America is deeply divided there are only two sides to every issue and there is no interest in finding common ground not even with members of your own family but as the 2024 presidential election Looms on the horizon there has never been a more important time to have the necessary conversation welcome to the necessary conversation I'm Chad culture and with me as always is my sister Haley we are both fellow lefties as my dad would call us Communists and we are going to be talking with my mom and my dad who are both uh I don't even know if right wing covers it they are far right Americans okay they are Q Anon supporters uh they're down the hole with all of it and we force ourselves to come together as a family every week for one hour to discuss the political situation in America now before we begin today dad I have to ask you uh first of all happy birthday last week it was your 70th birthday that's a big one mm-hmm yes okay no reaction let me ask you uh on January 29th you said a nuclear weapon would be used in the war in Ukraine within 30 to 40 days was the prediction we are now 153 days past that prediction no nuclear weapon has been used has the prediction failed no moving on we you ready yes hi Colton family my question is for Bob Bob although you have different viewpoints than my dad the way you debate and talk about your views reminds me a lot of him I often wonder Dad are you really hearing what I'm saying or are you just waiting to get your piece in Bob I wonder the same about you are you really hearing Chad are you really hearing Haley so I'm wondering if you could humor me for a bit and in the absence of humor or sarcasm could you reflect back to either Haley or Chad what you hear them saying their views are on either gun control or the transgender community thanks for giving this a try and keep up the good work I'm enjoying the podcast so you're asking me what I think Chad and Haley's opinion of transgendered and gun control okay I think Haley and Chad think no guns is gun control which it's not but I think it is that means they want to disarm Americans communists okay as far as transgender goes I I'm quite sure Haley's on board for it I don't know about Chad what do you mean when you say on board for it though I think she thinks that we ought to be whacking and sewing whatever we can whacking and sewing yeah like changing young children yes um physical okay transgendered has no place in American society to make rules okay I can speak on my behalf Haley then you can speak on your behalf you have my views on uh trans people completely wrong I I simply think they're human beings like all of us and deserve the same rights as any of us that's all I'm not advocating for wacken and so on if you want to whack and you want to sew feel free to whack feel free to sew you should protect you if you want to whack and so but I'm not on a child I'm not saying on a child you you are missing the point I mean this is a good question this is why I picked it I don't think you understand our positions on this stuff I think you have a preconceived idea of what the opposition to your point is and you lump Haley and I into that category but it's not actually true we're not saying everybody in America should be transgender no I I'm saying you're okay with it what do you what do you okay here's the question you're okay with it I'm not are you okay that's the point that's the difference okay let me speak are you okay Chad with children under the age of 16 to get operations to change their size that doesn't happen you're what you're talking about is replacement therapy puberty blockers stuff like that medication you're wrong okay do you believe in that yes for under the age of 16. yes I believe it's medical care that anyone regardless of age should have access there you go regardless of age so if a five-year-old vagina wants a penis you're okay with that changing that out I mean me personally yeah I am oh my gosh oh my Lord where I raised trans Americans what do you think the first life trans Americans where did that come from where in the hell did you pull that out of your ass they're not American what what they're not anybody who's born in this country or naturalizes to this country as a citizen is an American yeah wait where did you come up with that word I've never even heard a Trans American that's two different words like put together to make that's like African-American if you're either African or you're American you ain't both all right we've gone off the rails already with this question you make that word up or is that a real it's not a term it's just trans people living in America please I uh uh so back to the originals back to the beginning of this I don't think that children should be able to do any of that [ __ ] um I do believe in gender affirming care but I don't believe that you should be able to undergo any kind of top surgeries bottom surgeries as a child um I have three kids and I know just through them growing up hitting adolescence and now young adulthood their minds kind of ebb and flow they change they go up and down so like you're full of all this [ __ ] that's happening a couple months ago I do believe that top and bottom surgery is something that you reserve for uh adulthood I guess but I do believe in gender affirming care for children um because that is reversible you can at any point decide that you don't want to do it uh I don't think that there is a detriment in taking gender for main care all right well thank you very much for your question I don't know if it was had in France how'd that work out you told us way better than here you said France was a great country all the guns were taken away because people over there rioting non-stop how many people have been shot and killed okay how many people are shot and killed just recently due to due to the government the the cops shot a 17 year old kid now there's now there's 1300 Frenchmen arrested for riding but they're not doing mass shootings no French know how to [ __ ] protest period they're the best in the world at it oh yeah okay what is your view on guns both Dan I think that you guys want them gone completely out of here I would be fine with that but my my immediate view is we need stricter laws for assault rifles background checks all that kind of [ __ ] things that are like very common sense just next step to minimize the the capability of people who want to do mass shootings to minimize their capability to actually do them there are very easy things that we could be doing to make that happen just these simple laws that prohibit like AR-15s for example or assault rifles make those completely illegal particular gun it's a single shot because that you're asking the wrong guy I've never done a mass shooting but they the mass Shooters seem to love that [ __ ] gun I think it's because high capacity Clips the the bullets themselves are bigger it's like an M16 they do more you is gonna uh go with the law on the magazine size are you a fool no when you when you read these stories about master Shooters going into a store and buying an AR-15 a week before they do the mass shooting if it's impossible to get the AR-15 if those become outlawed across the country for civilian use now Shooters can't buy them so if you're forced to get a gun that is a little less lethal maybe in the mass shooting let's say you save one person's life in a mass shooting with that law is it worth passing that law in my opinion yes all right let me ask you this you talked about mass shootings there are mass shootings in Chicago every freaking weekend has nothing to do with an AR-15 but the other ones do there are many mass shootings that do have to do with that all right Haley what's your view moving along most of the people murdered in this country over the course of a year do not come from mass shootings okay do you believe that with anything let me ask you this do you believe that it's worth passing a law if that law will save someone's life no we have different ideas about that any law I'm just theoretically asking you how many laws are there are there right now like 35 000 throughout the United States and you know what it's not helping our prosecutors don't uphold any of them right and so your solution then is to do nothing no my solution is get rid of the democratic prosecutors pass out the guns and start dropping these [ __ ] I can break the law okay go on to Haley okay guns yeah same [ __ ] background checks past laws to make it harder to get guns I mean these are all kind of like are you talking on your microphone is your microphone even plugged in yeah can you hear me yes okay I just I'm setting far away from it I guess uh stricter laws I don't believe that you can take away everyone's guns um especially especially in the United States so I mean I guess you know you know passing the laws making it almost impossible for people who are severely mentally ill to get them who decides that I mean a therapist like a licensed [ __ ] doctor okay jumping through so many Hoops yeah and I haven't been pronounced crazy I still buy a gun no I mean there's all kinds of things that you would have a background check like yeah the [ __ ] that's happening in Japan exactly in Japan they make it so that if you want to buy a gun you have to a pass uh mental capabilities test you have to be past a firing range test [Music] come on no with a plastic you guys always do this the person who used that gun did not buy that gun that gun was homemade so that person could not get a gun they had to manufacture one and they did you're fine you're fine all right uh all I'm saying is is you you can ban guns until you blew in the face it won't change a topic is affirmative action overturned candy lunch okay so I won't have my head licked to the whole process affirmative action is overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States last Thursday the Supreme Court ruled on two cases that dealt with the affirmative action admissions policies at the University of North Carolina and at Harvard in Party Line votes of six three and six two the Republican justices ruled to eradicate affirmative action at these colleges and set the precedent for the practice to be eliminated across the country the ruling is the latest from the Supreme Court's conservative majority that has upended Decades of precedent including overturning Rovers Wade in 2022. Republican Chief Justice John Roberts wrote that Harvard and unc's race-based admissions guidelines quote cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the equal protection Clause Robert said that the prospective students should be evaluated quote as an individual not on the basis of race although universities can still consider bet on marriage applicants discussion of how race affected his or her life be it through discrimination inspiration or otherwise the Court's three liberals all oppose the majority decision to reject race as a factor in college admissions Democratic Judge Sotomayor of the 14th Amendment saying the equal protection Clause of the 14th Amendment enshrines a guarantee of racial equality the court long ago concluded that this uh guarantee could be enforced through race conscious means in a society that is not and has never been colorblind President Biden reacted to the decision by saying that the Supreme Court is quote not a normal court and has quote gone out of its way in ruling against a number of humans and quality-based issues that have precedent for decades feel that these rulings will open the door for corporations and other institutions to see similar support from the Supreme Court for discriminatory practices okay Haley is affirmative action a good thing yeah mom mom is affirmative action why I like that they are no I they overturned it I like what they did all right we're gonna need that camera on both your faces dad is affirmative action a good thing uh absolutely not you know why why we've spent 50 years giving away free education at the highest institutions of learning in the United States and guess who didn't catch up okay so the minority blacks so now what are we doing as a country we tried to make any opportunity now no they got the same opportunity I have work hard study pass the SATs and the acts and get your ass to college instead of you being in the bottom half of the country's education system and going to Harvard because of affirmative action which dumbs down our entire country because what we've done for 50 years is try to raise the black put that camera on your faces okay you've tried to raise blacks to the Whites by giving them free education and a run-of-the-mill and they got into schools they didn't deserve to get into there's a handful that did but there's 90 percent of them didn't deserve what they got so the bottom line is wiping out affirmative action does what it makes merit-based acceptance what's going to happen is the kids that come out of our universities are going to be smarter no but they are now college has never been based on Merit most of the problem with this is It's Legacy well my [ __ ] dad donated those are all rich white kids okay let me let me point out to you something that you're way wrong on okay Legacy Legacy and money people that go to Harvard are very small percentage and oh by the way didn't Michelle Obama go to Harvard you tell me I think so why doesn't she have a legacy does she not well I don't want her kids going there you're standing here blowing it no you're bullying it you're the one who brought this up and you don't know anything about it or where her children are going but you brought it up to make some points bottom line is affirmative action is going to put them back in the race with smarter people and they're going to lose out as a majority because you know what white supremacy is not an ideology okay get that through your thick head okay you're good at cussing today um I totally believe the day you're born whether you're white purple green blue pink whatever race you are everybody's equal and I believe that you can't compete I believe that is the same too that's why they all went to Entertainment Sports as you um enter College intellectually they can't compete yeah Mom could just finish her thought like SATs act standardized standardized tests um the essays you have to write to get into college the personal recommendations [Music] um that's how I think you should get into college it shouldn't be oh gosh we need three more people with brown skin we need two more people with blacks in another Dumber in a fence post right okay yeah yeah can I ask you a question do you think that a baby a white male baby born into a family that is loaded with millionaires has a head start in regard to a black baby born into a family that is not full of millionaires no wait you're talking crackhead Hunter bitings now here I'm going to tell you where you dead wrong about that I know a lot of billionaires work for him kids are dumber than [ __ ] so that's not and they all go to whatever College they want I didn't know how smart they are I asked if you think they have a head start I know one whose grandkids couldn't even get into college and one of them actually pretty much bought out a a little small religious University so they could all go to school here's what I know I Rose my case your honor yeah are you done being an ignorant ass it wasn't an Ivy League school or one of the prestigious one oh [ __ ] okay you just bought a little division two school another thing here's this is this is why I'm so confused mom you literally taught at schools in underprivileged areas where we live yes go ahead you you saw like five man I witnessed you like take tennis shoes to school for kids who couldn't afford them yes [ __ ] like art supplies and [ __ ] for one of my cousins because she also taught at an underprivileged school they don't have the iPads that my kids [ __ ] have do you understand what I'm saying they didn't back then for anybody that has nothing and they would and they don't today like that's factual not every school in this area is [ __ ] equal there are underprivileged schools who don't even get three [ __ ] meals a day they definitely don't have iPads my kids have all that [ __ ] and they're all black an iPad is not gonna make it every one of them's black an iPad's not gonna make a difference an iPad makes a lot of difference guess what if that child really strives to learn they can find an iPad at a school library they can find an iPad from right now let me ask you this are the three judges that voted for you guys well they'd be on the [ __ ] Supreme Court if it was based on Merit no would any of the [ __ ] children are you [ __ ] kidding look we got to move on we'll have so much time in the show I'm sorry one more thing okay go ahead mom I gotta say one more thing I think Dad and I believe this and this way too because we have been very very poor the only way that we got through college was to scrape it up was to play tennis on a scholarship was to borrow money out the yin yang we found a way your dad had two jobs we had a baby that was three months old how how easy do you think that was on us so we know how hard it is some damn black guy got it for free we know how hard it is to get it for free and didn't do as well as we did in school and got a better job affirmative action it's not right how about um and again for the hundreds time white supremacy is not an idea it means it's a fact quit yelling and Bill Clinton made the phone call oh my God Chad Hunter buying you again based reality that's the problem here let me ask you this question let me ask you one more question on this topic then we have to move on nobody heard admissions are truly going to be race blind now and you're like you're saying it's based on Merit should they also be gender blind age-blind should we remove every kind of identifying uh characteristic for any applicant except academics okay so it should just be numbers no names even on the application that's correct it's just a transcript of yourself and you're gonna good and you're gonna follow along and watch all the black people drop out of school because you can't get in I don't know what's going to happen today based on numbers and uh extracurricular activities whatever kind of criteria a college weights as important in their admissions process I think if they truly want a system like this you have to take all the names off of the paper I agree to take all any identifying feature I agree I'm curious to see what that would look like also I'll just say in closing colleges you're gonna be a waste of [ __ ] time at this point you should definitely not go and we are going to see the collapse of the Collegiate system and uh every aspect of it financially I think will dissolve within the next 30 to 40 years that's other than being a place for rich kids to send their kids to kind of like spend four years gonna make the Gap wider all right let's move on you know what you're depicting right here black service blacks are going to give up oh my God all right let's now move on to topic number two we are talking about Trump's incestuous fantasies an excerpt from former White House advisor miles Taylor's forthcoming book blowback a warning to save democracy from the next Trump claims that during his administration Donald Trump made comments about his daughter ivanka's breasts and buttocks and openly mused about what having sex with her would be like who said this Donald yeah Miles Taylor he has a book coming out he was one good uh Trump's advisor yeah I'm gonna believe every word this is a line from the book yeah quote AIDS said he talked about Ivanka Trump's press and her backside and what it might be like to have sex with her remarks that once LED John Kelly to remind the president that Ivanka was his daughter afterwards Kelly retold that story to me this is again in in his book Kelly retold that story to me invisible disgust Trump he said was a very very evil man in addition to first-hand accounts of trump fantasizing about his own daughter Taylor recalls countless instances of sexism and misogyny that Trump's cabinet had to accept or ignore in order to keep doing their jobs Trump has made numerous comments over the years that sexualize his own daughter calling her voluptuous and a piece of ass telling reporters that if she wasn't his daughter perhaps I'd be dating her and quote these are all quotes as recently as 2015 Trump according to him well I'm about to say it as recently as 2015 Trump alluded to wanting to have sex with his daughter in a rolling stone interview by saying well they weren't happily married and you know her father I'd be dating her well these are direct quotes Rolling Stone as if that's not a magazine as a that's not it's not a legitimate magazine and they lie all the time Ivanka has recently said she has no plans of working for her father's campaign or hypothetical presidential Administration so I already kind of know the answer to this first question do you believe any of this no why are people making it up because they got to do something to get rid of trump okay on camera and on tape saying these things okay if he did say it I would say that that's not right listen you tell me it's in Rolling Stone and some jackass's book if he did say we know that's not right but I've seen a video where he has like a 13 or 14 year old girl like sitting on his lap like I've seen videos of [ __ ] there's a video yeah okay of course yes Joe Biden is bad too I'm not saying that but Joe Biden doesn't talk about [ __ ] his kids Donald Trump by his own daughter but Joe Biden sold our country for 40 million dollars not talking about Joe Biden shut up for a minute the real big guy is don't say anything about Biden or Obama because we're talking about Trump okay no we're not I'm not talking about Trump you are okay well I'm gonna ask you a direct question these things I mean he said these things I know you don't think they're true there are tape of him saying all of this there I can find some and send it to you or put it in our next uh put it in the next episode I'm gonna leave but does this change your opinion of him at all that he wants to have sex with his own daughter no no if he did say those things we know that's just brush it under the rug like everybody does that what if somebody did that to one of my kids would you just brush that [ __ ] under the [ __ ] girl no you guys don't even believe your children were talking about Haley has told a story on this very podcast of being sexually harassed by Donald Trump and you don't even believe her I don't remember the story you're literally smiling right now you're laughing because you think it's funny I do not remember you right now you dismissed listen I do not remember you ever telling me that story until we were on this podcast so we were shocked we were like what all right so you do then support incest and potential pedophilia oh my God yes you do yes you do yeah yeah it doesn't matter and we don't believe any of your [ __ ] okay you just said too smart guy I wanted to bring up Marco Rubio and David grush you guys know what's been happening with them daddy hasn't heard it I didn't talk to Dad about it there's a guy named there is a UFO somewhere with dead pilots in it that our government is hiding from us right and has been hiding from us for 80 years so David Rush was a whistleblower that came out earlier this month and essentially said that he works at the highest levels of classification which he does in these Advanced space programs and that he has had people tell him they have seen UFOs seen dead alien bodies Marco Rubio who is a current politician in America Republican uh Senator Senator has come out and said that he has had closed door sessions with whistleblowers that he can't name that have told him things that are Beyond imagination in regard to UFOs that we have that were backwards engineering etc etc does this information is coming out it's so strange to me most people don't even know about this I find it to be the biggest news in the [ __ ] world does it affect uh how you think about reality at all Haley yes yes like are we living in a black hole what is [ __ ] time and space now everything is is I don't even [ __ ] know what's going on I mean I've always thought you know the the universe is infinite right so we can't be alone this can't be it but like actual intelligence now saying like yeah this shit's real we got men we got [ __ ] spacecrafts what where are we going what's happening transport yeah energy it just tells me that our government lies to us on all levels all levels they have been concealing the biggest lie potentially in the history of humanity for 80 years from us that there have been these government programs working on alien craft having alien bodies and they have not only lied to us about it they have discredited anybody who has tried to come forward to expose this information and this information I mean imagine if for the last 80 years instead of our government in most World governments some other governments are like a little more lacks about it or have been in recent times anyway like England is actually pretty good about it but uh our government has been lying to us about this [ __ ] imagine what the world would be like if instead of covering it up and lying for the past 80 years it had been an open scientific Endeavor done on a global scale in conjunction with other countries where we might be as a society today well didn't Donald Trump say elect him and he'll open all the files let everybody see it yeah and did he do that no when if he's elected this next time he said there have been a couple of presidents that have run on a similar platform Jimmy Carter was one of them he famously during his campaign uh back in the 70s talked about how he saw a UFO as a kid and then he said if I get into office whatever UFO information there is I'll make it public as soon as he gets in office he never talks about UFOs again and there are some conjecture about the fact that maybe once presidents have access to this information they also get some other information that leads them to believe they should never talk about this for one reason or another and there are a lot of theories about that but Dad what do you think about this I believe anything that uh implies that our government's lied to us implies have been openly lying for 80 years there's no implication this is really what's up you know why well it really boils down to is it just proves the point that our government doesn't think we're smart enough to make decisions what about the Kennedy files when are they going to release those I don't know and the FBI hit him or the someone took me down from our government yeah CIA killed Kennedy I think we all accept that as true um all right well let's move on we've simmered down a little bit let's heat things back up with our third topic another Supreme Court ruling this one was anti-lgbtq Dad I know you like that in another landmark Republican victory in the Supreme Court Friday the conservative judges ruled in favor of a Christian web designer in Colorado who refuses to create websites to celebrate same-sex weddings out of religious objections the 6-3 decision was penned by Justice Neil Gorsuch and joined by John Roberts Alito Barrett Kavanaugh and Thomas Justice Sonia very non-merit people voted against it okay joined by her liberal colleagues Elena Kagan and katanji brown Jackson the course decision represents a devastating blow to lgbtq protections which have in recent years been bolstered by Landmark decisions at the nation's highest court including one author three years ago by Gorsuch himself in which the majority expanded protections for lgbtq workers and the 2015 case legalizing same-sex marriages the ruling rooted in free speech grounds will pierce state public accommodation laws for those uh businesses who sell so-called in quotes expressive Goods it's the latest victory for religious conservatives at the high court court and will alarm critics who fear the current court is setting its sights on overturning the 2015 marriage case in dissent Sotomayor said this decision will undermine the government's compelling interest in ensuring that all Americans have equal access to the public Marketplace quote today the court for the first time in its history grants a business open to the public a constitutional right to refuse to serve members of a protected class this is what she wrote she suggested that the decision would be more far-reaching quote the decisions logic cannot be limited to discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity the decision threatens to balkanize the market and to allow the exclusion of other groups from many services a website designer could equally refuse to create a wedding website for an interracial couple for example so this is where we are now the the door has been open for anyone who owns any kind of business to refuse service to anyone on any grounds it's essentially where we are Haley first question to you you run a small business you open to the public you sell baked goods to whoever walks through your door are you ever asked to make products I know we've talked about this a little bit that you disagree with and do you still make them yeah I had people purposefully come in during um like it at the height of Donald Trump like you know we're very vocal we're very open about it and uh asking us for Donald Trump cakes on purpose 100 I will take your [ __ ] money as long as you're not asking me to create hate speech I will make it so I've made tons of things that like politically I don't agree with um you did you make a Donald Trump cake we've made several Donald Trump games I do I just don't post them on my social media like why would I do that why not discuss them because they'll hate Donald Trump that tells your customers you'll bake any kind of cakes why wouldn't you put that out there I tell my customers I will bake any kind of cakes doesn't mean I have to [ __ ] post it on my social media wow I don't turn people away wow why are you pissed she's making Donald Trump cakes no what she is telling us is she will make them she'll make anything anybody wants but yet she won't post that on her page to show people so really yeah right why not you're you side with this woman I take it would lose followers and that's why you don't post it I'll make you whatever you want but yet you won't put a few of those cakes that you don't believe in out there on that page then are you giving it your full ass or you're half-assing it yeah I'm half-assing my business you're not understanding the [ __ ] point I don't want to make Donald Trump cakes I want to make cakes that are like scream religious police you aren't even bringing that into the picture no but it's not it doesn't the decision was made on the basis of the First Amendment it doesn't have to actually do with religious freedom that was what got the lawsuit started but the decision The Way It Was Written is basically a First Amendment issue it's that nobody can be forced essentially to or obligated to make something that they don't agree with ideologically religion has nothing to do with it and by the way if it is religion fine my religion says I don't want to make a trump cake you can lie about whatever [ __ ] religious convictions you have now let me ask you this uh do you believe this was the right decision I know really you will make the Trump care I'm talking to Haley for one second I know that you make the Trump cakes but do you think people should be obligated to make stuff if they don't want to make it this what they called the public expression or uh expressive Goods uh world do I yeah like was this the right decision to protect this person or do you think she should have been compelled that if you have a website business you must make websites for same-sex couples if they ask for it oh I go and make them and make them terrible I I think when you're offering a good or a service you are opening your business up to the public and that means literally [ __ ] everyone so if and this happens all the time if if somebody goes into a bakery and they want a gay cake and you don't agree with gay weddings you just come up with a [ __ ] [ __ ] excuse and say I'm booked I can't make your cake right um the the danger obviously in this is that it opens the door for I don't want to make your cake you're black I don't want to make your cake your [ __ ] you know it opens the door for everything so I you know as a mother as a friend of like all kinds of people black white gay lesbian all that [ __ ] this is a very dangerous [ __ ] open door I believe that the law needs to be in effect I agree I think the law needs to be in effect but I also agree with you I don't think people should be forced to make things on this scale for ideologies or people or whatever they don't want to and right like you're saying I think you can come up with an easy excuse to get out of the show I think it needs to be uh put in a position where it's knocking the saw down because eventually now that this law is no longer in place you might start getting [ __ ] like while the electric company is just gonna say we don't want to [ __ ] give gay people electricity it's against our religion then what world are you [ __ ] living in like how high does it go corporations religion or a doctor I don't wanna save your life you're gay the Supreme Court said that corporations are people and they have First Amendment rights the fact that we are now in a world where this uh case was defined by what they described as First Amendment rights to not be forced to say something you don't believe in if a corporation which our Supreme Court has said again has the same rights as a person where freedom of speech is concerned if that's the case now a corporation could potentially say this goes against our ideology giving electricity to a gay couple is against our beliefs [ __ ] employing gay people black people um medically like I'm not going to issue you this medicine because this is my practice and I don't [ __ ] feel like it like you are now gonna die if you're gay black Mexican who knows you're shaking your heads but this is what this is what has happened I'm not shaking my head somebody and final topic we are talking about Ron DeSantis trying to attack Trump on his Pro lgbtq comments I bet you might not remember this or even know about this but I don't remember that last Friday a campaign uh Twitter account for the sentences 2024 presidential bid marked the end of pride month by sharing a video of Donald Trump's previous promise to protect lgbtq rights uh desantis's War Room the Florida Governor's rapid response campaign reposted the video from another Twitter account named proud elephant with the caption to wrap up pride month let's hear from the politician who did more than any other Republican to celebrate it the video Paints the former president as a sympathetic tour a sympathetic person sorry toward transgender rights and features a clip from his acceptance speech at the 2016 Republican convention in which he says quote I will do everything in my power to protect our lgbtq citizens the video also features other clips of trump allegedly expressing support for lgbtq rights such as an openness to allowing Caitlyn Jenner a trans gender woman to use the bathroom of her choice at Trump Tower and including transgender women in Miss Universe a beauty pageant he previously owned the video contrast to Santas from Trump with images depicting recent measures enacted by DeSantis that have curbed lgbtq Protections in his State the sharing of the video uh highlights the strategy adopted by the DeSantis campaign to establish the governor as a more conservative alternative to Trump on several issues including lgbtq rights abortion immigration and guns mom were you aware that Trump supports transgender people yes so why don't you we support gays lesbians but not what but Trump does why don't you because I don't want to so you then I'll break with Trump in this you know by the way you've been blowing and going for the last hour about lgbtq XYZ and guess who changed all the laws to make it harder on them Trump's Administration I mean Biden 100 of the changes to the last two years come from Biden's Administration not the Supreme Court changes Supreme Court that's not Biden the Supreme Court that currently is sitting is Trump's Supreme Court Biden now what are you talking about Trump appointed what was it three of the [ __ ] justices that are currently there to give it that lopsided majority so how is that Supreme Court I'm very confused by the Supreme Court if he's the president it's his [ __ ] Supreme Court do you not understand how this country has three branches of government and in that case it was Trump who completely mishandled the pandemic all the riots yeah how about this the laws that were in place were unconstitutional and now it's about time the Supreme Court had its say because we're damn tired of the Democrats running the Congress wait a minute and the White House hang on you're getting bacon banking bully okay the Supreme Court into what they want there's something you said that we we have to touch on here you said currently Biden is the president so this is his Supreme Court yes now well Trump was in office everything that happened was he was in office is his his responsibility that's right fault et cetera et cetera so the pandemic is Trump's fault no it was found cheese and do you see how you do that you completely deflect so with Biden anything bad that happens during Biden's presidency is on him but with Trump nothing is no he never did anything bad happened yeah I did but we didn't yeah I'll use the same logic on YouTube for 40 billion dollars nope that wasn't him so an advisor a lawyer did that deal that was a Biden it was the big guy Obama no wasn't biting okay Barack Obama wasn't Obama I want to say this last week when the Supreme Court um overturned the student loan uh of the 20 000 that each person what was their other gigantic [ __ ] yeah yeah we didn't talk about that so they opened up saying um no to that within 30 minutes Biden was on TV and said he disagreed with it and he was going to make it right more or less like he has them now but she doesn't I think he's going to do an executive order or something there's no money he was more or less saying our Supreme Court sucks with a different idea the Supreme Court doesn't uphold the will of the people right now because they have I think it does they have severely right-leaning judges most of the country wants gun control most of the country is perfectly fine with gay rights trans rights all of that they don't represent the majority of what the country wants anymore and I paid every one of our school loans back that took us about 13 years we paid every one of your loans back to Children which took us about 12 years Haley was like you'll never pay a cent on my school don't worry about it yeah we did anyway and we appreciate that and we are very very happy we had the money to pay for your schooling through loans and our personal money too that's why your dad and I don't think it's right that he just gets some lazy after you ate donuts for eight years got it for free but that was in the 90s I graduated college guess what they got their degrees in black signs okay that was in the 90s and for Haley in the early 2000s we are living in a different world yes I don't think we are we absolutely are financially for sure we are we are living in a world where there's really the middle class is almost [ __ ] gone super rich and super poor and that's why is the middle class [ __ ] gone because all the [ __ ] billionaires have sucked the money to the top no no yes three or four trillion dollars of money we don't have through the printing presses drove inflation and interest rates and now what you got is well that wasn't Biden well Trump did that before that's true let me tell you something you're wrong whatever you say about Biden's presidency it's not Biden just like it's not Trump in his presidency so [ __ ] it okay [ __ ] it you you are living in such a fantasy world it's ridiculous look we both believe that of each other but yeah my question to you is this do you believe that the world is different now than it was 20 years ago I believe the world's different now than it was two years ago because of China Russia you crazy when did you guys when did you guys buy your first house how old were you um probably mid to late 30s how much money were you making 60 000 a year together 60 000 a year but this was like 1980 yes in the 80s and like the the ideal was like you go to college you get the degree you get the good job you buy the house all that [ __ ] right and you could afford to do that right yes because we scrimped our ass through school fine fine so you went to school you got the degree you got the jobs you bought the house and you could afford to do that the difference is that today kids are going to school getting degree the degree getting the job they're getting out and still cannot afford to buy a home then they need to lean on their family nuclear nucleus they need to know how to go to college if they can't pay for it which we no longer have they quit playing it on my ass to go to college because of affirmative action we know and then my doctors are Dumber my accountants are Dumber my lawyers are Dumber everything's [ __ ] Dumber they don't even have to pass the SAT and the ACT test with the permanent act I would like to get they're on the bottom half they're in the bottom 50 of the country but they're getting into the top 10 percent schools with horrible grades and that turns out our professionals has dog [ __ ] okay in other words what you're coming out with is all these BLM people that can't read and [ __ ] write they got College educations in [ __ ] you can't use like basket weaving they went out and took two hundred thousand dollars worth of loans and now they want Bob cultion to pay it back for them [ __ ] I would like to get back to the family unit of the mother and the father and the kids and they're a loser if you need help you go back to your family unit along with grandparents that didn't happen anymore right my question though was really about the the 20-year difference and what has happened in the world you don't think that the financial situation is any different now that we have a billionaire class that didn't exist 20 years ago you didn't know I did too there were no billionaires yeah there were there were some billionaires ago was there billionaires 20 years ago in America from forbes.com in its inaugural ranking of the world's richest people 20 years ago Forbes uncovered some 140 millionaires 140 billionaires by forbes.com 20 years ago Alexis just said how many are there now Alexa how many billionaires are there now [Music] yes there are 2007 2021 there were two thousand two thousand seven hundred so that's a bigger number you'd say than 100 there's not enough to make any difference because people are making money that means that in 20 years it went from 140 billionaires to 200700. what's wrong with that it means all the money's getting sucked to the top where do you think of their money from it doesn't mean middle class I'm not saying they work hard or not I'm saying these billionaires can no hey hey these billionaires can influence politicians to pass laws that make it easier for them to steal money make money whatever the country has been doing that now for 20 [ __ ] years these billionaires have been very successful at it and so that money is coming out of the lower and middle classes it's making it harder for everybody under them to do anything that's why uh Biden wants to pass student loan forgiveness all this kind of [ __ ] is because raising virtually impossible in this Current financial system where the people at the very top are getting laws written for them by buying politicians they're like here's a million dollars in your [ __ ] uh campaign now make sure shut down is uh Goodwill thing for it he's laying out 40 or what 400 40 of his staff great source is out of money okay what does that have to do with anything I was just talking about I know since that's who bought all these bad prosecutors uh uh once again that has what to do with anything we were talking about nothing there's always going to be reasons for that information it's just something you're unaware of there's always going to be rich people on poor people and a middle class I'm not I'm I am no longer gonna pull the laggers behind by their bootstraps to try to get them even with me they don't belong I understand dude they're not in my [ __ ] League okay not dad is in a league of his own uh we'll get Tom Hanks on the phone and hopefully you get a movie deal out of that um what I'm basically just trying to wrap up here and say and this had nothing to do what we were even talking about I was talking about how Trump is pro-trans to see if that meant anything to you guys but you just ignored it and diverted uh so that you didn't have to think about it and now we're talking about this I don't care if he is okay it's irrelevant all right he's my president no matter what all right but you don't agree with him it takes guns or money he's going to get them both okay all right so the bottom line is what I'm trying to say is that we now live in the system where the rich are incredibly incentivized to gain more control so they can take more money and you see things like Jeff Bezos who is a billionaire a very famous One cutting salaries for his Factory workers and the people who actually make these companies run the the people at the very top are sucking all the money out of the company so that the employees have it harder can't buy houses oh is that right yes that is right that's why we now have almost how many thousand billionaires oh yeah okay but but manufacturing and everything in the United States is dwindling away and that's what's killing Middle America and who's making that decision to put that in manufacturing in other companies millionaires who own the [ __ ] companies I'll tell you who it is it's the ESG companies that are investing investment groups like BlackRock that have to put a percentage of their money in to get a certain ESG score or they don't get their money okay from their donators right and who runs [ __ ] billionaires yeah the guys that run the tech companies and Biden who has 40 million from China and most of those new billionaires are techies okay yeah so thank you for approving my point I'm glad you're impressed me but let's move on okay which one of the dumbass Escape 400 and some million dollars to the Democrat nothing you're saying is refuting the point I'm making which is billionaires are making this decision to essentially suck the money out of the middle and keep it all for themselves when I'm just turning the the at least the American population but I mean even globally this is happening it's minimizing your ability to subsist in a middle class it's making it so that you have to work harder for less money and you're putting more money in the billionaires pockets and the more they get the more control they get which means the more money they get it's a selfie you're making my case
