this strange scenario. Um, I don't know. I don't I'm not really a big fan of farting. I wouldn't want to do it at all. I mean, somewhere outside probably The Grove here in Los Angeles. The Grove.

38:49

I'd do it right in front of the Pacific movie theater in the Grove. Dr. Nimrod says, "If it wasn't for free health care in Europe, I would be bankrupt and dead. Private medical insurance is the absolute worst for everybody." Well, Dr. Nimrod, I'm glad you're not dead. First of all, it's not the worst for everybody because if you're the CEO of a medical insurance company, it ain't bad for you.

39:15

You're making fuckloads of money. Or if you're anybody in the upper echelon of the executive suite in any insurance company, uh this is why Luigi Manion shot that [ __ ] dude in the head, the CEO of United Healthcare. Um it ain't bad for everybody. It's good for the top 0.01% of people. And that's how American society now runs. That's really how global society runs. But in America, it's just like right in your [ __ ] face. Super blatant. And they're going to continue to do it until we all stop working one day. I think that's what's necessary because like I don't know though, you know, maybe

39:53

that would just like fuel automation, even make it go faster. I don't know. I don't know what the answer is. But I do think a general work stoppage like a general strike of everybody in America. Could you imagine that? Could you imagine this? If we could collectivize and even just say like, okay, we're going to start picking off the billionaires, not with a gun like Luigi Manion, but with our wallets. So, as of today, nobody in America is using Amazon. That company collapses in about a month. As of today, nobody's using a Meta product. That company collapses in about a month. We have the power to do

40:30

that. It's just a matter of like can we because those products are so integrated into our daily lives. How we communicate, how we get stuff, how we buy things, how we eat, all of it. It just seems like impossible to do that. But we have the power to do it if we wanted to. We could do it. We could change all of this almost overnight by simply doing nothing. But we won't do that.

40:55

Um Oh, where was I? Here we go. Robin Payne, 9448. Pressure makes Marylu defend Trump. Ask her to apply the same standard if Komala was president, then leave it. She may reach her own conclusion. I've tried to do that that kind of reasoning before, but it never wor. We did it a little bit today where I was like, um, what was it about? I was like, if Biden would have done that, you would go crazy, but Trump does it and you're fine. What were we I forget what we were talking about, but I remember saying that to her today. Um, it doesn't really work on her. She even admits

41:28

like, "You're right. If Kla Harris did it or Biden or whoever, Obama, I would [ __ ] hate it." Anyway, Trump's just different. He's a different president. She always goes back on that. He's like, he's a president like we've never had. And it's like, that ain't no [ __ ] You at least have that right. Pluto time 115. I cringe when you and Haley say you're liberals. Liberals are a political alignment like Hillary or Joe, but not the left. You are progressive or leftist. Those groups use liberal in a derogatory way.

42:06

I mean, whatever the terminology, I don't, you know, this is semantics to me. Um, maybe I'm not in a in a traditional or recognized sense a liberal, but my viewpoints are liberal for sure. Um, I just mean it, I guess, in opposition to conservative. But yeah, I would say my sister and I are [ __ ] almost anarchist. Um, when you really boil it down, I I definitely have some political views like um eliminating America as a country or all borders. I don't know that those are exactly [laughter] liberal viewpoints. Like I think radical restructure of human society is necessary at this point. the elimination

42:44

of money, all of this kind of stuff. Uh, which is never going to happen in my lifetime, obviously, or maybe any of our lifetimes, but um, yeah, maybe I'm not exactly a liberal. My apologies for making you cringe. Time to talk Tuesday. Oil from Venezuela will be processed by Saudi owned Oh, we already had this one. Um, US subsidiary Kushner. Big surprise. Yeah. Yeah. Um, his family keeps getting richer and that's just how it is. Jeff Reed 7433. Thank you very much. McGee, your future producer. And that the US going to war was only to distract the American people from the Biden crime

43:24

family. Sound familiar? She said that too in it. Oh my [ __ ] god. That'll be a fantastic clip. Once again, if you're sending me that on necessary conversation podgmail.com, please just make sure in the subject line you you tell me what that thing is and I'll look for it. But I'm guessing it's not going to be coming from MC G, your future producer. It's probably some other email handle, I would guess. I'll try and find this. Um, Kim Williamson 9571 has sent me a YouTube link. Okay, thank you very much. Oh, Mr. Global YouTube.

43:59

Okay, so he's a YouTube guy. Crazy cat 2. Maryl seems to agree with you more often than not. I know. That's what I'm saying. When I get these DMs from people that are like, "She's backsliding. [ __ ] this. Stop your podcast. It's pointless again." I'm like, "Is it?" I I feel like we She's agreeing with me a lot about things that are anti-Trump. She has She now holds viewpoints that are like I don't know what the right term is, super liberal or leftist or I'm not sure exactly what it is. I don't want to offend, but um certainly no longer MAGA.

44:33

She holds viewpoints that are in direct opposition to baseline MAGA ideology. So, I think progress is being made. I can feel it. I can see it. Even today when she said that, like I was saying, she's like, "I'm getting close." What does that [ __ ] mean? It means getting close to dumping Trump. It's working. The podcast is working. It only took four years, but it's working. [laughter] It's [ __ ] wild to me. It's I think back about when we first started this thing and for however long it was just like there was like a core group of about 2500 people listening to it

45:08

because it was just an audio podcast and I wasn't putting any real effort into it other than just like we recorded I uploaded done I wasn't cutting clips I didn't make any graphics you know there wasn't even any video and now uh we're at this point is [ __ ] wild to me two ices one palm Canadian tariffs such as on dairy kick in only above quotas that have never been reached. But why let facts spoil Trump's excuse for a trade war?

45:39

That all of his trade wars are like this. He's like, "They're not paying their fair share. They've been ripping us off for years." None of that makes any [ __ ] sense. He just likes to put things out into the world that position him in opposition to a perceived adversary so that he can then have a perceived victory over them. That's his whole game in every case. Whether he is going to court against somebody, in a war with somebody, putting tariffs on somebody, somebody's cutting up his [ __ ] reflecting pool, whatever. Um that's his whole game. He just likes to be in a fight with somebody and then he

46:17

tells us that he won. Whether he did or not, that's his whole game. Um, Craybo, do you like punk music? Got a favorite punk band? Yeah. I mean, Black Flag back in the day. I mean, what kind of which punk are we talking about here? Real like punk punk like like Sex Pistols era or kind of like newer? Yeah, there's a lot of punk bands that I like, but Black Flag, Henry Rollins is like to me pretty hard to beat. Mercy one in jail. Not going to lie, I don't know why they be calling you unk for real. For real. I got that whole

46:58

thing. I got that. It took me a minute, but I got that whole thing. Read it all. Did it correctly, I think. Not going to lie. I don't know why they be calling you unk for real. For real. Got it all on cap. No cap on God. Whatever it is, I [ __ ] it up in the end, but I did get that one. I'm deunking. Ben Carmichael zero.

47:22

I meant that Marylu maybe needs to build and see her current procon vin diagram. Oh, I see. As she has no as she has so many cons of Trump now, not just hearing she's against him. Yeah, that would actually maybe that's what we'll do this Wednesday. be like, "Okay, we're going to make a list. Type it up. Show it to her." Something like that. I think that would actually be helpful for her to see it. Um, Bunkerton's 350 jewels finger heart.

47:55

Okay. Scarlet's 49. Sorry, it's Sully Dog. It is Sully Dog. Okay. I'm not sure what any of this means. Oh my god. The real Tom Hayne. Thank you, Tom Hayne. Beyonce brother, Beyonce, dude, your show is great. Lots of great tude. Beyonce brother. Beyonce dude. Slayer is the best. Better than beer that is brewed. Beyonce brother. Beyonce dude. Sony sucks. That should be sued. Beyonce brother. Beyonce dude. Real Tom Hayne.

48:29

Um, this is a deep cut. This happened to me 24 hours ago. For those who have no idea what I just did, this is a reference to another podcast that I used to do called Dudsy, uh, with a good friend of mine, Will Sasso. Now, what I'm about to tell you is a reference to another podcast he and I used to do with a third friend of ours named Tommy Blotcha called 10-minute podcast. On that show, I would sometimes play a character called DJ Xbox, and I would do bad beatboxing. That was kind of like the joke of it, you know. And uh

48:59

I was walking through a crosswalk the other day walking back from the grocery store and a car pulled up to the crosswalk and I just hear somebody scream DJ Xbox and this is like we had some people who listened to that podcast but it wasn't that big. And I was like what the [ __ ] And I looked and this guy is hanging out of his window and he's like I love dudesy and TMP.

49:22

Thank you so much blah blah blah. It made my [ __ ] day. It was so funny. And this also real tomain has made my day. Beyonce brother Beyonce dude. That was a poem that I wrote um for my friend Will to read as Hulk Hogan and he did do that. [snorts] Brian Osler, have you ever considered doing conversations about narcissism, fallacies, and the scientific method, etc. in a here's something you should know vibe?

49:52

No, I have not. I feel like those things again once you get into kind of an abstract idea realm with my parents I think they check out completely if you're trying to talk to them about debate structure about philosophy about even the idea of like narcissism or what the scientific method is and why we should rely on uh things that can be upheld by the scientific method that could be falsified and all this [ __ ] I think once you start getting into that territory, their eyes glaze over and it's just like, "Fuck it. They're out."

50:24

You have to hit them on a visceral um emotional level really with most of this [ __ ] I think although logic works sometimes, like with my mom, I think it works. But for her again, the two things that she's made the biggest change on the abolish ICE and the universal healthcare have come because with ICE, it's a volume of like seeing them killing people and putting kids in prison and now they got shot gloves and all this [ __ ] That volume of just like whoa, this actually is bad has hit her on an emotional level. Same thing with healthcare.

50:58

Her and my dad having to navigate all the [ __ ] that's happening to him is like hitting her. she [ __ ] die and be brought back to life in a [ __ ] hospital. Like that hit her emotionally and she was immediately like this [ __ ] sucks. This has to change. That really I think is is what um gets them going. Deer's gone wild. If you had to tell say one thing to Donald Trump in one minute or less and it could be anything wild or meaningful, what would it be? Jesus.

51:28

um what's the context of this this meeting or this conversation I'm having with him? Am I like a trusted member of his cabinet? Am I just some guy who sees him like on the street? Um do I have a meeting with him? I don't know because I don't think I'm changing his mind on anything like what's the best outcome that I can hope to achieve there. I don't know. That's a very interesting question. Uh, my assumption is whatever I would say would be dismissed immediately and what would I want that outcome to be? I mean, the outcome I would want was would be that he resigns, but I don't

52:10

think he would ever do that. And I don't know what I could say to him in a minute to get that done. I don't know. That's an interesting question. Um, maybe an interesting question for Simmerdowns are supposed to be apolitical, but maybe an interesting question for Simmer down. That's an interesting question. I'll have to think about that a little more. I'm not sure. Car Sanders, isn't it crazy how Trump is out here just casually erasing indigenous culture by renaming Lake Ontario? I mean, that's [ __ ] the least of the [ __ ] he's tried to erase in my opinion. When he was taking down like

52:43

the um the plaques and the the memorials and the [ __ ] about slavery in the Smithsonian, like he's trying to rewrite all of it. I read the other day that the US military is now deleting files, like military files that are about crimes committed in the military of troops against other troops. So, they're just erasing that that type of [ __ ] even ever happens. That's his whole game is to like polish it all up, make it look good, get rid of DEI, all that kind of [ __ ] Um, Lake Ontario is like to me kind of small potatoes, but yes, I

53:22

agree. It's [ __ ] terrible. Isaac R. Fulton, has anyone noticed Haley seems to do no research prior to the show? I don't even know [ __ ] The only information she cites is the information Chad says in the blurb. I understand she's busy, but it's hypocritical. Oh, damn. Serve. Haley served. She's very busy right now. I cut her some slack. Her, you know, running a a business is like a 24-hour a day job.

53:49

I'm thankful that she even has the hour every once in a while to come on the show that she does. Um, Jeff Jeff Reed or Yeah, Jeff Reed 7433. If the border is locked down, strongarm emoji, how did the soccer dad self-epport in 2025 then illegally reenter in 2026? Now, that's a question I should have asked. That's a [ __ ] question I should have godamn asked. God damn it. I hate this [ __ ] I always do this. As soon as we get done recording, as I'm editing, I'm just like, "Fuck, [ __ ] [ __ ] There were so many things I should

54:26

have said, should have asked, whatever." That question is [ __ ] perfect. Well, it's not locked down all the way. Some people still get through the criminals, the bad guys. Yeah. And a soccer dad. Well, one soccer dad got through. God, that's great. Um, I will try to remember this for Wednesday or the next time we talk about the border and [ __ ] That's a great [ __ ] question. Sam Sational 33.

54:49

I can go through and get clips. Planning to rewatch it all anyways. What? You're gonna rewatch the entire every [ __ ] episode? I mean, if you want to, I will be much appreciative. Just email them to necessary conversation pod if you find good ones. Um, that would be [ __ ] fantastic. Isaac R. Fulton asked Mary Lou, "If Biden had the same exact term but closed the border, would you support him?"

55:17

Because that's the argument she uses. The border outweighs it. Yeah, that's a good point, too. She I mean, it is like the only thing she's like, "Well, he closed the border. He closed the border." It's like, "He murdered all these children. He's in the Epstein files. He's doing all this horrible [ __ ] He closed the border." So, yeah, you're right. If Biden would have closed the border to her satisfaction, would he be a better president?

55:39

Interesting question. I'm typing. Let me type some of these down. Hang on a minute. Just give me bear with me. Bear with me. Um, okay. Bear with me. So, just bear with me. Sorry. So, it's going to be how did the soccer dad and the fiveyear-old get into the country in 2026 if the border was shut? And [ __ ] did I just [ __ ] this up? No. Oh, I'm still here. Okay. Sorry. So, sorry.

56:09

And the other one was going to be um Oh, yes. If Biden if Biden had closed the border, would he be a better president than Trump? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Great questions. Um, all right. J to all. Remember to give yourself a break from negative media consumption. Keep finding joy. Do something creative. Play music, dance, play Magic the Gathering, send out love because that energy will make a difference. I couldn't agree more with you, Jane at all. Um, I do think a lot of like Trump's kind of power or whatever comes from his ability to just keep us frantic and crazy and scared and

56:57

hating him 24 hours a day. But if you can just find something to chill out every once in a while over, it is fantastically helpful. I have found in life. For me, that literally is Magic the Gathering and reality TV, even though politics and reality TV are basically like the same thing at this point. But um yeah, find a good hobby. Alexander Dah 8119. Outside of the Trump and and the Apprentice, outside of the Trump and the Apprentice, who in his inner circle do you think the best player and which reality TV show type? Oh, [ __ ] I mean, you know who would be really

57:34

good, I think, is um Caroline Levit on Traders. That woman can just [ __ ] lie through her teeth. Unfortunately though, I think anybody from his inner circle on Traders would be immediately thought of as a trader and eliminated by everybody else. But, um I think she would be really good on traders. The rest of them, they're not good in this reality show that they're making called The White House. You know, they can't lie good. Um Caroline Love it could do it just like stonefaced [ __ ] unblinking. Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. And we know the truth, but I think if she was lying about

58:17

whether she was a trade or not, I think she'd dominate that show. Sam the Barefoot Sammy, sorry, the Barefoot Ramble. Please have Mary Lou take [clears throat] this take the I side with quiz. It questions political issues with outsides then shows you how you match with candidates parties. That's interesting. I match with quiz. All right. Test that out. Thank you. Thank you for the suggestion. Mr. the Red Fox 911. Diamond listener and POD. Those are both also references to Diamond Listeners, a reference to 10-minute podcast. We did a thing at the end of that podcast where we called it the diamonding and we were

59:00

basically trying to make the podcast so weird that it would like concentrate the audience down to one final listener who was the diamond and then we were going to give the podcast to that person. [laughter] And POD stands for pals of dudesy. Um, diamond listener and pod heart asy saw Will on a podcast talking about he has a child. Yes, he does. Um, thoughts and what's going on?

59:26

Also, what is in the hole and what is Taffy Tenders? It was Taffy Teeners. The hole is a dudesy reference. Taffy Teeners was a a weird little sketch that we would do on dudesy about candy and Miley Cyrus and an alternate strange dimension made of cotton candy. Um, thoughts about what's going on with regard to Will having a kid. He's happy. uh you know has a new baby and is entering that phase of his life that he's wanted for a long time. I couldn't be happier for him.

59:56

And what's in the hole? Well, we may never know. And Taffy Teeners is a fake candy. Deers gone wild. If you can make a new acronym from MAGA, what would it be? A new acronym from MAGA. Do you mean change the words? Not make America great again, but make it something else. Um, [sighs] mo something most [ __ ] something something most I'm not sure that's a hard I need time to think about that one. That's a difficult one to come up with. Deers gone wild. What would yours be? Greg Caner speaks in third person. Let's not forget it's all about the Epstein file files. I know. I look

1:00:42

this is like I've been reading a lot of [ __ ] about how Trump and his inner circle are getting really scared about the midterms because they think like if Democrats win uh House or Senate there's just going to be like [ __ ] a million investigations and they're all getting scared shitless. I think that is true and hopefully in that event we will actually get these Epstein files. I think that is going to happen. I'm like optimistic about it if we still have fair and free elections, which I think we do. Am I crazy? I think we do. I hope we do. I think we do. Um, but yes, the

1:01:16

Epcene Files, I think, are going to be his ultimate undoing because he might be able to, you know, dance around the corruption and and the self-enriching and all this [ __ ] But like when we see something in those Epstein files that they've redacted and been very careful to never release and it's like, "Well, here's a video of Trump doing something [ __ ] horrible." I think it's over.

1:01:39

Beth, she's attached to saying, "My president, try do you still support him?" If when she says yes, ask her to list what she supports besides the border. That's it. It's only the border. I we did this exact thing um on I want to say two Wednesdays ago. I said, "What do you like about Trump other than the border?" And she couldn't [ __ ] come up with anything. That's where it's at now. That's why I think she's saying, "I'm getting close." She even in her own mind as she hears herself say, "Well, he closed the border." It's like that is not holding water against all this other [ __ ] now. I

1:02:17

think she's she's right there. Mr. Red Fox. I miss Tom Hayne and not Miley. The Blood is the Covenant. I miss Tom Hayne, too. Uh, I'll tell you what, I'm working on kind of in the background of some other projects, a Wizard Man movie, a script. So, we'll see. And it may actually just be a book. I'm kind of like, as Hollywood is really starting to shrink and the whole industry is just [ __ ] in the toilet. Um, and I don't think it's going to get much better, at least in the next 10 to 20 years. I think the model is set. this like how

1:02:50

streamers make their their [ __ ] Um, I think I may revert to just writing books completely and not do movies and TV shows anymore. I don't know. It's on the table. But Tom Hayne, rest assured, at least Wizard Man will be represented somewhere in something I do in the future. Deer's gone wild. Hot potato hot potato. Woo wiggy wiggy wiggy. Woo wiggy wiggy wiggy. Give me that food.

1:03:16

I'm not sure what that's from or a reference to. My apologies. Jennonic Chad Mr. Global is an actual oil and gas expert. Google him. He's legit. Okay, I'll check him out. I I took a screenshot uh to that link. Married to English. You should ask your mom how she thinks her life would change if she finally just said she doesn't support Mango Mousolini anymore. What would change? My sister and I did ask her that once uh maybe a year agoish, I remember.

1:03:43

Um she just kept saying, "I will never say that." if I remember correctly. And we both were like, "But what if you did like how would it what would it be a catastrophic thing? Would the [ __ ] sea open up and swallow you? Like what would happen?" You know, and she didn't have any good answer for that. But we have tried that line of reasoning before for sure. Side of the Ham 420. Just curious. Hope it's not too personal.

1:04:07

What does Bob's recovery consist of? Physical therapy? Yes. Laying in bed? Yes. Excited to see him back on the show? Me, too. It's basically physical therapy and uh like you know my parents have people that come in every day and help him kind of move his body around, try to get him in the wheelchair, all this type of [ __ ] But it's a lot of uh laying in this bed and physical therapy.

1:04:27

That's correct. Turtle LT Maryl will say we'll see until it falls apart. Until it all falls apart. That way she can say I never supported that. What? No, she can't say I never supported that. like we have obviously however many [ __ ] hundreds of episodes of this show with her on camera supporting all of it. I don't think she can say that. But um the the will see thing that she does I think is just her like kind of kicking the can. It's it's avoiding having to be like accountable for anything she's saying or all that kind of [ __ ] Lucy Lou

1:05:03

uh Lucy Lou 5455. Sorry, Chad, but Mary Lou tired me when she says, "I'm getting close or not today. I don't understand why MAGA folks pick and choose their values." How she defends the border when the same agency terrorized people and children. It's it's just a psychological thing. I don't think she is she's not defending the policies of Trump anymore. Clearly, she's openly oppositional to many of them.

1:05:32

She is defending the identity of MAGA. She is defending this thing. I mean, imagine if you were like in a Imagine if you were in some religion. Imagine you were some kind of like Christian sect, whatever, whatever religion you may be. Imagine you've been that for 10 years and now somebody says, "Hey, look, it's actually not all it's cracked up to be. the person who runs the religion has been lying to you and stealing money and it's not good and blah blah blah blah blah but all your friends are in it and it's like what your identity has been for 10 years you can start to like pick

1:06:05

apart the actual factual things that like the leader of that religion is doing bad but to get rid of the mantle itself to say I am no longer Christian that would be a difficult thing for anyone to do and MAGA is exactly that to anybody on the outside of it it looks obvious like it's it's you're supporting the political party, he's a [ __ ] dictator. But to somebody inside it, I don't think it is as obvious because it's it's part of it's so much more than just like the party they're voting for.

1:06:35

It's who they are. It's their identity. And so that takes a while, I think, for somebody to, you know, reach on their own the conclusion that it is time to let this go. And and a lot of what this podcast is about is just being there for my mom when she is ready to do that. And it takes time. It takes patience. This is not an easy [ __ ] thing. Trump, right-wing media, all the billionaires have brainwashed a lot of people in this country. My parents among them. Or maybe not my dad. My dad is kind of like aligns with their core values, I guess,

1:07:08

but my mom for sure. And so, we're just trying to help her. We're trying to like be the safety net for her when she's ready to get out. That's all it is. MC G, your future producer once again. Consider it done, sir. Thank you. I will send them to you again before again. Sorry. Uh, before the end of Tuesday. Subject line timestamps part D. Thank you so much. I I sincerely appreciate that. David Cabanis 9121. Have you seen the net?

1:07:38

Have you seen the net angles breakdowns of your podcasts? They provide a bit of addendum to some topics that might help you get better results. I don't think so. The net angle. Let me write that one down. I thought you were talking about the old Sandra Bulock movie, The Net. If you haven't seen that one, go back and check it out. Some late 90s internet [ __ ] It's very great. Um, Cruz Ted, I think, five jewels. Treat. Thank you.

1:08:11

Cruz Tedock again. 30 jewels flower. Thank you. Cruz Ted again. 10 jewels. W. Thank you. Cruz Teduck again. Five jewels. Go team. Thank you. Uh, Lead Van Rush, 10 jewels, thumbs up. Thank you. And finally, Lead Van Rush again with six jewels. Chile. [laughter] I'm There ain't no two ways about that [ __ ] I have no idea what any of this [ __ ] means, literally every time, and I'm never going to. Um, but thank you everybody for joining me tonight for this live. Hopefully, my sister is on a plane headed back home right now. I really hope she was able to get on the

1:08:44

plane. And I know she just had like flight after flight delayed and uh just what a nightmare uh kind of travel situation. So please cut her some slack if you must if you will. I am going to and thank you again for joining me for this. My mom and I will be back on Wednesday and then again on Sunday. Everybody stay safe out there and hopefully this week is better than the last one. Thank you.
