America is deeply divided there are only two sides to every issue and there is no interest in finding common ground not even with members of your own family but as the 2024 presidential election Looms United States sorry I got the order there the we're gonna set all kinds of Records yep we're ready the first convicted felon to become president okay okay uh I was going back through some of our predictions that we have made over the course of this some of them we have now reached a conclusion on are you ready for some of these what okay we had was this mom or was this Dad hang on there was one I can't even find it now oh here we go Donald's running mate will be Byron or Christy gnome those were predictions made on July 17th 2023 by you know what though you know what we didn't write this one down but my very very first was Tim Scott right and he still might be but we didn't write that one down byon Donald's probably will be all right Dad you also said on October 30th of 2023 um which I guess we we aren't quite a year but you said the National Guard is going to kill American students in Texas or Florida y you still think that's going to happen good chance now it was close on that same day you made the prediction Joe Biden will die within a year or brain dead then Cala Harris will be assassinated that's coming up October 30th yeah okay no no change in mind there all right uh mom you had Biden's death in fact Chad I've already won that one Biden is brain dead all right well mom you had a prediction that Biden would die within one year and you made that prediction on March 12th of 2023 so we passed that he's still alive that's a blown prediction H some people think he's alive I just met a man that thinks there's like they put doubles yeah there's doubles and they put Mas on them now this guy was like legit he is for sure he knows everything about doubles yes he does okay met him in the nail salon he was for sure that that is not the real dude that Biden is dead and is the real deal and I met him in the nail salon we have masks and what makes you think that this guy's uh information his understanding of doubles and how they're used what makes you think that he's credible he was very knowledgeable I just believed him okay heard tell you that Kate meddleton does Kate midleton have a double uh you know what that one clip does look like it but this man was very uh knowledgeable and realistic right in the Heartland realistic okay right in the Heartland all right well speaking of the Heartland we are going to start today's program as we start every that implied that when someone tries to get you to hate some something they're not doing it to help you they're doing it to use you now given that and the events of the past week with the Trump conviction and disheveled headed next day press conference Bob my question is is I think there will be a lot of hatred towards everyone involved judges Al Alvin Bragg etc etc what does hate serve anyone including yourself towards the Palestinians the Democrats the Mexicans the Chinese anyone has it helped anything at all that's my question I love you guys uh tuning in since the beginning and uh thank you for taking my question as far as uh what you're calling hate it's not hate towards all these people it's fact that you've got to make some changes in the world or we're not going to have a world but if you consider and if you consider that hate well then I then I hate everybody but I mean you've openly said that you want to see genocide in Palestine I would consider that to be a hateful statement I don't think it's hateful okay I don't think that's a hateful statement at all I think it's a fact of life there are too many goddamn people on this planet and the people I want to exterminate are the people that are against my way of life right and that's not a hateful statement the people you want to exterminate exterminate not at all and and you know why no because they if that's a hateful statement they hate us as bad as I hate them because they want us gone too I mean you assume that have you ever heard that from anyone oh yeah China yeah yeah you know how many people died in the Korean War from Chinese 154,000 Americans okay you didn't even know that did you didn't know the exact number no all right mom I'll throw that same question to you that's three times as many people died in Vietnam yeah who was also need okay let me ask you this because a sticking point of this question seems to be the fact that you don't believe you're hateful do you think you're a hateful person do I believe no that wasn't the question no but that's that leads into the question because the question presupposes that you understand you are hateful I don't hate these people I'm realistic we can't live on this planet with all the people we have and I'm making a choice on who I think needs to go all right well how about just in terms of like the the Democrats Joe Biden for example do you hate Joe Biden I don't hate Joe Biden I hate what Joe Biden stands for okay well Mom you're shaking or you're nodding your head that you do hate him what does that hate serve you hate is a very strong word I hate what he has done to our country that's what I hate okay so you don't perceive yourselves then as being hateful in any way no I'm really hateful yes I perceive myself I perceive myself unlike unlike our buddy from St Louis I perceive myself as realistic he's not okay hate Hate's a really it's a mean word there's I mean it can mean many things I don't hate any of these people I just need to have them exterminated so that we can survive but you're surviving now and these people are still alive yeah that's not going to last forever okay they have to go or we have to go one of us is going to have to go and I choose them because not enough room not enough room for all the people on the planet there is we currently all exist simultaneous there is not Chad you're wrong people are [ __ ] starving left and right already okay you don't even know what the hell you're talking about if they keep paying off people paying off jurors if they we'll get to the paying off of the jur H the billionaires keep trying to get Trump out of everything Trump is a billionaire um yeah well he's not sorus he's not uh Bill Gates that's trying to get him exterminated by any means you and you know what's causing all this left crap it's not hate it's fear you're afraid if Trump trump becomes president they're all going to go to [ __ ] jail they know becomes pres so they're going to do whatever is possible to keep him from from doing that and all they've done by we're gonna get into that hang on hang on you're you're getting into something that has nothing to do historic first a former president became a convicted felon after a three-week trial the 12p person jury including juror number two who said he only got his news from X and Trump's truth social platform found Donald Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records which is a form of financial fraud in the wake of Justice being served Trump held a press conference Friday that included a rambling monologue filled with false claims on subjects ranging from the Manhattan trial to immigration tax policy Trump repeated his frequent claim that the trial was quote done by Biden and his people and quote in total conjunction with White House and the de J no one's laughing however the da at the head of the case Alvin Bragg is a locally elected official who does not report to the federal government and the indictment in the case was approved by a grand jury of ordinary citizens although it might seem like the convictions would be detrimental to Trump and his campaign in the 24-hour period following his conviction he was able to raise $ 52.8 million 30% of which his campaign said came from first time donors Trump is due to be sentenced by judge Mara on July 11th and prison time is a possibility haly get your who do you blame for Trump's conviction who do I blame yeah maybe that's a better question for M Donald Trum all right just curious uh mom who do you blame for it there's no blame uh they were all paid off uh the judge hates we'll use that word now that judge hates Trump okay uh his daughter raises money for Biden it was rigged it was rigged from the start they knew that they were gonna do this to him from the start yeah I mean he's surprised so you believe it's rigged also DED oh yeah I believe 100% that he had had no chance of winning okay so let me ask you this none of this surprises me zero of it here's thought you know what last week I did hope that there was one one juror Common Sense had had there was a trump supporter on the jury that person voted unanimously to find him guilty on 34 felonies I was a trump supporter on the jury there was a person who said they got their news from truth social that's a trump that doesn't mean he's a trump supporter I wish there was one person who gets their news from Trump or from truth social that is not a trump supporter no one I don't know we don't get our news from there and we're Trump supporters I wish that somebody would still so that doesn't mean [ __ ] believe in democracy that one person on there would have believe that but they don't because they how jury told what to say they had dairo out their Scream was chosen where in New York where where people are against Trump anyway a fair jury you're crazy what do you mean his lawyers got to select the jury no out of out of a group of people that all hate Trump okay let me ask you this now you believe it was rigged if the powers that be Biden the Deep State whoever you want to put in that group if they are powerful enough to rig a federal Tri the probably the most high-profile trial maybe in American history if they're powerful enough to rig that why why don't they just rig the election and not have him on any of the ballots well that's probably what they're going to try to do next just like other you you don't get any of this it's all the ship is already sailed okay war is imminent what what war the Civil War Palestine oh Civil War okay it's imminent we're one question into this and already we got Civil War talk so how do you think the Civil War is going to pan out then as a result of trump being found guilty on 34 felony counts R all these Democrats and left Wingers are going to die this this trial has made more people love Trump I wouldn't want to be I wouldn't want to be one of those jurors or that judge this trial huh this trial has made more people go Trump's way than before and I know you don't live here in the Heartland Chad but uh just this morning early it was like 7 o'clock I had to go run and get something at the grocery store yeah big truck goes pass me like one of those big dirt trucks with the big wheels on the side of it a huge Banner Trump uh in the back two huge Flags in the front two four Flags total honk and the horn people going by honking at seven in the morning great I'm not saying look it obviously worked to to get his base riled up he raised a bunch of money um did you guys donate by the way oh we have been donating yes how much have you donated to Trump we don't we're not going to tell you that we don't keep track just every time he asks we send him something we have to tell you that every time he asks has he ever personally asked you for money yes he in letters I get letters all the time from Donald Trump you think it's from him of course it is no it's from the campaign mom do you really think Donald Trump is personally sending you letters no he signs them it's from his campaign okay so you both understand that I'm just seeing how far down the rabbit hole you go you both understand he's not personally communicating with you my God he calls me every day Chad what are you talking about okay do you think we're that stupid I'm just like I said I'm seeing how deep into this [ __ ] you are now you try to make us look stupid on here we're not stupid I'm not trying to make you look stupid I'm trying person out there that has two brain cells left in their brain are going to vote for him you just mark this prediction down your mother said Donald Trump will be our next president I know and I don't he may be I'm not even disputing that I literally have no idea I think it's a 50-50 coin flip at this point I have no idea who's actually gonna win he could very well he either wins the election or there will be civil war yeah I don't think there will be just based on what we saw on January 6th the lack of organization from his supporters is very obvious and I think that will carry over now let me ask you this let's say that he gets sentenced to jail time assuming that the sentencing happens on July 11th as it's right now scheduled to happen but I guess never happen goad through what's that he will not be sensed on July yeah it might get postponed they they're going to appeal all this stuff who knows when it's actually gon to happen Years Years let's assume that Trump gets sentenced to jail time and it is uh before the election but it would mean that if he wins he would be in jail as a president would you be okay with that go to guns then no we're not going to let him go to jail nobody will no what do you mean who's we and how are you GNA stop it what they have done to him he has been through enough it's ridiculous the armed right is who we're talking about like with tanks or what like coming to get him out putting in no driving them out like oh you've turned into your brother you know you know what's GNA you know what's goingon to happen first time those jurors get assaulted the rest of them are going to run for cover you know what's going to happen the first time that these Democratic politicians get dropped like a bad habit they're all going to Run for Cover they're not going to fight they're all [ __ ] but when you say the first time so you think there's going to be some paramilitary Force that's going to start killing like Democratic senators correct okay and you don't think that the United States military will then step in to stop that no no I think half the United States military is on our side okay interesting and you know which half is on our side the ones that have all the tanks and airplanes this will be a war from within our United States this will be just like Civ war and you guys seem excited by it you seem ready for it and happy about it I'm not excited I don't want it to happen it has to happen but we have to have our democracy back we are living in a country right now with no democracy yeah and so then what would you say to people who believe that the Democratic process at least the legal process here the justice system is in working order and we watched a trial happen that happened correctly and what the outcome is is what the it was correct yeah they upgraded it to a felony on a state charge you know what this is it's pure propaganda and horeshit and what I would say to those people who think this was a Fair trial you can't be that [ __ ] stupid okay so then do you think that all the unfair trials that have happened where people get convicted of crimes because they don't have enough money to get a good lawyer or simply because it's a racist system do you think they should all be uh freed or who said it's a racist system I'm agreeing with you the justice system is not perfect in America it's a racist system the statistics huh the statistics say it what are the statistics that people who are not white get charged with and found guilty of the same crimes yeah that's not true yes it is no it isn't drug crimes are a good example of this they're committed in the same measure by white people I don't want to hear any any anything about racist system first of all racist system is a horeshit term okay wait first of all what was he really charged with do we even know yeah well that's the crime 34 felony I just read it to you what was it what did he he's charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records which is financial which a misdemeanor and which was already pass it's not a misdemeanor if it's tied to another crime that's when it became a felony no [ __ ] I'm not gonna I'm not gonna argue with you about this [ __ ] you started that argument you're the one who said what's he even charged with so he mislabeled uh the funds no he knowingly mislabeled them so that he commit financial fraud that is what was on trial okay how about you know he's quitting now this is something that's interesting too you guys will drop your your [ __ ] and be like we're GNA have a civil war [ __ ] you this was all same thing illegal I guess um I looked this up it said Hillary Clinton she marked her expenses in one year toward funding the Russian collusion investigation is legal funds Miss lab them uh any payment that these funds she mislabeled they were claiming to go to something else that's the same thing Donald Trump did I guess I mean you can get into the semantics of all these things and fine then Hillary Clinton was better at gaming the system than Donald Trump is don't you want somebody as a president who can get out of these situations like you're saying it's rigged and a rigged system and he's been saying that that's like part of his campaign he knows the system is rigged because he uses it he's not good enough at the system to avoid getting found guilty on 34 felony counts of financial fraud Hillary Clinton is if you believe that if you believe that she committed the same crimes but was never prosecuted yeah what's that what' he say I let November November 5th we'll see how this goes but you guys didn't answer my question about him being in jail let's assume that he is in jail during the election and during the first however many months of his presidency what's going on here I'm leaving him in the other room in the other room okay he's yelling he's yelling I'm leaving him what do you mean well I mean when want to have this conversation with him too is he gonna come in there his sensor just quit working so he's all crazy I'm leaving him in the other room okay well what my question is if Trump is in jail during the election and then let's say even 6 months into his presidency do you want this country to be run by someone who is in prison just an embarrassment it's an embarrassment like the rest of the world sees us as a [ __ ] joke it's an embarrassment that people were paid off we don't have democracy anymore it's like we're living in a third world country if if you don't like the guy running against you as president you get rid of him and this is what trying to do that's the way I see it but you realize that that is how Trump operates he takes whatever he wants to do and he says it's being done to me I'm the victim of that thing that's that's his whole Mantra that's how he's been operating his entire campaign really the first campaign was like that too where he calls somebody else the thing that he is so when he's saying this is rigged this is rigged this is rigged the truth is any victories he's had have come from kind of rigged things I don't girl boss yeah I don't see it that way at all I see that they that they are rigging it yeah toward him and the financial people that are backing this rigging are the billionaires that want our democracy gone they want everybody have the same amount of money they want socialism um I don't want that um they want to be able to call the shots and tell the people what what to do I don't want that do you think the legal system works it did it has for many years you think this was the first trial in US history that was like not correct a big not correct yes interesting okay a huge not correct yeah and so moving into the future here I mean there's going to be a time in our lifetimes where Donald Trump and Joe Biden are not even in the conversation anymore of American politics unless Trump wins and becomes a king for the next 20 years or whatever but hopefully that won't happen um what do you think is going to happen to you psychologically when Trump is kind of like not in the picture anymore and Joe Biden is not in the picture anymore that's going to be the next four years whoever wins the next election after that they're both kind of gone they're both out into the pasture potentially dead how do you think that will change your life well I hope that whoever well first dad and I have a good 10 years may be left to go so In Our Lifetime it's no big deal but in yours it will be your lives will be different yeah I hope that whoever takes over next would believe in democracy believe in fighting for the freedom of our United States believe in shutting that goddamn border down and not letting illegals into our country that our government pays for I would hope that the person that takes over takes care of our people our veterans our homeless that's what I hope but you personally I think that you and Dad would be much calmer if Donald Trump was out of the picture and it just didn't exist anymore I feel like you would not be as riled up every day imagine if both of you didn't care about politics he is he's the only ticket to get our democracy back that's what I guess I would vote he's the only one he's the only one that can bring our country democracy hasn't really existed in this country for a long time corporations control everything in this country and billionaires of which Donald Trump is one he's part of the class of people that control us I want people to give a [ __ ] about the United States I want people to feel pride in the United States again to give a soldiers that came back from Afghanistan you think a president a president in [ __ ] jail represents that like that's making America great again is a [ __ ] imprisoned president he shouldn't be in jail that was all rigged he shouldn't even be there well he's a felon now Donald Trump is a felon you think that American Pride comes back he shouldn't have been there he should have been there it means nothing to you but just on the face of it let's let's say that you're a person who is not American and you're looking at this from the outside do you think somebody looks at America and as like they've got a convicted felon as a president they're the best country in the world no one will think that no I think they think that Biden is getting rid of the people you know that he doesn't want to have run against him they don't think that I've I've been overseas since this Trump cluster [ __ ] and people feel sorry for us they pity the United States like I'm sorry that you live there that's terrible Donald Trump is a piece of [ __ ] oh but Biden is so Grand that he lets all the illegals in our country he's we're not saying that Biden is good you guys always do this when when we're talking about Trump you always flip it to like but Biden's so good I'm not a fan of Biden either I think the whole system is [ __ ] I think they're both bad but Donald Trump is much worse Biden at least uhuh Biden is worse my God Chad yeah I can't believe you and Haley can't see this that's the part I don't get yet I can't believe the two children I raised can't see this wrong going on I don't think Biden is good in any way Trump though is like a criminal he he's a malicious criminal who cares only about himself and he's a joke he was a joke before he ran he's literally the reason that that Women's Health Care is on the line right now it's why roie Wade was overturned like that's a big [ __ ] deal as someone who lived through like some of these movements I how are you okay with that how are you okay with inflation and you go to get something at a fast food restaurant two people and it's $35 thank you Joe Biden yeah I don't I don't like any of the [ __ ] that's going on with the government with the country but what I really don't like is civil liberties being taken away from people especially women because I am one and I have two daughters so I live in a state right now where you can't get an abortion even as a life saving uh you can't get a life-saving abortion in Texas you're gonna [ __ ] die on the table we're gonna get to that that's one of our subjects you go across the state line we been all right Hang on we're getting all over the place here let me rein it back in is Dad coming back at all because I I would like his opinion on this next subject what's the next subject an end to the Gaza genocide oh you know he'll he'll talk about that and that will never end so we're not we're kicking him out is that what's Happening Here the episode where Trump gets if you want to do it one more what is it an end to the Gaza genocide are you ready for this no there is no end okay on Friday President Biden asserted that Hamas has been degraded to a point where it can no longer carry out the type of attack that launched the current 8-month conflict in Gaza and he said it's time for this war to end Biden also discussed a three-phase Israeli proposal that was submitted this week which would include six weeks to withdraw Israeli forces from all populated areas of Gaza and release a number of hostages including women the El elderly the wounded in exchange for the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners phase two would allow for the exchange for the release of all remaining living hostages including male soldiers in phase three Biden said a major reconstruction plan for Gaza would commence and any final remains of hostages who have been killed would be returned to their families less than an hour after Biden detailed the Israeli proposal Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted the country would not end the war until Hamas is defeated shortly after the statement was released it was announced that the top four Congressional leaders have formally invited Netanyahu to address a joint meeting of Congress which Netanyahu has accepted Hamas released a statement saying if viewed the proposal positively do you think this is signaling a possible end to the genocide no Haley I don't I think he's just gonna keep going no it'll keep going all right now in this bargain that they're proposing here this three-phase thing uh all these phases have some element of exchanging of hostages do you think that if this plan gets put into place both sides will uphold their end of the bargain no no haly no haey if it goes through yeah if it goes through I do yeah but I don't think that any of that will happen I think he's just GNA keep going all right do you think that if this works if the genocide ends before the election let's say even a couple of months before the election if there's enough time to kind of distance himself from it do you think that that is going to be good for Biden or good for Trump in the upcoming election won't matter okay people will say it'd be good for B this election's not gonna be available yeah if it ends if it ends it's good for Biden yeah that it's not going to be about Palestine it's GNA be about uh the economy inflation and the Border I think some of it will be about Palestine because Biden said that he would revoke Aid to Israel if they marched into Rafa uh he said that yeah and he also some weeks and they've done that and he's still giving them [ __ ] so I think exactly so why would he stop why would he stop he also said within the last day that what he has talked Israel into a uh to stop in a peace treaty or that that they'll stop for peace that was all [ __ ] that ain't happening Biden is a sack of [ __ ] he's an absolute sack of [ __ ] he's done nothing he will do nothing it's just empty [ __ ] talk it's it's pointless all these people are going to [ __ ] die it's terrible I agree now part of that plan was I believe it was phase number three phase three a major reconstruction plan for Gaza well you know who's getting those contracts locky Martin Halbert and all the big American war machine companies and and that is going to be taxpayer money funnel through the United States government to pay off these companies many of which have Boards of directors that seat ex Senators ex Congress people blah blah blah that really I think is what's going on here we'll rebuild your country and all these companies get filthy rich and how about what's going on too now with uh Russia and uh Ukraine and didn't Biden uh say yes go ahead use our weapons go go in russan bomb him that was like within the last couple days yeah maybe I don't know I didn't read about that yeah um all right well that was a kind of a non-issue dad seemed to have no opinion on it whatsoever uh other than one word he just thinks it's gonna go on forever yeah so yeah I was gonna ask another thing um of dad for our simmer down and also part of this involves you Haley because I want to get your answer from last week we talked about sporting moments in our lives we've all had athle as a big part of our lives especially when we were younger I wanted to ask you what is one of your best memories of something you did a single play or a game or something like that that you did when you played Sports a like a single [ __ ] moment yeah or a game just something you remember as being like a highlight of of some era in your athletic career I mean I remember I remember a lot of kind I don't know I mean it starts way back I guess like Dad let me name one of my first soccer teams the Comets cuz my name was Haley I remember that thought that was [ __ ] hot [ __ ] and he was the coach um yeah he coached me God all the way up until High School the pink shirts pink and blue yeah we were the [ __ ] comets and then I remember girl peed on the soccer ball remember I don't remember that she put her leg up there for a picture and peed on it or something yeah I remember being on a swim team and going to state is that right and I won like second place in the backstroke backstroke mhm yes um were early morning workouts yeah I so softball was like the biggest part of my sports life I guess dad put me on a little league baseball team with boys when I think I was about 10 or 11 I remember this yeah and I vividly remember like practicing with boys and I was the only girl on the team and like hitting baseballs and [ __ ] uh as good as the boys yeah I was at at 10 yeah I was um and then when I started playing softball I do remember uh I tried out for Varsity my freshman year of high school softball and I was the only freshman who made varsity and I started as the catcher no I was third basement I started at thir Third Base uh I remember hitting my first home run in high school um I walked on the tennis team my senior year I had not played tennis in years since we got caught in elementary school yeah I walked on my varsity team as a senior and I made it and I was seated like second y uh I don't know I have a lot of sports memories I remember I remember practicing a lot with Dad like he'd make me go I'd go to school and do like practice at school come home eat really quick and then get in the [ __ ] car 100 ground balls 100 [ __ ] swings like Dad uh was always we were always practicing always practicing never stopped uh good chunk I think of both of our kind of teenage years was practicing sports with Dad do you remember when you hit him with the golf ball I remember hitting him with the go yes that's one of my memories d i remember in the head like the throat no it was his chest it was like under yeah he couldn't breathe he couldn't bre we were all three of us were out on some baseball field practicing some Saturday or whatever and we found a golf ball and Dad threw it up like lobbed it up to her yeah how far can you hit it and she hit it off a metal baseball bat and he's standing like three feet away and just right in the [ __ ] guts I know that okay I disagree with that statement Chad has a question about incorporating B false stats now they're allowing here let him ask the question what now all right this week Major League Baseball said that they're going to incorporate Negro League stats to be sure they are are you for this or against this I'm against it's different pitching different situations I mean the competition level wasn't as good okay thank you for your time let's move on to our third topic Texas versus women the Texas Supreme Court ruled against women on Friday who sued the state with claims that the current abortion ban had put their health at risk the state's highest court which has made up entirely of Republicans reversed a lower courts order that broaden the exception for the ban to circumstances in which a pregnancy is unsafe for the pregnant person or when there is a fetal condition making it unlikely the fetus Will Survive the ruling came in a lawsuit brought by several Texas women who suffered serious health complications in their desired pregnancies they alleged the state's strict abortion laws put their lives and health in danger when they were forced to wait until their Health seriously deteriorated before receiving the procedure or were denied an abortion altogether until they traveled out of the state Amanda zeroski a plaintiff in the case who nearly died after being denied an abortion criticized the ruling Friday saying it quote feels like a gut punch unfortunately the Texas Supreme Court has showed us today that they don't wish to help pregnant Texans Access Health Care and they don't want to help doctors practice medicine in the state of Texas the Supreme Court had the opportunity to provide Clarity but they didn't and we are right back where we started now Haley you were kind of alluding to this earlier mom do you think this is right what they're doing should women be forced to give birth even if it puts their own lives in danger no of course not so you disagree with this decision from the Texas Supreme Court I don't believe in abortion you know this but um like Haley saying I live in a state where remember you go across the state line and supposedly Joe Biden will give you funds to get there and help you with an abortion over the St what what you are neglecting to understand is that some of these abortions are performed in an emergency scenario where it is life or death for the woman it's an emergency how explain that with all of our technology it's an emergency situation when they don't know do you know about pregnancy see surely you do there are all kinds of complications that can happen where a [ __ ] woman can die because they need to get the baby out oh my gosh do you agree with that Mom that during a pregnancy some kind of emergency situation can arise that would require uh an abortion and removal of the fetus or the woman dies within a period of hours perhaps IP your fallopian tube literally explodes you have to go in and it has to be done that decision is not mind to make that decision would be hers her husband and what state she lives in I guess right a state should have no say in what you do with your body ever no one should only me okay I believe in listen I don't abortion doesn't just like an abortion doesn't just like sit right with me it's not like I'm I love it like yeah I love it let's go do it tomorrow it's not like a weekend activity it's not something to be taken lightly I don't know if I could ever have one but the point is you shouldn't be able to tell me what to do with my body because you don't agree with that decision you don't want an abortion don't [ __ ] get one but there are also situations and I'm sure you've heard of these where the mother's getting ready to have the baby and the family has to decide do we save the mother do we save the baby yeah Mom every [ __ ] time mom then then why are you saying then why are you saying the other way that's what I don't get what I'm not I believe I believe that the person that's carrying the child is most important right in every scenario in every scenario like if I was pregnant right now I have three [ __ ] kids and a husband if I'm in danger the baby goes I want to live but I'm saying they they know this in advance right no that's what Haley is saying not always you don't always get the choice of like I'm just going to drive across state lines like it's [ __ ] imminent it's happening you're gonna [ __ ] die if they don't do something and in Texas they basically said [ __ ] you you're going to die yeah I always thought all the laws stated that if the mother's life was in Jeopardy then the baby had to go no that's this whole thing in Texas the it was a lower Court ruled that yes we're going to put this exception on the ban that if a if it's unsafe or the mother's life is in danger they can have an abortion this Lower Court ruled that then the Texas Supreme Court said no [ __ ] that we're overturning the lower Court's ruling there is no exception yeah there has to be an exception so I guess I don't agree with that yeah that's good the maternity mortality rate in Texas is about to soar and I would also be willing to wager that OBGYNs are going to be in short supply [ __ ] doctors Physicians anybody involved in like OBG way and Medicine in Texas nobody's [ __ ] coming here now yeah if that is your job yeah exactly you're getting the hell out of that state I think it's going be a very bad thing for Texas that would be overturned the Supreme Texas Supreme Court just ruled on it there's nowhere else you can go to overturn it that's the highest court in the land not the Texas Court yeah but it's a state issue the only saving grace would be a federal [ __ ] law yes exactly which is not going to happen under Donald Trump certainly so it's you know women here are scared because sometimes you know these These are women who wanted their children by the way these women who went to the Texas Court wanted these babies they had to get abortions to save their [ __ ] Lives why is this Texas why is this the only state that's done this now it's not they're other states are following suit like Louisiana like all the South like [ __ ] is about to pop off and that's scary because how far are you gonna have to travel now for a life-saving emergency [ __ ] scenario you're gonna die imagine if it was like a heart attack and Texas said no you can't have any kind of medical procedures to save you if you're having a heart attack you just got to tough it out sorry go to Colorado drive to Colorado yeah a multiple day adventure Kitty says no way all right let's move on to our fourth and final topic Colorado kids and social media the Colorado legislature sent a bill to the governor this week that seems that seeks to limit children's social media use by requiring among other actions a popup notification that informs young users of when they use social media platforms for an extended period of time the bill is the latest State effort to regulate social media use amid widening fears that heavy usage is harmful for children if the bill is signed into law it would require social media platforms to display a notification to users who are under 18 who have spent an hour on the platform over a 24-hour period period or are active between the hours of 10: p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the notification would include quote information about their engagement in social media that helps the user understand the impact of social media on the developing brain and the mental and physical health of you young users it would repeat at least every 30 minutes after the initial notification the bill would require the notifications to be in effect starting January 1st 2026 several other states have proceeded with efforts to regulate kids social media use in March Florida moved to restrict social media access by Banning those under the age of 14 from having their own social media accounts and requiring age verification for those who visit sexually explicit websites States including Arkansas California Louisiana Ohio and Utah have also pushed similar bills to regulate Tech platforms should kids social media use be limited mom not by the state and our government but by parents yes the parents need to be doing this Haley do you think kids social media use should be limited I mean I kind of agree with Mom I don't think it should be mandated like not a federal [ __ ] law but I it's up to the parents you don't want your kids on social media I guess don't give them a [ __ ] phone did you Mom did you ever feel this same kind of way about TV for me and Haley when we were growing up did you ever worry we were watching too much TV or playing too many video games or anything like this no not that I can remember no yeah I felt the I was when I read this article I was kind of like huh I like to watch everything yeah to me it seems very much like the the argument of the 80s and 90s that like kids are spending too much time sitting in front of the TV but I know you guys didn't give a [ __ ] we watched everything always I don't know how many hours of MTV and HBO I watched as a kid yes that's why I can quote like every 80s movie every 80s song like just [ __ ] consumption consumer yeah but there wasn't like you didn't watch like sexual stuff and get in like there's so much more technology now where they I was watching The Exorcist at like 8 yeah huh so I [Music] mean I don't know my next question is do you think this popup thing that they're proposing will do anything if a kid sees a thing pop up after half an hour being like they're just gonna sayp right the idea that they have to be of a certain age before they can get on a social media platform of course a kid can just lie about that K are yeah this is it's all [ __ ] it's it's not' already seen that people on Tik Tok not of age what you can you're supposed to be a certain age to get on Tik Tok okay we happen to know one of our little granddaughters got on there a little bit early I think what what are you talking about Haley you know I literally don't know what you're talking about how old do you have to be to be on Tik Tok I don't even know is there AG I don't I don't think there is an age limit oh okay to have an account there is I think all right I don't know all right well this
