In the aftermath of the 2024 election, America is even more divided than before. Half the country fears the end of democracy and the other half welcomes it. As America inches toward the brink of authoritarian rule, now more than ever, we must force ourselves to have the necessary conversation. Welcome to the necessary conversation. What a start. You all right, Haley? Yeah. Did she fall? What did she do? That was a heavy sigh to begin today's program. If you're new to this program, of course, this is a conversation between my sister and I and our parents. As you can see from my mom there, she's taken to wearing Trump hats every week on this show. They are MAGA. My sister and I are not. Welcome. Mom, you usually start off the show with some diddies. Do you have some for us today? Yes, I do. All right. First, happy birthday, America. Happy 4th of July weekend. Uh, my first diddy. And we're very tired due to the fact Kitty doesn't do well with Fourth of July fireworks. So, we've been very tired. Okay. Number one, a victory in holding fake news accountable. And Chad, I really thought you would have this as a topic, but you did not. Sorry. Paramount Global has agreed to paid $16 million to President Donald Trump to settle a lawsuit regarding the CBS News 60-minute interview with the then Vice President Harris that aired last year. Mhm. Trump alleged the segment was deceptive. It was edited to make her appear more competent ahead of the presidency. And it was and he won in a lawsuit $16 million. So, after he won this lawsuit, um, an executive producer quit, the CEO resigned. So, fake news. There you go. So that's a big win for Trump. Yes. Do you two agree? I mean, what does it matter? It matters a lot. We won the election. They were trying to make our president Uhhuh. look bad and make her look good when she had this word salad thing going that was ridiculous. Yeah. Yeah. So, do you think that's right? No. I but all news is fake. You guys watch Newsmax 24 hours a day. Also, they cherrypick who comes into the White House now to even be part of any press conferences. Okay, this was a big win for Trump. I'm very happy for him. Number two, Joey Chestnut. I watched this. I watched it live. Joey Chestnut wins the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Championship. Yeah, he skipped last year due to the fact there was a sponsorship uh dispute with him and a vegan wiener brand, which I don't know what brand it was, but he's 41 years old. He scarfed down 70.5 hot dogs to claim the title. And this was the 17 minutes. Huh? Jesus Christ. He did it in 10 minutes. Yeah. 10 minutes. And he this was the 17th time that he competed, but this was not his all-time record. His all-time record was in 2021 when he ate 76 Franks. And the next closest guy to him was at like 42 or something. It was just unreal. I haven't watched this [ __ ] in a long time. Like the last time I watched one of these was when uh Kobayashi was like winning all them. What happened to him? I don't know. He wasn't there. I don't know. He was always my favorite. Yeah. I don't know who that was. Then my last diddy and I thought this would be a topic. Were you gonna talk and go on with the show? I go this my last diddy. Um I thought this would be a topic. Musk is launching his own political party. Yeah, we're going to talk about that. Was that a topic? Uh it's going to be part of the big beautiful bill topic. Oh, okay. Well, then there you go. We'll get to that. And it's called the American Party. Thank you for your diddies, Mom. We also like to begin here in the early portion of the show with a question from a listener. If you want to submit a question, it's very simple. You record a one minute or shorter video clip of yourself asking the question and email it to the necessary conversation pod atgmail.com. Are you ready for today's question? Yes. Here we go. Hi, Cauldron family. My name's Leah and I'm from Brisbane, Australia. I have been uh consuming the backlog of videos that you guys have on YouTube currently as I'm quite a new fan. But I enjoy your work. Um and I enjoy the dynamic that you have within the family. It is quite similar to my own in that my father and I are opposite ends of the political spectrum. Um so my question is for Haley. Given the political differences between you and your parents, how have you fostered a strong relationship between them and your children? And when your kids were younger, um did you ever worry about the influence your parents might have or even the media they seem to constantly consume might have on shaping your children's values or perspectives? Uh really looking forward to hearing more and um keep up the good work. All right, there you go. Uh, whose mic is that? Hang on a minute. Hang on. It's you. Yeah, you have some some machine noise in the background, but it's fine. Answer the question, Haley. Please. Um, how do I I'm trying to [ __ ] think of all the questions. Um, it was, "How do you foster a strong relationship between mom and dad and your kids knowing that they have radically different political views than you? I mean, when they were babies, politics never came into play. Uh, even as they became, you know, toddlers, even grade school, politics was not at the forefront of our family. I think that's what a lot of people don't understand. This was, this happened when Donald Trump happened, maybe Obama. Um, so when the kids were little, this wasn't even a concern. Um and and the kids have, I would say, decent relationships with mom and dad. Um because of politics now, uh there's a little bit of anger, you know, because you guys voted for Trump and like the queer community plays a part in our family. So to hear like an attack on trans people specifically is like hard for some of the kids to hear. Um, but the kids very much love Mimi and Monkey. Uh, I think that we've raised kids to kind of be independent thinkers and I've always allowed them to be who they are, who they want to be, say how they feel. Uh, and so they make their own choices in life. Um, you know, but they like their grandparents because like I said, they grew up outside of politics. It didn't play a role kind of in those early stages. Um, so you know, it's kind of a more recent thing for the kids. I think I figured it out. Are you using your microphone or just talking into your computer? I am using the microphone. Interesting. Doesn't sound like it. All right, let's move on to our first topic, the big beautiful bill. This week, to celebrate the 4th of July, Trump signed into law his big beautiful bill. This bill extends the 2017 tax cuts for the wealthy permanently. It allocates an additional $150 billion for defense as well as $1 150 billion for the expansion of ICE, making it the highest budgeted federal agency. The bill enacts $1 trillion in cuts to Medicaid and SNAP. Uh it bans funding to Planned Parenthood and Transare, kills NextGen Clean Energy tax credits. The Congressional Budget Office reports that the uh billion will force 11 to or the bill will force 11 to 12 million Americans to lose health insurance by 2034, resulting in thousands of preventable deaths and numerous hospitals across the country will be forced to close. The top 20% wealthiest Americans and corporations saw the biggest gains in the bill with 75% of the tax cuts going to them. Lowincome Americans in the bottom 20% of income will lose 700 to $1,600 per year and the bill will add between 2.4 4 and $2.8 trillion to the deficit by 2034. Polling nationwide shows that 49% of Americans oppose the bill and only 29% approve. Haley, your microphone is definitely not plugged in or working. The [ __ ] You might have to choose it in the StreamYard thing as your audio source in your settings. Is that working? Hold. Technical difficulties. I have default microphone webcam audio. So, you should change it to whatever the microphone is that you're using. I don't [ __ ] know what it's which one it is. What are your choices? Jesus. I never thought we'd be doing this. Mom and dad, this is usually your domain here. Hang on. Hang on. I'm not saying a word. That better saying a word. Hello. Is that better, Haley? Yes. Much? Okay. All right. Not saying a word. Got it. All right. Now that we have that solved, the big beautiful bill. Mom, are you happy this bill passed? Yes. Why? Oh gosh, I have so many reasons. No tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on social security. Our borders are going to be more secure. It will deport 1 million, help deport 1 million illegals each year. Uh it will help restore our energy back to oil, gas, and nuclear power for our country. Uh the the tax credit alone on children and people that need that will help. Are our social security is going to go up because of no taxes? The people that were getting medicaided now must be held accountable. They have to have 80 hours of either volunteering or attempting to get a job. 80 hours a month, not a week, a month. Just show that they're out there looking for a job or volunteering and they'll get money. Okay. Um, the illegals that were getting this for free, Medicaid, they're not going to get that money anymore. And that's right. They they are illegal in our country. Go back to your country and get it there. So, you don't think that everybody just deserves healthcare? Not if you're not an American. Not if you're an illegal. Not on my t. They're getting it on my ticket. This has nothing to do with illegal aliens. Yeah, it does. Yes, it does. You're absolutely [ __ ] wrong. With Medicare, they will no longer get free. If you if you're an illegal and you're in the United States, your Medicare is cut off. So you don't think homeless you don't think homeless people deserve healthare? Yes. They if they're Americans, they'll still get it. Yes. That's where you guys are wrong. They're only shutting the fence down on illegals. And here's something you're missing the total vote on. It's only going to add $3 trillion to the US deficit at worst case scenario. And that and that's over a period of 10 years. So that's only $300 million a year when [ __ ] Biden strapped about four trillion on last time. There was a show that we did. Oh, there was a show. Stop. What I just What I just told you what I just told you is fact. Okay. But you also told me uh right after Trump got elected, we did a show where I said, "When does Trump have to take responsibility for whatever's happening in America?" You said it was June 30th. That day has passed. So now anything that happens, per your own words, is because of Trump, good or bad. Yes. There we are. And everything's good. The BBB is the best thing we've ever had happen. Okay. Now, you guys, let me ask you this. Uh I'll start with dad. This bill very clearly, I think you would agree, gives a huge amount of money to the wealthy and takes money away from people who are earning less money, the dead beats. You agree with that? Yes. That don't belong here. Do you agree with that? Well, I don't know the what you want to call wealthy. The top 20% income earners in the country. Now, more people than that are going to get raises in social security. Okay. But I'm just asking you, do you agree that the wealthy are benefiting from this bill more than anyone else? No, it's the middle class. So, you completely disagree with what the CBO says? That's right. Which is not hard to do. They're wrong every time. Okay. Well, in in response to this, Mom, my godamn. Anyway, what we we're having a steroid flare here. For people that don't know, he had a good hip, a bad hip. The bad hip became a good hip. Now, his good hip is starting to become bad. So, we had a steroid injection seven or nine days ago. Now, we have a steroid flare, which is painful. Yeah. If you need to go lay down, Dad, please go lay down. It's I just can't talk a lot. the flare. Okay. All right. Uh, this is what you were talking about earlier, Mom. I wanted to get to this. In response to this big, beautiful bill being passed, Elon Musk has now said he's starting a third party, the American Party. He is the richest man in the world. He has the money to fund this. He is, as we know, vindictive and petty. And I think a lot of this is about that. Is this third party, Mom, this American party going to gain traction at all? Do you think it will work? I don't think it will gain it. It's going to get some attention. I don't think it'll work. I think he's just being a you know, um maybe well, I don't want to say maybe, but he and Trump kind of split the sheets and he's trying to get back at Trump, right? But what I'm saying is he has enough money. Uhhuh. Money is not going to matter. I think it is going to matter. His money got Trumped. you gonna vote for Mosque? I'm not. But you know who will? Half of the people who were going to vote for Donald Trump. So yeah, we'll see. Doesn't even have to be half if it's like 2% of the people who would have voted for Trump vote for this American party candidate or whatever. The Republican party's done. Yeah, we will see. I don't think it will. I just think because I think the Democrats been done for over a year because they had this falling out. then he has to do something instead of stand by and do nothing. That's who it's going to replace. Right. Dad, I want to ask you this. What would you say to the people who are going to lose their health insurance because of this or to people who have a loved one die because they lose their health insurance? You're talking about who who I believe is going to lose their insurance and die. Yes. Anybody that's getting on Medicare that's illegal, you damn right I think they deserve it. You seem to think that this only affects immigrants. This is going to be American citizens. No. 13 million of them. You're wrong. All they have to do is Do you Wait, do you not think there are American citizens on Medicaid right now? Sure there are. Yes, there are. But they're not going to lose it. They're not going to get kicked off of it. They are. No, they aren't. Rural areas are going to lose their hospitals. They're going to have to travel two hours to get to a [ __ ] hospital. You die. No. They've already said in Oklahoma, not a single hospital will go closed. They already said that. That That's a big misconception. Okay. Well, we'll see. Not a single rural hospital will close there. Many of these rural hospitals get most of their revenue from Medicaid. So, if people get kicked off of it, they they're not getting the Medicaid money. So, they're going to have to start shrinking those hospitals by cutting off this program. Oh, we can't do uh pregnancies and births anymore. Sorry, that part of the hospital's just gone. So now if you're pregnant, you have to have a kid, you got to drive two more hours into the city or whatever. Also, Planned Parenthood, which is where people go who like lowincome families, you go to Planned Parenthood for cancer screenings, for pap tests, for uh mammograms, for all of these [ __ ] things that will save your life. That's going to be gone. We will see. I don't believe they all will. Okay. Interesting. So, your take on this then is you are in disagreement basically with all of the facts about it. No. What I've read is if you can prove 80 hours a month that you've looked for a job, that you have volunteered somewhere, that you are productive and active, it's not taken away. Do you not understand most people on Medicaid have jobs? Do you not understand that? then it won't be taken away. Yes, it will. It will. Listen, that those stipulations they're putting in there are not to be like, "We need to make sure you have a job." It's to create more paperwork so that somebody's going to miss crossing a tea or dotting an eye and then you're off the rolls. It's literally to just suck money out of the government and give it to rich people. You guys are panic mode. Where where do you think these tax cuts, all the money that's going to go to the top 20% earners in the country, where do you think that money comes from? They have to make it up somewhere. Where do you think it comes from? Mom, dad from the the illegals that no longer coming from me to people who don't deserve it. What you're saying the illegal aliens are paying? I'm getting taxed so that Joe Blow over here, who's a a Mexican immigrant, can sit here and live off of me and Medicaid. Okay. All right. And that isn't going to happen. Let's move on to our next topic. Where did I'm paying the [ __ ] tax on it and I ain't paying it no more. All right. You are paying it. It's just going directly into the pockets of the ultra wealthy. It my all my [ __ ] is going to go. All right. So, they're taking it away from the dead beats and giving it back to me. All right. Let's move on to our second topic, Alligator Alcatraz. This week saw the opening of the first American concentration camp in a facility Trump called Alligator Alcatraz, which is a new temporary migration detention center built on the former Dade Collier Training and Transition Air Strip in the Everglades. Designed to hold up to 5,000 detainees. It's its supposed purpose is to ease overcrowding at other facilities. The facility will cost $450 million a year to run. That money will come from FEMA. Within 24 hours of opening, the facility flooded during a routine summer downpour, raising serious concerns about the site's viability during he heavy weather, which hits this part of Florida every year. Donald Trump, Florida AG James Uper, Governor Ron DeSantis, and DHS Secretary Christy Gnome toured the center on July 1st, promoting the hostile environment and threatening wildlife as a deterrent strategy for migrants. Trump joked about teaching detainees to outrun alligators. ProTrump influencer Laura Luma tweeted, quote, "Alligator lives matter. interrupting you. No. Laura Loomer tweeted, "Alligator lives matter. The good news is alligators are guaranteed at least 65 million meals if we get started." Now, that number, 65 million, is the number of Latino Americans and has no reference to immigrants at all. Environmental groups have filed federal lawsuits citing risks to Everglades wildlife, wetlands integrity, endangered species, and water systems. Haley, is Alligator Alcatraz a concentration camp? Yes, this is [ __ ] disgusting. I am We are currently living through like it's going to be a holocaust. Like it's going to be genocide. They're going to round up anyone who is brown and take them to their [ __ ] deaths. It is a concentration camp 100%. Do you believe they will attempt in some capacity to make sure someone gets killed by an alligator? I don't probably for entertainment purposes. I mean, they're laughing about it and like, he we're going to teach them how to run from alligators. Like, it's [ __ ] disgusting. I agree. I I literally cannot believe that this is America. It is very tough to believe that. I agree. Mom, do you think this is a concentration camp? No. I think this is has been made and they're going to make more in different states to tell illegal people deport yourself or you could end up here. [ __ ] I think it's kind of a scare tactic to say deport yourselves now. Come back the right way or this is maybe where you will be. Dad, do you think it's a concentration camp? Hell no. Right. Um well, let me ask you this, Mom. You're saying this is a scare tactic, blah blah blah. You don't see it as a transfer of American tax dollars to the Republican party. No. Okay. Um, you know that they sold official merch, the Republican party of Florida, they sold alligator Alcatraz shirts with AI pictures of alligators around what looks like a prison building. All that money goes straight to the Republican party. Do you think that that should be able to be done? that they can make merchandise. Sure. Promoting this? Why not? You have no problem with it. All right. Biden's son did Yucky Paintings and he just pocketed that money. Didn't give it to anybody but himself. When you read stories about When you read stories about like pregnant women and children being thrown into ice vans and then you envision them going to this place, you're okay with that? Yeah. You know what, Haley? I would like to see videos and clips of that. And I'd like to know, they're all over the [ __ ] internet. Open your eyes. Speak. Speaking of videos and clips, we are getting to a point where I think the audience of this show, there's enough people interested in it. We will probably in the near future do a second thing as part of a YouTube subscription or maybe a Patreon. And I think that's going to be what that show is. We're going to show each other clips of things that we want you to see. And I have started collecting a lot of these clips already. Some of them are definitely video of people getting thrown in vans. So you will be seeing that in very shortly. They're literally ripping children out of mother's arms, slamming teenagers down into the concrete. Have not seen it. I would like to see those clips. Go back and watch clips of the [ __ ] Holocaust. Go back and watch clips of Nazi Germany. Whoa. Whoa. That's got nothing to do with your beller. This was happening right [ __ ] now. Right in front of your eyes. No, it's not. Let me ask you this, Mom. People got shot and killed. Hang on. Mom, you're saying that you don't believe these events are happening? That people are just getting disappeared off the Okay, that's fine. Come with me now down this little path. Just imagine that it is. Okay, we're not saying it is happening right now. Just imagine that it is. Nobody's getting shot and killed, so quit calling this the second. I'm talking to mom. You're right. I'm talking to mom real quick. Just imagine that these things are happening. I know you don't believe they are, but imagine it in that world where these things could be happening. Are you for that or against it? That would not be right. If it's happening, okay, people getting disappeared off the street and putting them in a putting them in a camp. That's happening. you. Okay. So, you acknowledge it is happening. People are getting disappeared. You just said that that prison was not a camp. What I'm saying is the difference between what we got and what the Nazis had is before you went to the Nazi camp, if you gave them any [ __ ] trying to get on the train, they plugged you. How many people been shot by us? Okay. Um, none. Zero. Big [ __ ] All right. Okay. It doesn't start like that. It takes a while for the public to get used to it. And they are obviously moving the line every goddamn day. They just built this facility in Florida that's going to cost $450 million. By the way, the money is coming from [ __ ] FEMA. It's coming from FEMA. Do you think we should be rerouting federal disaster? FEMA didn't take care of a [ __ ] thing in the hurricanes, so you might as well ditch FEMA and put all their money into building concentration camps. Sure. Put it into building camps. You can quit calling them concentration camps. They're not. That's what they are. Prisons. They're prisons. These get Let's even go that route. They're prisons. These are not criminals. Why put them in a prison? Wait. Oh, yes. You know what they are? It's a holding tank or a prison. The one in Florida was made on an air strip till they can bring an airplane in, put them on it, and send them back. Get the [ __ ] out of here. They're going to [ __ ] die. Send them back to the country they came from. They're not sending them anywhere. They're gonna [ __ ] Yes, they are. Haley, read deeper into that. What that is? They're they're holding them there, bringing in airplanes and taking them back to the country they came from. Read deeper. Laura Loomer literally said there's 46 million of them and we can't wait for the alligator I'm sorry to [ __ ] eat them. She's talking about Latinos. Yeah. She said 65 million meals for the alligators. That number. She's nuts and you know that she's she's out there. She's crazy. So, you denounce that the the tweet is a step too far. But the building of this facility, which by the way flooded on the first day, so it's not safe. The idea that they're promoting that it's surrounded by alligators and they're laughing about that. You're all okay with that. But Laura Loomer's tweet. Oh my god. Where else would you put these people? hotel. You can put them on an airplane and get them out. If your if your side of the fence if your side of the fence hadn't let all these [ __ ] in here will liyilly, we wouldn't be in this situation. They're not even putting criminals in these places. Their parents and sisters and brothers and children. Oh my god, you're you just so whacked. It's what? I care about people. I have [ __ ] empathy. You should try it. How about the ones that have been How about the ones that have been raped, murdered, overdose on drugs? All these illegals that have How about all the white kids that [ __ ] Why don't you give them guns? Why aren't we putting them in [ __ ] camps? How about the real mother? The girls that were raped, the girls that were killed, the children that were killed from these drugs that have been brought in. You think the pregnant mom and her six-year-old with leukemia [ __ ] brought drugs in and raped women? Is that what you think? All the drugs. All the drugs. Answer it. Is that what you think? All these women that they're throwing into vans and [ __ ] children and teenagers, did they come into this country with drugs raping people? No, but they came in illegally. Who gives a [ __ ] [ __ ] Seeking asylum is not illegal. I give a [ __ ] [ __ ] Asylum is not illegal. Let me ask you this, Mom and Dad. This is This gets to the heart, I think, of the immigrant question potentially. You have claimed dad on this show and I think mom you agree with him that birthright citizenship should not exist. That if you are born here it is meaningless if your parents were not American citizens. Right. Correct. That applies to all of Trump's kids but one. It's fine. Baron Trump his mom Melania was not an American citizen when he was born here. So does that mean we should deport him? But have they uh obtained citizenship? Green cards. You said that doesn't matter. You said that literally doesn't matter with birthight. You said that if they got here legally, then they can stay. If you came here illegally, you cannot stay. That's what I said. You said birthright citizenship doesn't matter. No. And 99% 99% of these brown people Haley wants to save have all come here illegally. Why brown people? That that right there gets to the bottom for you. This is just pure racism. We don't give a [ __ ] All right, let's move on. Texas floods. The damage from the devastating floods in central Texas is still being accounted for after a sudden storm fueled by Gulf moisture and remnants of tropical storm Barry dumped up to 15 to 20 inches of rain on parts of Hill Country, Kerr County, and the Guadalupe River area, causing the river to surge as much as 29 ft between July 4th and 5th. This led to at least 52 confirmed deaths. That number may not be right. I I wrote this last night. Up to 60. It's up to 60. including many children, over 37 people still missing, notably 27 girls from a summer camp. The National Weather Service issued a flood watch on July 3rd, then a flood warning at 1:00 a.m. on July 4th, followed by a flash flood emergency around 4 to 5:00 a.m. However, local officials called the forecast inaccurate, saying they predicted only 4 to 8 ines of rain, not the 15 plus inches that occurred, leaving many unprepared. Earlier this year, Trump cut 600 National Weather Service positions, which weakened forecasting and early warning systems, impairing real-time warning delivery during rapidly evolving storms. Analysts believe the reduced capacity likely affected warning speed and specificity in the situation. Mom, do you think Trump's cuts to the National Weather Service had anything to do with not getting these warnings out in time? It had nothing to do with that. Do you think it would have helped if we would have had 600 extra employees? Catastrophe that they the people, you know, it started coming in two days prior about maybe a flood, maybe this, maybe that. I mean, they were starting to be warned, but because of the speed that this came in, uh, how many inches? It was more like it dumped many feet. It dumped four months of rain on him within an hour. There's no way people are going to survive that. And there's no way that that's Donald Trump's fault. Whether people get it wrong, they get it wrong. Of course, I'm not saying it's Donald Trump's fault that this happened. Yes, you just did. No, I didn't. I'm not blaming the flood on the tropical moisture that was there was like um the weather lady here was talking about tropical moisture that was over them. It kind of started raining. It went forward. It came back and it just stayed over them. It was a high pressure system that rolled in. The terrain of the hill country was dry dry land. You can't let rain. Rain will not go onto that hard dry clay. It's going to roll off and it's gonna for all the money you want to spend on climate change and [ __ ] like that, this is what it gets you because weather people couldn't tell you if it's [ __ ] snowing outside if they look out their own [ __ ] window. Our weather people here get it all wrong all the time, too. Uh the soil was just it was not good. The soil was dry clay. It was not good. And sympathy to everyone. It's just terrible, terrible, terrible. Do you think that they should get FEMA money in Texas? They should get all kinds of money. And they are. Donald Trump's helping. The states helping. There are people from other states coming. Donald Trump made a call. I know. I read about it and he said, "We will give you anything you need." Within one hour there were helicopters. We will give you anything you need. Just not those 600 employees we fired from the National Weather Service or the 450 million. You think that has nothing to do from fire enough. We didn't fire enough Noah people. You'd like to blame Trump for everything. You can't blame him for this. I'm not I'm not saying I like to blame him for everything. I'm saying what he is doing to the United States government and all the various agencies that we have in place to help us be forewarned of things exactly like this. He is affecting all of these things. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. How come they weren't forewarned? They were. They were foreworned, but the prediction was inaccurate. Oh, what? They were. You said he's getting rid of all these government agencies so that people are not forewarned. You That was your exact work. Okay. They were Now all of a sudden, now all of a sudden you flipped that. It's the same reason that [ __ ] planes crash. We're firing all of the necessary [ __ ] people in place to do their job. Buddha Judge put in place. So Haley, you think we got to get rid of Buddha Judge's stink? So you think this is Donald Trump's fault? I don't like Chad said, it's not Donald Trump's fault, but he is taking away resources that could potentially prevent things like this from happening. Nothing could have prevented. Do you think those 600 people, Hang on, hang on, hang on. Do you think those 600 people that were working at the National Weather Service that got fired, do you think if you had had that manpower to crunch some more numbers to get a message out earlier or whatever, or make it more accurate? Do you think it would have saved one life? No. They're [ __ ] dead beats who don't do [ __ ] Anyway, we live where Noah is. Noah's run by the University of Oklahoma and they got a bunch of [ __ ] dumb asses doing the models now. They don't work. You're right. in my wheelhouse. Chad, I lived 40 years doing weather. Nobody wants to see human tragedy like this. Literally. Well, I don't know. I can't say nobody because dad wants [ __ ] genocide, but nobody wants to see people taken out by natur when the Chinese start taking [ __ ] over. That is why we have federal agencies in place that Donald Trump wants to [ __ ] eliminate. So things like this don't happen. Your president is effectively eliminating [ __ ] like FEMA and like our National Weather Service. 600 people, Chad said 600 more brains that could have [ __ ] done something maybe about this tragedy that just happened. Look it up real quick. They probably got 12,000 employees. I don't look it up. All right, let's sad move on. We've uh we've gotten heated up. Let's simmer down a little bit. It is the week after Fourth of July. I wanted to go around to each of us and talk about our favorite Fourth of July memory. Haley, mine's like a collective. I don't know. I always like going back to Nanny and Popcorn's house, like putting uh M80s and watermelons and [ __ ] and blowing things up. Uh we set the porch on fire one year. The astroturf. Set that [ __ ] on fire one year. I was the arsonist. I remember doing it. That was going to be my memory. Um we would throw them like in their mailbox. We were just trying to blow [ __ ] up. So, going back to Manny and Popcorn's house, like not losing fingers and hands and [ __ ] was probably like a highlight. About that age for me. Maybe like 10 10 to like 13, 14, something like that. A good three or four years of just like blowing [ __ ] up. Yeah. Mom, that was my story. I'm sure it was all of our stories. Chad and my dad and Haley stayed at the house. I don't know where Bob was. Were you inside? And I left with my mother to go to the grocery store nanny real quick. We came back and I seen No, I came out and he had the whole place on fire. Yeah. Chad had the front porch on fire lit up. My dad's going, "No worries, pal. No worries." Yeah. And then someone got the hose and started hosing down the indoor outdoor carpet that was nailed down to the wooden wooden steps in a very old wooden Victorian house. and Chad and Haley somewhere lit it on fire. It was me. I was sitting on those steps and I had a giant card cardboard box full of firecrackers, fireworks, whatever. And I had the you know what I don't I forget what they're called. Those little like punks punks. Yeah, they're like incense basically. I'm I was sitting there holding that and I would take a firecracker out of the cardboard box, light the fuse and throw it and watch it blow up in midair. One of those firecrackers, the fuse, as I lit it and was like flinging it, it fell off into the box of fireworks and it just went up in flames. I was, "Holy shit." And then popcorn came running out with the hose. It's going to be okay, pal. And he hosed it all down. And then, Dad, I remember you were enraged. He didn't care. I burned down this man's front porch. He didn't give a [ __ ] Dad, you were mad as hell. But, uh, that's how we celebrated Fourth of July at least one year. I love you. All right, let's move on. Our next topic is merch. This week, Trump unveiled his latest grift in the form of a new luxury fragrance line, Victory4547, with men's cologne and women's perfume packaged in fake gold bottles shaped like tiny Trump statueets. This is his most expensive scent at $249 a bottle. But Trump wasn't the only one in the Republican party making money from cheap merch. Following Trump's visit to the Everglades detention center, Florida's GOP and AG James Up UPME began selling official alligator Alcatraz t-shirts, hats, koozies, onesies, buttons, bumper stickers, baby merch, and more online. The merch features a few designs, some of which include images of alligators surrounding a prison-like building. The items are priced between $15 and $30 with all proceeds going directly to the coffers of the Florida GOP. Critics of the alligator Alcatraz merch say it's repugnant to make money from ongoing humanitarian crisis. Mom, would you buy one of these shirts or the the Trump cologne? What? What? Um, we already have cologne, so we don't need that. But what I was showing dad right here, I grabbed my phone and I've been getting these texts the last three, four days. Says ready to ship. Ready to ship. Alligator Alcatra shirts are flying off the shelves. Please don't. We've held we have held one for you. Please confirm your shipping. And you click on it. Let's see where it takes us and how much they are. Please don't buy that. You don't want that as a souvenir someday when we're gone to sell it for thousands. No, just please do not [ __ ] buy that. Sell it for thousands. What are you talking about? As a souvenir that this happened in This is a [ __ ] embarrassment. Oh, okay. That would be like selling Nazi [ __ ] propaganda. That's not even Nazi propaganda. The the Nazi [ __ ] I can't. There we go. Can you see that? Yeah. It's alligator in front of Alcatraz. Please do not buy that. Let's see how much it is. Ice with a bite. It says I like I get that you're in a cult and that you love Donald Trump, but please do not contribute to this [ __ ] It's literally genocide. $30. Like, I am begging you to not buy this [ __ ] It's $30 and only 500 are available. Imagine if you were inside that building and you knew they Huh? What? Imagine if you were inside that building. I can't imagine it cuz I'm a I'm a legal citizen of the United States. What I'm asking you to do is have sympathy for another human being. Is that possible for you? No. Do not buy that. I'm not going to buy it. I was showing you. I get the text because I'm a patriot. Let me ask this question about Trump's new perfumes. Mom and dad, you on this very show many times have said Trump is not making money off the presidency. Do you now believe that he is he is literally doing commercials for a his dad that has said this before? He cannot do any transactions. He's doing them. What are you talking about? He's selling cryptocurrency. He's selling perfumes. All that money is going straight to him. He made $600 million last year. Okay. Every every president makes money when they're president by selling perfume. Name another president who sold their own perfume. They come in maybe a multi-millionaire at most and they leave almost a billionaire. Every president. Look what the Obamas are doing. Look what the Clintons did. My god. No. No. No. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. I'm saying every president makes money. Look at the Bidens. Jeez. Did Joe Biden sell perfume? You don't You don't understand. No. He sold our soul. You don't understand enough about business or the law to even talk about it. He sold his soul and our country's soul to China. Chad, you don't have any [ __ ] idea what's coming out of your mouth. I don't have any idea that the current president is doing commercials for a perfume that comes in bottles shaped like him. He can do whatever he wants. Have you guys ever watched the movie Idiocracy? No. I encourage you to watch that movie. I've seen it. You have? Watch it? Not? Yeah. It's coming true. Um, just at its face value, Mom. these alligator Alcatraz t-shirts. It is the Republican Party of Florida making money off of joking about other people suffering. You understand that, right? I don't who's suffering? Who's suffering? Yeah. I don't understand. The people they're putting in that building. They are separating families. We can't say this anymore. They don't get They don't get three squares a day. Yes. And it's air conditioned. And they are waiting for an airplane back to the country they came from. I have it cleaned up in an afternoon. They're going back to the country. In fact, what I in fact what I would do is make the people who live there clean the [ __ ] up. When did you guys completely just become null of [ __ ] empathy? When did that happen? When they're taking my money to take care of a bunch of people that don't belong here. That's when it happened. empathy for people that are not an American that shouldn't be in our country. Yeah, sure. That Biden let in. Just let him swamp the Where was your empathy for the farmers and the ranchers and all the people that were getting run over down on the [ __ ] Texas, Arizona, and uh Louisiana borders and all the Where was your [ __ ] empathy for them? The 300,000 children. We still don't know where some of them are. I have empathy for Americans, not [ __ ] somebody from Guatemala. You guys are insane. By and by the way, they're snatching American citizens. That's happened multiple times. Yeah. That have broken the law and are not legal. Absolutely not. Every person who are brown. Every person I've seen arrested on television has either had there was a guy the wife was crying because they broke my window and took my man. Yeah. The [ __ ] had a DUI seven years ago. All the people you've seen on television, Dad, you yourself have openly admitted all you watch is Newsmax. So what? That's all you're going to be able to watch pretty soon. Okay. CNN's about done, dude. Put you in. Let's move on to Trump hates Democrats. At a rally this week uh in Iowa, Trump claimed old Democrats hate him and he hates them, too. He openly said, "I hate Democrats." at a Trump rally. So, do you think the president of the United States should be openly saying that he hates half of the United States population? Yes. Number one, I didn't see this. I didn't see it at all. So, when I saw that as a topic, I'm going, "What? I didn't see it on TV." So, you don't believe it happened? Well, I didn't see it. I don't care. I did Google it later in I hate him more than he does. Well, it did happen. So, what do you think about it? I just told you if he said he hates people. Yeah. I don't know. No, he said he hates Democrats. He said all the Democrats hate me. Not one Democrat voted for the big beautiful bill. They all hate me. And if I'm honest, I hate them, too. That's what he said. So, he's talking about all of the Democrats in total or just the ones that voted against his bill? He said all Democrats. Just the one in Congress. This one's in Congress, probably. So, can you understand how that would further division in the United States? No, not really. Huh? What do you mean not really? You look, we are living in a time where we just saw it a couple of weeks ago. Open political assassinations against Democratic leaders in Minnesota. You saw that happen, right? You agree that that happened? Yep. So, do you think the president saying, "I hate Democrats," makes people like that guy more or less likely to commit similar crimes? Have no idea. We are going to see, but you're okay. A long time ago about how this [ __ ] was going to turn out. Are you okay with it? And all I got all I got from the two of you is I was wrong. Oh, what else? I'm right. What? You're right about what? What are you talking about? The war. He's on painkillers. The [ __ ] war. He's on painkillers. What war? War. What do you What is the war? We We are at war with you. Okay. Do you know what a a civil war requires? It requires two opposing military forces to be fighting against one another. Yeah. A formal declaration of we are this side, you are that side. You're Democrats sitting around with your nose stuck up your ass and you don't know what's going on. Okay. This is what I think is going to happen. I I don't think it's a a formal civil war, but I think what's going to start happening as ICE now because of the big beautiful bill became the largest funded government agency in the country. You're going to start seeing them become far more militarized. They're going to be doing raids anywhere and everywhere. They already are, but it's going to get worse. It's going to be even beyond grade schools and [ __ ] They're going to come into churches during sermons and be dragging people out. Uh dad, you're for it. So when that starts happening, I think what you're going to see is an armed response from citizenry. I think you're going to start that will be like the real civil war. It's going to be citizens versus ICE. Um and ICE will become kind of Trump's Gustapo, if you will. We're going to see what happens with that. But I don't think there's going to be like the US military fractures and it's like the Navy versus the Army or something. They already are his [ __ ] Gestapo. They're masked up and they're dragging people. They're even showing up at courouses for people there to legally become citizens and go to their trials and [ __ ] They're dragging them out of courouses. Yeah. What do you think about that, Mom? You're talking about like, hang on, Mom. Hang on. Hang on one second. Mom, you're saying do it the right way. Come to America the right way. Become legal citizens the right way. Many of these people that are getting snatched are literally doing that. They're going to their court cases to become legal citizens. There are steps you have to take, things you have to file, appearances you have to make in court. They're doing that. They're all delinquent. No, they're not. They're showing up for their scheduled appointments. And ICE is throwing them in vans. They wouldn't show up at all if this hadn't started already. Yeah. If it hadn't That's what I believe, too. After how many years have they been sitting here not been here? Oh, I've been I've lived here for two [ __ ] decades. I don't think you understand how immigration works. I don't think you understand how people become citizens here. We don't engage. We're not engaging today. You don't understand. You think it happens in like a three-week period. People wait years to become citizens here. That's correct. They are showing up for their hearings that they've waited those years for and being [ __ ] taken. I don't agree with that. I believe that they have been here for years and now they're just trying to attempt to become legal because they're afraid what's happening and they might. You are you are both clearly grossly uneducated on how to become an American citizen as an immigrant. You don't know. So sorry we're not as smart as you. You just proved you have no [ __ ] idea. You have no idea. Just like you have no idea that most of these people are not criminals. You have no [ __ ] idea. You just believe the [ __ ] propaganda that you watch on your [ __ ] Fox News every day and it's not real. You don't watch Fox News. The The propaganda worked on you. It worked on you. I think it worked on you the other way. I think the news you watch and what you read have worked on you the other way. No, I'm Absolutely. I am more educated. You live on some planet that doesn't exist. I am more educated on these matters than you are because I actually seek out impartial news. I don't want to be swayed a certain direction. I want real [ __ ] news. And what I see with my eyes is [ __ ] moms and children being thrown into vans and going to be sent to a concentration camp again. Send me this. And you don't [ __ ] see that? I I don't. Send me the clips. I really don't. Like I said, I'm going to put together a bunch of clips and I think we're going to do a little bonus episode. I don't know where that will be available. I'll figure it out. I'll I'll make some I'll post something on our Instagram or Tik Tok or on this very YouTube if you're watching on YouTube. In the next week or so, I think maybe we'll try to do something like that because I do think there's a there's like a wall of information that is the shit's not getting to you and you do need to see this. Mom, I think the videos of like crying mothers as their babies are being ripped out of their arms and stuff might have some effect on you. This is happening in What cities are you trying to tell me this is happening? Austin, Los Angeles, Atlanta, [ __ ] name one. Texas, Oklahoma City. I haven't seen None of this [ __ ] is funny. None of it's funny. Like if the target was if the target was white hilarious if the target was white people, you would be outraged. Why? Yeah. Dad, why do you say it's hilarious on any level? Like a a family getting ripped apart. These these stupid [ __ ] had seven or eight years to get their [ __ ] together and they didn't. So what happens to them? I don't give a [ __ ] The that girl with leukemia who got snatched was six years old. So she didn't have seven years yet. She's not even that old. It's probably her mom came here early. She's not having a child with leukemia. Are you okay with that? I just want to state this. We never would have seen the door in this situation, but Biden let everybody in. Everybody in. Here's here's your problem. Do you not think people do you not think people seeking asylum? You people do not have enough money to take care of all these [ __ ] dead beats. Neither one of you do. Okay, don't. Here's what I want to say. I'm not against foreign people or illegal people coming into the United States, but they have to come across the correct way. Ellis Island, there should have been different gates coming through on the southern border. We need your name. We need your occupation. Where are you going? What are you doing? It was never done that way. He opened the floodgates for millions. Bad people, good people, people trying to escape, maybe people you can't afford to pay for, but they they have to do it the correct way. All right, let's move on to our final topic. Let's get it on. at the same rally in Iowa. Trump also said that he wants to hold a UFC at the White House where he expects 20,000 to 25,000 attendees. He emphasized his long-standing friendship with UFC boss Dana White and joked, "We have a lot of land there. We're going to build a little octagon." This would be the first time a UFC fight has been proposed for White House lawn. Historically, presidents have hosted recreational sport events at the White House, like T-ball was George W. Bush or a basketball game was Barack Obama, but not professional ticketed combat sports. The event will no doubt further blur the line between governance and entertainment. Oh, dad's gone. Mom, is a UFC at the White House a good idea? I think it'd be fun. I mean, just a one-time fight, whatever, right? Dad, do you Is he there? Can you hear me? He's He's gimping. He has to go to the bathroom. What do you What do you think about the UFC fight? That's stupid. He said it's stupid. Oh, going against Trump. Interesting. If it's pay-per-view, Mom, do you think Trump will get any of that money? I have no idea. I don't know. Yes, he will. What do you think? I don't know. Turn it back on YouTube. This is Haley was earlier talking about idiocracy. In that movie, the president of the United States is a professional wrestler. This is that happening now. Trump has performed in the WWE. The company that owns UFC also owns WWE. Um, we're watching it happen in real time. You don't see how this in some ways makes the presidency a joke? No. Interesting. Interesting. How do you not see that? Or or how do you think this will be reflected back on the presidency as entertainment and people that supported him? But why should he be entertaining us? He's the president. Why not? How did you feel about Arnold Schwarzenegger being the governor? What was your thought on that? Um, it was okay. I guess he wasn't actor. He was an actor but got elected. Hm. H But you don't think like that the UFC or any sport for that matter being held on the grounds of the White House itself is, as I mentioned, blurring the lines between what it means to be a president and this weird reality TV showman kind of thing that he also is. If he likes that, who cares? As long as he's protecting our country and protecting all of us and doing what's right. You think that's protecting the country holding a UFC on the grounds of the White House? I don't see anything wrong with it. I think it's fun entertainment. All right. Did you like how he mowed over the rose garden? I haven't seen that one either. He got rid of the rose garden like it's gone. They paved it over and he's going to put columns up to make it look like Mara Lago. Wow. I didn't see that that. All right, I have one more quick topic to bring up. This week, Trump floated the idea of farmers basically being allowed to have slaves, that they would be given some kind of ownership over illegal immigrants who are working on their farms who can stay there and be essentially owned by the the farmer. Are you okay with that, Mom? Where do you come up with this? I have never heard that. Where do we come from? Donald Trump said it from his own mouth. Did you hear this, Bob? They're trying to say that illegal immigrants as slaves. As slaves that Donald Trump wants illegal immigrants to be slaves on farms. No, he didn't say that. He didn't say that. Dad said. Yes, he did. I didn't do the research on this because I didn't think we'd make to it, but he said, let me see here. It's basically [ __ ] indentured servitude. It's this everything is just [ __ ] insane. Every day I wake up those hills and army. Here's here's his direct quote. Our Chinese. Okay, here's his direct quote. If a farmer has been with one of these people that work so hard, they bend over all day. We don't have too many people that can do that, but they work very hard and they know him very well. And some of the farmers are literally, you know, they cry when they see this happen. If a farmer is willing to vouch for these people in some way, I think we're going to have to just say that's going to be good, right? Uh he went on to say he he floated this idea. I forget what it was. It was called like something temporary pass uh something like farmer ownership. The word ownership was used and I can't find it right now unfortunately. Well, that's not slave like what you said a slave. I'm sorry. Ownership ownership of a person. It's not ownership. What would you call that? Ownership of land. Ownership of land. No. Ownership of the people who are farming the land. What do you call that? Sponsorship of people that are helping you do the land. Sponsorship. You're sponsoring those people. I call them an employee. Employees to help you cultivate the land. Yeah. Well, employees go home at the end of every day and they aren't owned by people. Mhm. But it's also All right. Well, [ __ ] it. We'll have to look this up for next week because I haven't seen anything back over there. Anyways, what did he say? I can't come back. He can't walk, so he's not coming back over to his chair. So, you'll just have to hear him from a distance. Well, that wraps up today's episode. Good luck to everybody out there with the big, beautiful bill. We hope uh you know it doesn't affect you too badly, but it's going to affect some people very badly. And we are now living in a country where you know this ICE [ __ ] is really ramping up. Period. That detention center in Florida is so to me so far that's like the biggest holy [ __ ] They're really doing it. And this big beautiful bill basically double funding ICE is the plan is there. It is happening. We are living in an authoritarian system now. And did you see all of the Republicans like cheering and dancing to YMCA after they've just [ __ ] demolished our entire country? Demolished it. The bill passed by one vote. That's a demolish. And they could celebrate if they wanted to. There was nothing wrong with that. But they're celebrating at like this is the the big piece of it that doesn't get through to you guys for some reason. Clearly, it didn't get through to those Republicans. This bill and everything they're doing with ICE, just the whole direction of the country is going to America first. Go ahead. It's going to destroy people's lives. It's going to kill some people. It's going to take away their their medical insurance, so they're not going to be able to get treatments. This will kill people. And you you see them selling t-shirts and laughing and cheering. People will die because of this. I disagree. It won't kill people. The states are going to step up. people that need the insurance are going to get it. Uh all they have to do is show and there are some even exemptions if they're pregnant, if they're disabled, but the other people have to show 80 hours a month. They will get the insurance insurance or or more. No, they won't. Okay. All right. Well, uh thank you all for joining us. This has been a very heated one. Mom, I love you and your Trump hat and your Fourth of July kerchief there. Haley, I love you. Stay strong in Texas. Dad, wherever you are, I love you. I hope your hip uh feels better. Mom, I love you. Dad, I love you. Chad, I love you. That was very well met. Thank you. That's [ __ ] all I got. Okay. Every day in this country is like a beatdown. I wake up in duress. I go to sleep in duress. Hey, if you can try to help it, Haley, and this is a conscious thing that I did this time around with Trump because that first time I think legit I was like that. It was just day in and day out frantic watching the news hoping, oh my god, they're going to find the thing and he's going to get removed from office. This time and I got cancer during that [ __ ] that first term. And I think that had a lot to do with it. So, if you can if you can find some way to like pull back a little bit emotionally, make it more intellectualized, that's what I've tried to do at the very least this time around. I can't like I know Latinas. Okay. I know. Yeah. People who are afraid to [ __ ] leave their house. Yeah. I can't. All right. I love you. Everybody. Say a little louder. He loves everybody. I love you, Chad. I love you, Haley. I love you, Bob. I love you, Kitty. I am proud to be an American. I love Donald Trump. I love what he's doing for our country. We're going through. I am sad. I'm talking four years of America first. That's what we're going through. Four years of America first is what he said. I am sad that we celebrate Fourth of July here in this house. It's happy birthday America. Red, white, and blue in this house. I have flags outside of flying. And then Haley bakes cookies with what was it on there? Distress or whatever. Correct. You can't even celebrate the Fourth of July. That's how she's celebrating it. [ __ ] this government. That is my patriotism. [ __ ] this government. You know, [ __ ] ICE. We've said this before. If you really don't like our government, then go find one you do love. Which one? I've been [ __ ] trying. I've been [ __ ] trying, but I can't afford to get the [ __ ] out of here right now. And also, Mom, you're wrong. Mom, you're wrong. If you don't like the government, the beautiful thing about America is you can change it. That's what America's about. It's not if you don't like the current person in power, leave. Why didn't you leave under Obama or Biden? It's because we still loved America. Just because we didn't like the president at that time wasn't we weren't going to leave. Exactly. A different This is a different [ __ ] country under Donald Trump. It's not that I haven't enjoyed living here. In fact, I have taken it for granted all of this time. And it's only now that I realize that we are losing freedom in this country. I I just don't see what you see anymore. Not that I'm not prideful in being an American. It's that I [ __ ] hate this government. I [ __ ] hate everything that it stands for. It is not for the people. Then you need to find a government you do love or change this back into that. Yeah. That is why I make these cookies. That is why I use my voice because there is a gathering of people that feel the way that I feel about the [ __ ] climate right now in our country. And if we can collectively [ __ ] use our votes to change this [ __ ] isn't it worth making those cookies by spewing hatred for our country in the way that you do it with that bakery and the things that that's not changing the country? You have to do it with bills, with laws, with with going to DC and changing the bills. But that type of stuff, having laws changed, only happens when there is public outcry, when there is enough of a public sentiment, either through protests or using free speech, like Haley's making her cookies or whatever, expressing a view of dissent in such a a loud enough manner that those people in Congress have to change the law or they get voted out. That's what makes the laws change. The the politicians have to be scared of losing their job. That's the only thing that will ever change law. And that is why that is one of the great things about America. Here's the bottom that people can have a voice. Okay, here's the bottom line. He's yelling from the couch because he can't get up. I chickens chickens have an interest. Bears or I mean pigs have Hang on. He's got to be on video. Put the camera on him, please. I I need this to be on video. He doesn't have on under He only has on underwear. Oh god. Just a minute. Just let me He's talking about chickens and pigs. Just a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Hang on. Wait until you're in the frame to give your saliloquy here. Yeah. Yeah. Oh my god. Is he there? Yes. This is terrible. All right. Is he there? There. Okay. Chickens have an interest. Say it loud. Huh? You got to say it loud. Chickens have an interest in breakfast. Pigs have an obligation. The difference between re Republicans and Democrats, Democrats are nothing but [ __ ] chickens. And the people who've got an obligation and stuff are going to outsmart you and outlive you every day of the week. Okay, there you go. His analogy, Republicans are pigs. Yes, Republicans. We have a We have an Say it again. Let me repeat it. I have no idea what he's talking about. We have an obligation to America like pigs have an obligation to breakfast. Okay. We have an obligation to America like pigs do to America for breakfast. And chickens are what? They just have an interest in They just have an interest in America. Lose their life over. They don't lose their life. What? People don't eat chicken. Not for breakfast. Not for breakfast. Oh, I see. You're saying because of bacon, I guess. My guess. I know. I don't know where you heard that one, but you need to get your money back. Painkillers. That one ain't working. All right. Painkillers. Thank you everybody for listening. That wraps up our show. We will be back next week maybe with a special guest. Thanks for joining us. Any final words, Mark? Dad. That it. All right. Got it. Bye.
